Claims (20)
- 可変速要素からの入力を受信し、

前記可変速要素の周波数に基づいて、油圧システムの制御バルブに対するパルス幅変調信号の周波数を選択し、
前記パルス幅変調信号の選択された周波数に従って前記制御バルブを作動する方法からなる、油圧システムの制御バルブの作動方法。 - 前記油圧システムは、前記制御バルブと選択的に流体連通されるアクチュエータを含む請求項1の油圧システムの制御バルブの作動方法。
- 前記可変速要素は、動力源である請求項1の油圧システムの制御バルブの作動方法。
- 前記パルス幅変調信号の周波数は、前記周波数のハーモニック周波数である請求項1の油圧システムの制御バルブの作動方法。
- 前記パルス幅変調信号の周波数は、前記周波数のサブハーモニック周波数である請求項1の油圧システムの制御バルブの作動方法。
- 前記パルス幅変調信号の周波数は、前記可変速要素の前記周波数と略等しい請求項1の油圧システムの制御バルブの作動方法。
- 前記入力は、エンジン、流体ポンプ、流体モータ、およびインプリメントの内の一つの回転速度である請求項1の油圧システムの制御バルブの作動方法。
- 前記可変速要素の前記周波数が作動リミットより大きい場合、前記制御バルブのパルス幅変調信号の周波数が、前記周波数のサブハーモニック周波数であるように選択される請求項1の油圧システムの制御バルブの作動方法。
- 可変速要素から第1入力を受信し、
前記可変速要素から第2入力を受信し、
前記第2入力を所定リミットと比較し、
前記第2入力が前記所定リミットの範囲内にあれば、周波数トラッキングを可能とし、
前記周波数トラッキングは、前記第1入力に基づく前記可変速要素の周波数を決定し、
油圧システムの制御バルブに対して、前記可変速要素の周波数に基づいて制御バルブ作動周波数を選択し、
前記制御バルブ作動周波数に従って前記制御バルブを作動する、
油圧システムの制御バルブの作動方法。 - 前記第1入力は、前記可変速要素の回転速度である請求項9に記載の油圧システムの制御バルブの作動方法。
- 前記所定リミットが、上限値である請求項9に記載の油圧システムの制御バルブの作動方法。
- 前記制御バルブ作動周波数は、前記可変速要素の周波数のハーモニック周波数である請求項9に記載の油圧システムの制御バルブの作動方法。
- 前記制御バルブ作動周波数は、前記可変速要素の周波数のサブハーモニック周波数である請求項9に記載の油圧システムの制御バルブの作動方法。
- 前記可変速要素は、エンジン、流体ポンプ、流体モータ、電気モータおよびインプリメントからなるグループから選択される請求項9に記載の油圧システムの制御バルブの作動方法。
- 油圧システムから第3入力を受信し、
前記第3入力を第2の所定リミットと比較し、
前記第2入力が前記所定リミットの範囲内であり、かつ、前記第3入力が前記第2の所定リミットの範囲内であれば、周波数トラッキングが可能である、
請求項9に記載の油圧システムの制御バルブの作動方法。 - 動力源、
前記動力源に接続される流体置換アッセンブリ、
前記流体置換アッセンブリと選択的に流体連通する複数のアクチュエータ、
前記流体置換アッセンブリと前記複数のアクチュエータとの間で、選択的に流体連通するのに適した複数の制御バルブ、
前記複数の制御バルブを作動するために適した電子制御ユニット、
からなり、
前記電子制御ユニットは、
前記動力源の回転速度を受信し、
前記回転速度に基づく前記動力源の第1周波数を決定し、
前記動力源の点火周波数に基づき、複数の制御バルブに対するパルス幅変調の周波数を決定し、そして、
前記パルス幅変調信号の周波数に従って複数の制御バルブを作動する、
油圧システム。 - 前記複数の制御バルブのそれぞれは、二方の、2位置デジタル弁である請求項16に記載の油圧システム。
- 前記動力源が、エンジンである請求項16に記載の油圧システム。
- 前記動力源の回転速度が、CAN−バスを通じて受信される請求項16に記載の油圧システム。
- 前記パルス幅変調信号の周波数と前記点火周波数とは、ハーモニック周波数である請求項16に記載の油圧システム。
