Description

The present invention is to manufacture small fish such as Shirako (larvae such as Anchovy), seafood, plum fruit, etc. In detail, even if it is lightweight and excellent in durability, does not cause a flurry, and when it is taken out from a refrigerator or the like, even if water droplets are formed due to condensation on the cello, the water drops are dried It relates to a drying salo that does not adhere to umeboshi and plums.

When producing dried Shirako or Umeboshi, etc., arrange Shirako and Ume-no-San (hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as dry objects) on a shallow and wide drying salo (hereinafter sometimes simply referred to as “Seiiro”). The sun is dried outdoors, and in the evening or when the sunshine conditions worsen, it is taken in and stored in the refrigerator together with the iron, or dried using a dryer.
As a salo used for such a purpose, a net member in which a net member for placing a dry object is placed in a wooden frame has been conventionally used.

However, the silo using a wooden frame has no water resistance and has a problem in durability. That is, in the case of a sword using a wooden frame, a part of the tree will decay while the frame is repeatedly wetted or dried, or it may be missing while the sero is in contact with each other. Standing is inevitable. If you use a stand-up sword, you may cut your hands and stain the product with blood, or peeled pieces of wood may be mixed with the product. This requires a very complicated work of visually identifying and removing the seeds and pieces of wood. Moreover, the silo using a wooden frame is heavy, and has a problem that it becomes heavier especially when moisture is absorbed.

Under such circumstances, for example, Patent Document 1 proposes a synthetic resin sail that can be integrally formed by injection molding.
However, in the Shirako drying industry and plum drying industry where small companies are prosperous, each company manufactures Shirako drying and plum drying by different methods using refrigerators and dryers with different standards. Therefore, if you want to manufacture a salo by injection molding, you will need a wide variety of molds according to each standard and manufacturing method, and the manufacturing cost will be very expensive. The fact is that the silo produced by this method is not widely used.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors considered to produce a silo using a foamed resin square material produced by extrusion molding. When the object is spread and freeze-dried, when taking out the salo from the freeze-dryer, the surface of the foamed resin square material is condensed and water droplets are formed, which adheres to the dried object and impairs the commercial value. I found out. This inconvenience is considered to be caused by the lack of water absorption on the surface of the foamed resin squares unlike the wooden squares.
Therefore, when a method for preventing dewdrops from adhering to the object to be dried was examined, it was found that if the surface of the square bar was roughened and unevenness was provided, the dewdrops were sucked and stored in the recesses. . Furthermore, it was found that if the surface was roughened by scratching with a wire brush, most of the water droplets were sucked and stored in the concave portions, and almost no water droplets adhered to the convex portions.

Thus, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, is lightweight and does not cause flaking or peeling of wood pieces, and it is lightweight and can prevent dewdrops from adhering to an object to be dried. Is intended to be provided at low cost.

In order to achieve the above object, a first feature of the present invention includes a frame and a net stretched inside the frame, and the frame has an expansion ratio of 1.5 to 3 times. A drying salo having a function of preventing adhesion of condensation, which is made of resin square material and has at least an inner surface roughened, is included.

The second feature of the present invention is a drying salo having the above-mentioned condensation adhesion preventing function, the rough surface of which is formed by scratching with a wire brush.

The third feature of the present invention is the drying salo having the above-described dew condensation prevention function, wherein the wire brush is a cylindrical rotating wire brush.

A fourth feature of the present invention is a drying salo having the above-described dew condensation prevention function in which the upper surface and the grounding surface of the frame are roughened.

The fifth feature of the present invention is the drying salo having the above-mentioned condensation adhesion preventing function in which a protective material is attached to the back surface of the frame.

Since the cello according to the present invention is made of foamed resin, it is lightweight and has good water resistance, so it has excellent durability, and it does not decay or flutter during use. There is no risk of soiling or exfoliated wood fragments entering the product and reducing the value of the product.
In addition, the inner surface of the frame is a rough surface, and condensed water droplets are sucked and stored in the concave portions, and no water droplets adhere to the convex portions. Water droplets do not adhere.
In addition, a moderate rough surface can be formed by scratching the surface of the square member made of foamed resin with a wire brush.

The rough surface has not only a dew condensation prevention function but also an anti-slip function. Therefore, if the upper surface of the frame and the grounding surface are roughened, even if a large number of stacks are transported, the upper surface of the upper surface will slip. Can be prevented.
If the rough surface is formed by scratching with a cylindrical rotating wire brush, the rough surface irregularities become streaks, and the unevenness of the upper surface of the lower sailo and the unevenness of the grounding surface of the upper sailo Since it is in the engaged state, the anti-slip effect is further enhanced.

As shown in FIG. 1, a drying salo 1 having a dew condensation prevention function according to the present invention comprises a frame body 2 and a net body 4 stretched on the inside of the frame body 2. The frame body 2 is foamed. It consists of a square member 3 made of resin having a magnification of 1.5 to 3 times, and at least the inner surface 2a is a rough surface.

In the present invention, the frame body 2 is a member serving as a side wall of the salo, and has a height such that a dried object such as a white egg or a plum fruit placed in the salo is not spilled during the drying operation.
In the present invention, the frame body 2 is made of foam resin square material, but the resin is not particularly limited. For example, ABS resin (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer resin), AAS resin (acrylonitrile / acrylic rubber / styrene resin) , AES resin (acrylonitrile / ethylene propylene rubber / styrene resin), AS resin (acrylonitrile / styrene resin), PS resin (polystyrene resin), PMMA resin (polymethyl methacrylate resin), PVC resin (polyvinylidene chloride resin), MS resin (Methyl methacrylate / styrene resin), PP resin (polypropylene resin), PE resin (polyethylene resin), PBT resin (polybutylene terephthalate resin) and PC resin (polycarbonate resin) can be used. , Polybutylene succinate, polyamide 11, biodegradable plastics such as polyhydroxybutyric acid can also be used. PS resin (polystyrene resin) is preferable because it has both cost advantage and strength.

In the present invention, the expansion ratio of the foamed resin is about 1.5 to 3 times, preferably about 1.8 to 2.2. This expansion ratio is a level generally used in the case of using a square or flat plate made of foamed resin as a building material from the viewpoint of strength, rigidity, workability by nail or screwing, etc. It is considered to be related to the formation of the surface.
That is, in the present invention, the inner surface side of the frame body is a rough surface, but when the foamed resin constituting the square member has the above expansion ratio, it is derived from the bubbles 3a simply by scraping the surface of the foamed resin square member. Concavities and convexities can be formed, and a rough surface can be obtained. In particular, when the surface of the square resin foam material is scraped off by a wire brush, the foamed resin is swept away by the wire to form a deep scratch mark 3b as shown in FIG. Since irregularities derived from the bubbles 3a are also formed inside, it is considered that the surface area becomes very large and the suction force for sucking water droplets becomes stronger. Further, since most of the water droplets can be sucked and stored inside the scratch mark 3b, the outer side (convex part) of the scratch mark 3b is kept dry.

In addition, when scratching using a wire brush, it is convenient and preferable to use the cylindrical rotating wire brush 5 as illustrated in FIG. According to the apparatus illustrated in FIG. 3, the surface of the square 3 is roughened by simply passing the normal foamed resin square 3 between the transport rollers 6 arranged before and after the cylindrical rotating wire brush 5. it can. In addition, when scratching is performed using the cylindrical rotating wire brush 5, the scratch mark 3b becomes deeper and the scratch marks 3b have parallel streaks. Becomes stronger, and at the same time, the anti-slip effect in the direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the streak-like scratch marks 3b becomes stronger.

The present invention is characterized in that at least the inner surface of the frame 2 is a rough surface. As a result, water droplets condensed on the inner surface of the frame body 2 are sucked and stored in the concave and convex portions of the rough surface, and the convex portion becomes dry. Since it abuts against the convex part and does not abut against the concave part, it is possible to prevent the condensed water droplets from adhering to the object to be dried.
In order to create the frame body 2 with the inner surface 2a being roughened, the foamed resin square material having at least one surface roughened by the above-described method is formed into a rectangular shape with the roughened surface facing inward. Just assemble.

In the present invention, the upper surface 2b of the frame body 2 and the grounding surface (the lower surface contacting the upper surface of the lower frame body 2 when stacked) 2c may be roughened. This not only makes it more difficult for water droplets to adhere to the object to be dried, but also when a large number of drying salos 1 are stacked, the ground contact surface 2c of the upper salo and the upper surface 2b of the lower salo are combined to exert a strong frictional force. This prevents sliding of the stacked salo 1. In FIG. 1, the ground contact surface 2 c also plays a role of attaching the net 4 to the frame 2.
In addition, when roughening the upper surface 2b and the ground contact surface 2c of the frame body 2, it is preferable that the rough surface has a shape having a strong anti-slip effect. However, such a rough surface is formed by the cylindrical rotary wire brush 5 described above. It can be easily obtained by scratching the surface of the square resin foam. That is, if the rough surface is formed by scratching with the cylindrical rotating wire brush 5, the rough surface irregularities are formed in a streak shape, but the salo 1 having such a rough surface on the upper surface 2b and the grounding surface 2c. When many are stacked, the unevenness of the upper surface 2b of the lower salo 1 and the unevenness of the grounding surface 2c of the upper salo 1 are engaged, so that the anti-slip effect is further enhanced.

Moreover, you may provide the protective material 2d which prevents abrasion of the frame 2 on the back surface of the frame 2 as shown in FIG. That is, when the object to be dried spread on the drying salo 1 is sun-dried, dried with a dryer, or stored in a refrigerator, as shown in FIG. In many cases, the drying salo 1 is placed on the rod 7. However, since the drying salo 1 on which an object to be dried is placed is heavy, the mounting rod 7 is moved when the drying salo 1 is moved. It is normal because it drags (slides) the drying salo 1 on the top. In such a case, if the protective material 2d is attached to the back surface of the frame body 2, the frame body 2 and the net body 4 can be prevented from being worn, and the durability of the drying salo 1 is increased. Such a protective material 2d is preferably a resin sheet, particularly a sheet made of polyolefin such as polyethylene or polypropylene.

The net body 4 is a portion on which a dry object such as a white child or a plum fruit is placed, and is stretched inside the frame body 2. The material is not particularly limited as long as it has a strength that does not easily break even when a dry object is placed, but polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, steel, stainless steel, and the like are preferable.

A support material 2e for supporting and reinforcing the mesh body 4 may be provided below the mesh body 4 as necessary. In the case where the support member 2e is provided, the net 4 is not bent even if the weight of the object to be dried is applied, and uniform drying is facilitated. In addition, dried dried baby chicks and dried plums may adhere to the net body 4, but in this case, if this support material 2e is struck several times from the back side of the cello, without damaging the net body 4, The adhering dried Shirako and Umeboshi can be collected efficiently.
The material of the support material 2e is not particularly limited as long as it has a strength that does not break or bend due to the weight of the object to be dried, and examples thereof include wood, bamboo, metal, FRP, and resin. In the example shown in (2), as in the case of the frame 2, a square member made of foamed resin is used. In the example shown in FIG. 1, a support member 2e is provided near the center of the frame body 2, and leg members 2f having the same size as the support member 2e are provided at the ends. The lower surface of the support member 2e and the leg member 2f is a ground contact surface 2c.

In the present invention, the assembly of the frame body, the net body, the support portion, the protective material, and the like is not particularly limited, and is performed by screws, nails, an adhesive, or the like in addition to the tacker stop as illustrated. Further, when each member is white or a color close to this, it is excellent in cleanliness and good as a food-use salo, but can be colored as necessary.

As described above, according to the drying salo of the present invention, it is lightweight and excellent in durability, and does not cause flaking or peeling of wood pieces, so that inspection and removal of blood-stained products and wood pieces are not necessary and work As well as improving the performance, silos of any size can be easily manufactured, and labor saving and cost reduction can be achieved compared to conventional injection molded products. Further, even if water droplets are formed due to condensation when taken out from the refrigerator or the like, the water droplets are sucked and stored in the concave portion of the rough surface and do not adhere to the dry object, so that the commercial value is not lowered. Furthermore, since the upper surface of the frame body and the ground contact surface are roughened, it is prevented from sliding down when a large number of the silos are stacked, so that a drying salo excellent in storage, transportation and handling is provided.
