Abstract
Description
本出願は、2009年1月6日に出願された米国仮出願第61/142,752の利益を主張するものであり、この仮出願は、参照することによってその全体がここに組み込まれる。
ラグ40は、ソケット34をニップル32に固着するためにニップル32に形成された、対応する環状スロット46に係合する。ラグ40を備えたソケット34の変形可能な端部42は、最初、ソケット34をニップル32の上に組み付けることができるように、ニップル32よりも大きく形成されている。組み付けの過程で、ソケット34の変形可能な端部42が圧着される間に、ソケット34を変形させて、ラグ40を、ニップル32に形成された対応するスロット46に係合するように押し込む。ラグ40がスロット46に係合する位置で、ソケット34とニップル32との間に電気絶縁カラー48を配置することによって、ソケット34は、ニップル32から電気的に絶縁することができる。
しかし、監視対象の電気的特性が、しきい値よりもかなり大きい場合、第1及び第2視覚インジケータ74A,74Bは、明るく点灯する。
Claims (15)
- 第1導電層(20)及び第2導電層(24)を有するホース(16)を含んでおり、電気的特性を有するホースアセンブリ(12)と、
第1及び第2導電層(20)(24)と電気的に通信され、ホースアセンブリ(12)に動作可能に接続された少なくとも一つのインジケータ(74)を含む故障検出器(14)と、から構成されるホース故障検出システム(10)。 - 前記インジケータ(74)は、ホース(16)上に配置されている請求項1に記載のホース故障検出システム(10)。
- 前記故障検出器(14)は、第1視覚インジケータ(74a)と第2視覚インジケータ(74b)を含む請求項1に記載のホース故障検出システム(10)。
- 前記故障検出器(14)は、無線自動識別(RFID)システム(90)である請求項1に記載のホース故障検出システム(10)。
- 前記故障検出器(14)は、さらに、RFIDシステム(90)と動作可能に通信するリーダ(122)を含む請求項4に記載のホース故障検出システム(10)。
- 前記リーダ(122)は、視覚インジケータ(74)を含む請求項5に記載のホース故障検出システム(10)。
- 前記RFIDシステム(90)は、第1回路(92)、RFIDタグ(96)及び第1アンテナ(98)を含んでおり、また、

前記第1アンテナ(98)は、第1コイル(L1)に動作可能に接続された第1コンデンサー(C1)を含む、請求項7に記載のホース故障検出システム(10)。 - 前記第2アンテナ(130)は、第2コンデンサー(C2)及び第2コイル(L2)を含んでおり、また、
前記処理センター(132)は、復調器(136)、変調器(59)、第2電源(CH2)、ベースバンドプロセッサ(138)、コンパレータ(72)及びDC電源(142)を含む、請求項7に記載のホース故障検出システム(10)。 - 前記故障検出器(14)は、センサ(56)、シグナルコンディショナ(58)、メモリと処理ユニット(63)を有するマイクロコントローラデバイス(54)であり、
前記センサ(56)は、前記ホースアセンブリ(12)の電気的特性を継続的に検出する、請求項1に記載のホース故障検出システム(10)。 - 前記センサ(56)は、前記ホースアセンブリ(12)の電気的特性を継続的に検出するように構成されている請求項10に記載のホース故障検出システム(10)。
- 電気的特性を有するホース(16)を含む複数のホースアセンブリ(12)と、
少なくとも一つのホースアセンブリ(12)と通信する複数のワイヤレスタグシステム(90)と、
ホースの寿命を検知する検出機構と、
アルゴリズム(62)と、
少なくとも一つのリーダ(122)と、
少なくとも一つのホースアセンブリ(12)のホース(16)の電気的特性を表示するように構成された少なくとも一つのユーザーインターフェース(154)と、から構成されるワイヤレスベースホース故障検出システム(10)。 - 前記ワイヤレスタグシステム(90)は、RFIDタグ(96)に動作可能に接続されたセンサ(56)を含む、請求項12に記載のワイヤレスベースホース故障検出システム(10)。
- 前記ワイヤレスタグシステム(90)は、さらに、シグナルコンディショナ(58)及びメモリと処理ユニット(63)を含む、請求項13に記載のワイヤレスベースホース故障検出システム(10)。
- 電気的特性を有するホース(16)を含む少なくとも一つのホースアセンブリ(12)と、
少なくとも一つのホースアセンブリ(12)に動作可能に取り付けられた複数のセンサ(56)を有し、電気的特性を監視するように構成された、少なくとも一つのセンサ(56)ノードと、
少なくとも一つのセンサノード(160)と動作可能に通信する少なくとも一つのアグリゲータノード(160)と、から構成され、
少なくとも一つのセンサノード(160)は、少なくとも一つのアグリゲータノード(162)に電気的特性に関するデータを提供するように構成されており、また、
少なくとも一つのアグリゲータノード(162)はデータを分析して、ホースアセンブリ(12)に関する情報を、ユーザーインターフェース(154)を経由してシステムオペレータに提供するように構成されている、監視および故障検出システム(158)。
