（２）熱可塑性ポリアミド樹脂（Ａ）が、テレフタル酸成分単位、テレフタル酸以外の芳香族ジカルボン酸成分単位および／または炭素原子数４〜２０の脂肪族ジカルボン酸成分単位とからなるジカルボン酸成分単位（ａ１）と、脂肪族ジアミン成分単位および／または脂環族ジアミン成分単位、芳香族ジアミン単位とからなるジアミン成分単位（ａ２）とからなる繰返し単位から構成されたこと特徴とする（１）記載の炭素繊維強化樹脂組成物。
（３）熱可塑性ポリアミド樹脂（Ａ）の、ジカルボン酸成分単位（ａ１）が、テレフタル酸成分単位５０〜１００モル％、テレフタル酸以外の芳香族ジカルボン酸成分単位および／または炭素原子数４〜２０の脂肪族ジカルボン酸成分単位５０〜０モル％からなり、ジアミン成分単位（ａ２）が脂肪族ジアミン成分単位および／または脂環族ジアミン成分単位５０〜１００モル％、芳香族ジアミン単位５０〜０モル％からなることを特徴とする（２）記載の炭素繊維強化樹脂組成物。
（４）熱可塑性ポリアミド樹脂（Ａ）１００重量部に対して、さらに粒状充填材（Ｃ）１〜４０重量部を配合してなることを特徴とする（１）〜（３）のいずれか記載の炭素繊維強化樹脂組成物。

（６）（１）〜（５）のいずれかに記載の炭素繊維強化樹脂組成物を成形してなる成形品。
