Description
本発明は上記課題を解決するために本発明者らが鋭意検討した結果得られたものである。
(1)熱可塑性ポリアミド樹脂(A)100重量部に対して、引張強度が5.1GPa以上の炭素繊維(B)20〜160重量部を配合してなる炭素繊維強化樹脂組成物。
(2)熱可塑性ポリアミド樹脂(A)が、テレフタル酸成分単位、テレフタル酸以外の芳香族ジカルボン酸成分単位および/または炭素原子数4〜20の脂肪族ジカルボン酸成分単位とからなるジカルボン酸成分単位(a1)と、脂肪族ジアミン成分単位および/または脂環族ジアミン成分単位、芳香族ジアミン単位とからなるジアミン成分単位(a2)とからなる繰返し単位から構成されたこと特徴とする(1)記載の炭素繊維強化樹脂組成物。
(3)熱可塑性ポリアミド樹脂(A)の、ジカルボン酸成分単位(a1)が、テレフタル酸成分単位50〜100モル%、テレフタル酸以外の芳香族ジカルボン酸成分単位および/または炭素原子数4〜20の脂肪族ジカルボン酸成分単位50〜0モル%からなり、ジアミン成分単位(a2)が脂肪族ジアミン成分単位および/または脂環族ジアミン成分単位50〜100モル%、芳香族ジアミン単位50〜0モル%からなることを特徴とする(2)記載の炭素繊維強化樹脂組成物。
(4)熱可塑性ポリアミド樹脂(A)100重量部に対して、さらに粒状充填材(C)1〜40重量部を配合してなることを特徴とする(1)〜(3)のいずれか記載の炭素繊維強化樹脂組成物。
(5)粒状充填材(C)が、平均粒子径0.1〜30μmの板状充填材であることを特徴とする(4)記載の炭素繊維強化樹脂組成物。
(6)(1)〜(5)のいずれかに記載の炭素繊維強化樹脂組成物を成形してなる成形品。
(7)うねり曲線の算術平均高さ(Wa)値が3.0μm以下であることを特徴とする(6)記載の成形品。
