Abstract
Description
In the present invention, an element that captures dust contained in air is disposed inside a casing of an air cleaner device, thereby forming a dirty chamber and a clean chamber on the lower side and upper side of the element, respectively, and introducing air into the dirty chamber. The present invention relates to an air cleaner apparatus for a vehicle in which a blow-by gas inlet and an air outlet are provided in the clean chamber.
Air blower gas from the engine is supplied to an air cleaner device that filters the dust contained in the air supplied to the engine through the element, and fuel vapor and oil mist contained in the blowby gas are combusted by the engine together with the intake air to prevent emission to the atmosphere. To be done. In this case, when oil mist contained in the blow-by gas is formed into droplets inside the air cleaner device and adheres to the element, there is a problem that the element is clogged and the dust filtering performance is deteriorated.
Therefore, the blowby gas inlet and the air outlet are opened on the wall of the casing facing the element of the air cleaner device so as to be adjacent to each other, and the blowby gas reversing guide extends from the blowby gas inlet to the air outlet. Patent Document 1 listed below discloses a device that prevents blow-by gas from being blown directly onto an element to prevent the element from being soiled by oil.
However, since the conventional blowby gas reversing guide directly covers the air outlet of the casing, the flow of air from the inside of the casing to the air outlet is hindered and pressure loss increases. Since the blow-by gas reversing guide hardly contributes to the improvement of the rigidity of the casing, the casing may vibrate and cause noise.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to prevent the elements of the air cleaner device from being soiled by the oil contained in the blow-by gas and to prevent membrane vibration of the casing of the air cleaner device. .
In order to achieve the above object, according to the invention described in claim 1, by disposing an element for capturing dust contained in air inside a casing of an air cleaner device, the element is disposed below and above the element. Dirty chambers and clean chambers are formed, an air inlet device is provided in the dirty chamber, and a blowby gas inlet port and an air outlet port are provided in the clean chamber. The air outlet is provided on the first and second side surfaces of the casing facing each other, the first side surface in the vicinity of the blow-by gas inlet and the second side surface in the vicinity of the air outlet. According to the invention described in
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in addition to the configuration of the first or second aspect, the oil guide member is inserted from the blow-by gas inlet side in a state where the air cleaner device is mounted on a vehicle. A vehicular air cleaner device is proposed, which is arranged to be inclined so as to become lower toward the air outlet side.
According to the invention described in
According to the invention described in
According to the invention described in claim 6, in addition to the structure of any one of claims 1 to 3, the oil guide member has a cross-section substantially L formed of one bottom wall and one side wall. A vehicle air cleaner device is proposed.
Note that the first and
According to the configuration of the first aspect, the air containing dust supplied to the dirty chamber from the air inlet of the casing of the air cleaner device is filtered and flows into the clean chamber when passing through the element from the bottom to the top. Then, it mixes with the blow-by gas containing the fuel vapor and oil mist introduced from the blow-by gas inlet and is led out from the air outlet. The blow-by gas inlet and the air outlet are respectively provided on the first and second side surfaces of the casing facing each other, and the first side near the blow-by gas inlet and the second side near the air outlet are provided. Since it is connected by the oil guide member, the oil that is agglomerated in the oil mist contained in the blow-by gas is guided to the air outlet along the oil guide member, so that the oil adheres to the element and the filtration performance decreases. Can be prevented. In addition, since the oil guide member connects the first and second side surfaces of the casing that face each other, the rigidity of the first and second side surfaces is increased to prevent the occurrence of membrane vibration and contribute to the reduction of intake noise. be able to.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the oil guide member includes the shielding part that the blow-by gas introduced from the blow-by gas introduction port collides, the oil mist contained in the blow-by gas is efficiently made into droplets and the oil guide. It can be reliably attached to the member.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the oil guide member is inclined and arranged so as to be lowered from the blow-by gas inlet side toward the air outlet port side with the air cleaner device mounted on the vehicle. The oil adhering to the guide member can be smoothly guided to the air outlet port side.
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, since the oil guide member is a member having a substantially U-shaped cross section composed of one bottom wall and two side walls, the oil flowing along the oil guide member drops in the middle. It can prevent adhering to the element.
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, one of the two side walls of the oil guide member has a height on the blow-by gas inlet side higher than that on the air outlet side. The introduced blow-by gas collides with the high part of the side wall to effectively form droplets, while the side wall on the air outlet side where the blow-by gas does not collide is lowered to reduce the weight of the oil guide member and distribute the air The resistance can be reduced and the volume of the casing can be increased.
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the oil guide member is a member having a substantially L-shaped cross section composed of one bottom wall and one side wall, and the edge of the bottom wall opposite to the side wall is the first edge of the casing. Since the oil guide member is fixed along the third side surface different from the second side surface, the oil guide member is reduced in size to reduce the weight, and the bottom wall, the side wall, and the third side surface form a bowl-shaped cross section, and the oil guide The oil flowing along the member can be prevented from dripping and adhering to the element.
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, since one side wall of the oil guide member has a height on the blow-by gas inlet side higher than that on the air outlet side, the blow-by gas introduced from the blow-by gas inlet is reduced. By reducing the side wall on the air outlet side where blow-by gas does not collide while colliding with the high part of the side wall and effectively forming droplets, the weight of the oil guide member is reduced, the air flow resistance is reduced, the casing The volume can be increased.
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

Next, the operation of the first embodiment of the present invention having the above configuration will be described.
The air introduced into the

According to the present embodiment, the blow-by gas introduced into the
The
Since the downstream end portion of the

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, the description which overlaps by attaching | subjecting the code | symbol same as the code | symbol of the member of 1st Embodiment to the member of 2nd Embodiment corresponding to the member of 1st Embodiment. Is omitted.
Although the
An

Next, the operation of the second embodiment of the present invention having the above configuration will be described.
The blow-by gas introduced into the
Since the
Since the downstream end portion of the
Further, since the first to third side surfaces 22b, 22c, and 22m of the
