Claims (12)
- 生物組織を切断及び/又は凝固させるための電気手術器用高周波発生器であって、
電源(12)と、
並列共振回路(1、2)とそれに結合する直列共振回路(3、4)とを含む出力フィルタにおいて高周波発振を励起し、そこには少なくとも1つの電極が接続されている、発生器部と、
を備え、
前記直列共振回路(3、4)は、前記並列共振回路(1、2)の共振周波数より高い共振周波数を有する、電気手術器用高周波発生器。 - 前記直列共振回路(3、4)の前記共振周波数は、前記並列共振回路(1、2)の共振周波数より、5%〜25%、好ましくは7.5%〜12.5%高い範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気手術器用高周波発生器。
- 前記直列共振回路(3、4)の前記共振周波数は、前記電極が短絡した時に生じる周波数よりも低いことを特徴とする、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術器用高周波発生器。
- 前記直列共振回路(3、4)の前記共振周波数は、前記電極が短絡した時に生じる高周波信号の周波数よりも0.9倍、好ましくは0.8倍低いことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電気手術器用高周波発生器。
- 前記並列共振回路(1、2)は、変圧器を介して前記直列共振回路(3、4)と結合していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術器用高周波発生器。
- 前記並列共振回路(1、2)は、前記変圧器の一部であるインダクタンスコイル(2)を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電気手術器用高周波発生器。
- 前記直列共振回路(3、4)は、前記変圧器の両側でインダクタンスコイル(3)を有することを特徴とする、請求項5又は請求項6に記載の電気手術器用高周波発生器。
- 前記2つのインダクタンスコイル(3)のそれぞれの出力側に1つのコンデンサ(4)が接続され、そのそれぞれは別々の電極に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電気手術器用高周波発生器。
- 前記発生器部は、スイッチ部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術器用高周波発生器。
- 前記発生器部は、コンデンサ(6)を介して前記並列共振回路(1、2)に結合している制御入力を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術器用高周波発生器。
- 前記高周波発生器の周波数に同期した駆動信号を発生させるために、出力側に接続されたパルス整形部(9)を有する移相器(8)が前記制御入力に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電気手術器用高周波発生器。
- 前記パルス整形部(9)からの出力信号は、手術ユニット(11)を介して駆動部(10)に送られることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の電気手術器用高周波発生器。
