Abstract
Description

Claims (12)
- 入口と出口と少なくとも一つの壁部とを有する反応器のための構造充填物であって、
(a)前後に折り曲げられることで、分離壁部により相互に分離された交互性の第1および第2柱状体の列を形成するシートと、
(b)第1翼部の少なくとも一部が前記反応器壁部に対して斜角で傾斜して第2翼部の少なくとも一部が前記反応器壁部に対して反対の斜角で傾斜するように、前記第1および第2柱状体の各々に設けられた第1および第2方向翼部と、
(c)前記第1および第2翼部の少なくとも一部の少なくとも一つの側辺に沿って前記第1および第2翼部の前記少なくとも一部を前記分離壁部に接続するウェブと、
(d)前記入口から前記出口まで延在する、前記分離壁部と前記反応器壁部との間の多数の間隙と、
を備える構造充填物。 - 前記充填物が単一のシートから形成される、請求項1の構造充填物。
- 前記シートが金属シートまたは箔を備える、請求項1の構造充填物。
- 前記反対の斜角がすべて同じ大きさである、請求項1の構造充填物。
- 前記反対の斜角がすべて異なる大きさである、請求項1の構造充填物。
- 前記間隙が不連続である、請求項1の構造充填物。
- 前記反応器が円筒形であって、内側および外側の同心壁部と、その間の環形体とを備える、請求項1の構造充填物。
- 各々の前記第1および第2翼部を備える交互性の第1および第2柱状体の列を前記充填物が包含し、前記列が前記環形体に配置される、請求項7の構造充填物。
