Abstract
Description
(1) 外科用締結具適用装置であって、
a.ハンドルと、
b.前記ハンドルから延出する締結具ハウジングと、を備え、
c.前記ハウジングは複数の外科用締結具を包含し、前記外科用締結具は、
i.ベース及び前記ベースから延出する2本の脚(前記脚はそれぞれ遠位端セグメントを有する)と、
ii.前記遠位端セグメントが隣接して前記締結具を第1のループに形成するように互いに向かって内側に曲がっている第1の形と、
iii.前記遠位端セグメントがほぼその全長に沿って互いに離間して置かれている第2の形と、
iv.前記遠位端セグメントが隣接して前記締結具を第2のループに形成するように互いに向かって内側に曲がっている第3の形と(前記第2のループは前記第1のループの幅より大きい幅を有する)、を含むものであって、
d.前記締結具を前記第2及び第3の形に形成する手段を含む、外科用締結具適用装置。
(2) 前記第1の形での前記脚が、ほぼ平行な関係で前記ベースから延出する、実施態様1に記載の外科用締結具。
(3) 前記遠位端セグメントそれぞれが、前記ベースから少なくとも90度離れる角度を成す、実施態様1に記載の外科用締結具。
(4) 前記第1のループが、前記ループの長さに沿った軸に対して垂直の全ての平面の周囲で非対称である、実施態様1に記載の外科用締結具。
(5) 前記第1のループの前記ベースが、非直線形である、実施態様1に記載の外科用締結具。
(6) 前記第2のループの前記ベースが、塑性変形される、実施態様1に記載の外科用締結具。
(7) 前記第2のループの前記ベースが、非直線形である、実施態様1に記載の外科用締結具。
(8) 前記締結具の少なくとも一部分が、吸収性である、実施態様1に記載の外科用締結具。
(9) 前記締結具の少なくとも一部分が、治療剤を含有する、実施態様1に記載の外科用締結具。
(10) 前記端セグメントそれぞれが、ゼロでない角度を画定する、実施態様1に記載の外科用締結具。
a.ハンドルと、
b.前記ハンドルから延出する締結具ハウジングと、
c.2つのアームに固定取付けされた少なくとも2つのアンビルであり、前記アームが前記締結具ハウジングの中心軸から離れる方向に移動可能である、アンビルと、
d.前記アームと係合することにより前記移動を作り出す拡張装置と、を備える、外科用締結具適用装置。
(12) 前記アンビルの少なくとも一部分の周囲で移動可能な形成装置を更に備える、実施態様11に記載の外科用締結具適用装置。
(13) 前記形成装置の少なくとも1つの遠位表面が、締結具を変形するように構成された少なくとも1つの特徴を有する、実施態様12に記載の外科用締結具適用装置。
(14) 前記形成装置が、前記締結具の変形工程中に前記アームの少なくとも一部分と係合する少なくとも1つの特徴を含む、実施態様12に記載の外科用締結具適用装置。
(15) 前記形成装置が、前記締結具の少なくとも一部分における張力を解放するように構成された少なくとも1つの湾入部を含む、実施態様12に記載の外科用締結具適用装置。
(16) 前記拡張装置の少なくとも1つの遠位表面が、外科用締結具を固定するように構成された少なくとも1つの特徴を有する、実施態様11に記載の外科用締結具適用装置。
(17) 少なくとも1つのアンビルの少なくとも1つの近位表面が、外科用締結具を固定するように構成される、実施態様11に記載の外科用締結具適用装置。
(18) 締結具が、前記移動によって塑性変形される、実施態様11に記載の外科用締結具適用装置。
(19) 外科用締結具適用装置であって、
a.ハンドルと、
b.前記ハンドルから延出する締結具ハウジングと、を備え、
c.前記ハウジングは少なくとも1つのアンビルを含み、
d.前記ハウジングはそれぞれがループの形である複数の外科用締結具を含み、前記複数の外科用締結具の少なくとも1つは前記少なくとも1つのアンビルの少なくとも一部分の周囲に配置される、外科用締結具適用装置。
(20) 前記ハウジング内に少なくとも部分的に包含されたシューを更に備える、実施態様19に記載の外科用締結具適用装置。
(22) 前記シューの少なくとも1つの面が、締結具案内機構を含む、実施態様19に記載の外科用締結具適用装置。
(23) 前記複数の外科用締結具が第1のチャネル内に少なくとも部分的に包含され、前記複数の外科用締結具の少なくとも1つが第2のチャネルの少なくとも一部分に少なくとも部分的に移動して入ることが可能である、実施態様19に記載の外科用締結具適用装置。

- 外科用締結具適用装置であって、
a.ハンドルと、
b.前記ハンドルから延出する締結具ハウジングと、を備え、
c.前記ハウジングは複数の外科用締結具を包含し、前記外科用締結具は、
i.ベース及び前記ベースから延出する2本の脚(前記脚はそれぞれ遠位端セグメントを有する)と、
ii.前記遠位端セグメントが隣接して前記締結具を第1のループに形成するように互いに向かって内側に曲がっている第1の形と、
iii.前記遠位端セグメントがほぼその全長に沿って互いに離間して置かれている第2の形と、
iv.前記遠位端セグメントが隣接して前記締結具を第2のループに形成するように互いに向かって内側に曲がっている第3の形と(前記第2のループは前記第1のループの幅より大きい幅を有する)、を含むものであって、
d.前記締結具を前記第2及び第3の形に形成する手段を含む、外科用締結具適用装置。 - 前記第1の形での前記脚が、ほぼ平行な関係で前記ベースから延出する、請求項1に記載の外科用締結具。
