前記第1の処理手段又は前記第2の処理手段上に、当該処理手段の上流側の搬送手段によって搬送された収穫玉葱を当該処理手段の下流側の搬送手段に供給するバイパス搬送経路を着脱自在に設けたことを特徴とする収穫玉葱処理装置。
