Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a toilet drainage channel.
In this toilet drainage channel, the wash water that has passed over the lower surface of the downstream end of the ascending channel collides with the horizontal surface of the stepped portion of the descending channel and scatters so as to peel off the inner wall surface of the descending channel on the ascending channel side. . The scattered washing water forms a water film so as to block the descending flow path. Due to the water film blocking the descending flow path, a siphon action can be generated in the toilet drainage channel. For this reason, the flush toilet which employs this toilet drainage channel can generate siphon action in the toilet drainage channel during toilet flushing, and can effectively discharge filth and the like.
However, since the step part is provided in the upper part of the downward flow path in the toilet drainage channel of
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional situation, and solves the problem of providing a toilet drainage channel that can be satisfactorily washed with a small amount of washing water by being employed in a flush toilet. It should be a challenge.
The toilet drainage channel of the first invention is a toilet drainage channel communicating with the downstream side of the toilet bowl of the flush toilet,
Ascending flow path that rises toward the downstream side, and in the vertical downward view, at least one of the left and right ends of the lower surface of the downstream end portion extends to the downstream side compared to the central portion;
It is characterized by comprising a descending channel that continues to the downstream end of the ascending channel and descends toward the downstream side.
In the toilet drainage channel, at least one of the left and right ends of the lower surface of the downstream end portion of the ascending channel extends downstream as compared with the central portion when viewed in the vertical direction. For this reason, the wash water flows along the left and right end portions of the lower surface of the downstream end portion of the ascending flow path, and the end portion extending to the downstream side as compared with the central portion. That is, the washing water does not immediately flow down vertically, but can form a flow having a horizontal component along the inner peripheral surface of the descending flow path. Since the wash water has a horizontal component and flows along the inner peripheral surface of the descending flow path, the wash water flows down over the entire circumference of the inner peripheral surface of the descending flow path. For this reason, it is possible to easily block the descending flow path with the washing water. In other words, a throttle part protruding inwardly is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the descending flow path, and the cleaning water that flows down from above the throttle part collides with the upper surface of the throttle part, so that the cleaning water scatters to form a water film. In this case, since the cleaning water flows down over the entire inner peripheral surface of the descending flow path, the cleaning water is scattered from the entire inner peripheral surface of the descending flow path toward the center of the descending flow path. be able to. For this reason, a water film can be formed so as to block the descending flow path even with a small amount of washing water, and a siphon action can be generated satisfactorily. In addition, since there is no step part to disperse the cleaning water in the upper part (upstream side) of the descending flow path, after the siphon action occurs, the cleaning water flows smoothly in the descending flow path, and the discharge of filth etc. is improved It can be carried out.
Therefore, the flush toilet which employs the toilet drainage channel of the first invention can perform toilet flushing with a small amount of washing water.
The ascending flow path may be a convex surface in which a lower side surface in the vicinity of the upstream side of the downstream end portion protrudes upward from the central portion in a cross-sectional shape perpendicular to the direction of flushing the washing water. In this case, in the vicinity of the upstream side of the downstream end portion of the ascending flow path, the left and right end portions of the lower side surface can be made to rise gently as compared with the central portion. Further, in the vicinity of the upstream side of the upstream end portion of the ascending flow path, a horizontal plane is not formed at the left and right end portions of the lower side surface. For this reason, the wash water flows well in the ascending flow channel toward the left and right end portions of the upstream end of the ascending flow channel, and the wash water can flow along the inner peripheral surface of the descending flow channel from the initial stage of toilet flushing. it can. Therefore, it is possible to form a water film that closes the descending flow path in the initial stage of toilet flushing, and it is possible to generate siphon action early. That is, the siphon action can be generated satisfactorily even with a small amount of washing water, and the toilet bowl can be washed well.
The descending channel extends obliquely downward from left and right ends of the lower surface of the downstream end of the ascending channel, and may have a shelf that protrudes inward along the inner peripheral surface. In this case, the wash water can flow along the shelf from the left and right ends of the lower surface of the downstream end of the ascending flow path. For this reason, even in the initial stage of toilet flushing, that is, when the flow rate of the wash water flowing into the toilet drainage channel is small, the wash water can surely flow along the entire circumference of the inner peripheral surface of the descending flow path. Therefore, even with a small amount of washing water, a water film can be formed to block the descending flow path, and siphon action can be generated to perform toilet cleaning well.
The toilet drainage channel of the second invention is a toilet drainage channel communicating with the downstream side of the toilet bowl portion of the flush toilet,
Ascending toward the downstream side, and when viewed from above in the vertical direction, provided with an ascending flow path in which at least one of the left and right ends of the upper side surface of the upstream end portion extends to the downstream side compared to the central portion. It is characterized by.
In this toilet drainage channel, when viewed from above in the vertical direction, at least one of the left and right ends of the upper surface of the upstream end of the ascending channel extends downstream from the center. For this reason, it is possible to form a flow of cleaning water along the left and right end portions of the upper surface of the upstream end portion of the ascending flow path and extending to the downstream side as compared with the central portion. Thereby, the flow of the washing water can be rectified at the entrance of the ascending channel, and the washing water or the like can easily flow into the ascending channel. For this reason, filth etc. can be discharged satisfactorily with a small amount of washing water.
Therefore, the flush toilet that employs the toilet drainage channel of the second invention can also perform toilet flushing with a small amount of washing water.
The toilet drainage channel of the third invention is a toilet drainage channel communicating with the downstream side of the toilet bowl portion of the flush toilet,
The toilet bowl communicates with the rising channel rising toward the downstream side, and in the cross-sectional shape perpendicular to the draining direction of the washing water, in the vicinity of the upstream side of the upstream end of the rising channel. The upper side surface is provided with an introduction path which is a convex surface projecting downward from the central portion.
In this toilet drainage channel, in the vicinity of the upstream side of the upstream end portion of the ascending channel, the left and right end portions of the upper side surface of the introduction channel are formed at higher positions than the central portion. For this reason, there is little change in the flow direction when washing water or the like passing through the left and right ends from the introduction path to the upstream end of the ascending channel flows from the toilet bowl to the ascending channel. Therefore, washing water and the like pass through the left and right ends from the introduction path to the upstream end of the ascending flow path, and the washing water easily flows from the toilet bowl to the ascending flow path. Can be discharged satisfactorily. In addition, air collects at the left and right end portions formed at a higher position than the central portion of the introduction path. The air gathered upward at the left and right end portions collides and diffuses the cleaning water flowing into the introduction path, so that it is possible to reduce the sound of air breaking.
Therefore, the flush toilet using the toilet drainage channel of the third invention can also perform toilet flushing with a small amount of washing water.
The upper side surface of the ascending channel may be a mountain shape having a width that gradually increases from the center toward the lower left and right in a cross-sectional shape perpendicular to the direction of draining the wash water. Since the flow rate of the wash water is slow in the vicinity of the upper surface of the ascending flow path, by making this area a mountain shape, the flow area in that area is reduced to increase the flow speed of the wash water, and the stagnation of the wash water Can be prevented. For this reason, the washing water in the ascending flow path can be flowed satisfactorily, and filth etc. can be discharged well even with a small amount of washing water.
Embodiments 1 and 2 embodying a flush toilet equipped with the toilet drainage channel of the first to third inventions will be described with reference to the drawings.
<実施例1>
<Example 1>
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the flush toilet according to the first embodiment has a
The
The
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 to 6, the
The washing water forms a swirl flow FL that flows counterclockwise in the
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the
Further, in the vicinity of the upstream side of the
Further, the vicinity of the
As described above, the
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the
The ascending
The ascending
Further, the
The
Further, as shown in FIG. 8, the
Further, as shown in FIG. 9, in the ascending
As described above, the ascending
Therefore, the flush toilet which employs the toilet drainage channel of Example 1 can perform toilet flushing with a small amount of washing water.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIGS. 10 to 13, the
The descending
Moreover, since the
Further, the
Further, the width of the
<実施例2>
<Example 2>
As shown in FIG. 14, the flush toilet of Example 2 has a horizontal pulling
The horizontal pulling
In this flush toilet, compared to the flush toilet of Example 1, the slope of the introduction path is rapidly lowered, and the slope of the ascending flow path is rapidly raised. As shown in FIG. 15, the
Further, the vicinity of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 16, the
Therefore, the flush toilet using the toilet drainage channel of Example 2 can also perform toilet flushing with a small amount of washing water.
