Abstract

前記第1操舵部材又は前記第2操舵部材の一方が前記人工器官枝部から解放されると、前記人工器官枝部は、前記第1偏向配位又は前記第2偏向配位の一方へ動くようにされた、脈管内人工器官。 - 前記第1操舵部材と前記第2操舵部材のそれぞれは、前記人工器官幹部と、前記人工器官枝部の前記第2端と、に解放可能に取り付けられていて、独立して解放されて前記人工器官枝部の前記第2端の少なくとも一部分を前記人工器官幹部から解放するようにされており、前記第1操舵部材と前記第2操舵部材のそれぞれは、取り付けられているときは、前記人工器官枝部へ掛かる対抗する張力を発生させて協働で前記人工器官枝部を前記中立配位に保持する、請求項1に記載の人工器官。
- 前記第1操舵部材と前記第2操舵部材のそれぞれは、前記人工器官幹部の前記本体を、前記人工器官枝部の前記第2端より近位の第1の長手方向位置と、前記人工器官枝部の前記第2端より遠位の第2の長手方向位置とにおいて貫通しており、前記第1の長手方向位置と前記第2の長手方向位置の間には各操舵部材の外部部分があり、前記第1操舵部材と前記第2操舵部材のそれぞれの前記外部部分は、前記人工器官枝部の前記本体を貫通し、前記人工器官枝部の前記開口している第2端を通って延びて、前記人工器官枝部の前記第2端を前記人工器官幹部に解放可能に取り付けるようにされている、請求項2に記載の人工器官。
- 前記第1の解放できる操舵部材は、前記人工器官幹部に当該人工器官幹部の前記第1側面の第1周方向位置で解放可能に取り付けられており、前記第2の解放できる操舵部材は、前記人工器官幹部に当該人工器官幹部の前記第2側面の第2周方向位置で解放可能に取り付けられている、請求項2に記載の人工器官。
- 前記中立配位では、前記人工器官枝部の少なくとも一部分は前記人工器官幹部の陥凹に受け入れられている、請求項1に記載の人工器官。
- 前記第1操舵部材又は前記第2操舵部材の一方が前記人工器官幹部又は前記人工器官枝部の少なくとも一方から解放されると、前記人工器官枝部の前記第2端が前記人工器官幹部から部分的に解放され、前記人工器官幹部に対して、前記第1操舵部材又は前記第2操舵部材の他方の方向に動けるようにされている、請求項1に記載の人工器官。
