Description

The present invention relates to an assembly booth that can be installed indoors to form a private space when evacuating to a public facility in the event of a disaster such as a major earthquake, flood, or radioactive leak from a nuclear power plant. Is.

In recent years, major earthquakes have occurred in Japan and other parts of the world, and as a result, there are many cases where people are forced to evacuate without their homes. The Great East Japan Earthquake that occurred on March 11, 2011, was hit by a huge earthquake from Kanto on the Pacific side to the entire Tohoku region, and a large tsunami caused by the earthquake struck many people and houses. It was. To that end, hundreds of thousands of people are living in public facilities such as schools, gymnasiums, and public halls.

By the way, in many of these public facilities, when many families live together in a wide space, there are various difficulties and problems, but one of them is a problem related to privacy, and a common life in a large space. However, personal privacy cannot be ensured, and victims suffer from mental pain and stress, and in some cases may become ill, if refuge is prolonged. Therefore, there are people who stand up cardboard etc. in a large space such as a gymnasium, but the partition that just stands up is not stable and its height is about several tens of centimeters, so privacy is sufficient It cannot be secured.

There are also plate-like partitions that have been proposed and put to practical use, but they are bulky and heavy, and are complicated to carry, assemble, and remove to large spaces for shelters. Not only are there drawbacks, but there are also disadvantages in that assembly and removal operations take time and are expensive. In addition, there is also a drawback that the floor of the shelter is scratched because a fixing tool such as a nail is often used for installation.

If this point is taken into consideration, it is preferable that the booth is configured by corrugated cardboard or the like and only placed on the floor surface. The “evacuation shelter partition unit body and shelter partition structure using the same” disclosed in JP-A-2006-274740 is a unit body that partitions a large room (space) for a shelter into small compartments (spaces), and uses the same It is a partition structure for an evacuation shelter.
Therefore, a unit in which a fold line that can be alternately valley-folded and mountain-folded at a constant width along the length direction is provided on the surface of a wide and long corrugated cardboard, and a plurality of unit bodies are provided. It is a partition unit body for an evacuation center that is sequentially connected. However, since a plurality of unit bodies are sequentially connected, it is difficult to install them as needed personally.

The “booth unit” according to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2010-116766 can configure a dedicated space for individuals or groups in an internet cafe or a disaster shelter, etc., and can set various directions and positions of entrances and exits. It is possible to change the layout, removal, and relocation easily.
Therefore, with the front end of the rectangular floor plate in the longitudinal direction as the front side, the front half of the floor plate covers the front and left and right sides and the upper side and the enclosure booth B1 is opened to the rear side. An open booth B2 is configured, and the open booth B2 includes a frame extending rearward from the left and right sides of the ceiling portion of the enclosure booth B1 and extending to the left and right sides of the rear end portion of the floor board.

However, this booth unit is structurally complicated and suitable for outdoor installation, but it is preferable that the booth unit is simpler for indoor use.
"Evacuation shelter partition unit body and shelter shelter partition structure using the shelter" according to JP-A-2006-274740 "Booth unit" according to JP 2010-116766 A

Thus, the conventional evacuation booth has the above-mentioned problems. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem, and an assembly type booth that can be freely changed in size according to the number of family members and can be easily installed even by an amateur is provided.

The assembly type booth according to the present invention is constituted by using a plurality of happos polystyrene plates. Therefore, the side walls of the booth have fitting recesses and fitting projections that can be engaged with each other so that the happo polystyrene plates are connected to each other, and the upper part can be opened for indoor installation. I can do it. That is, a roof is not always necessary, but a transparent or translucent resin plate or the like is placed so that a light enters when the roof is attached.

And the door used as an entrance / exit can be attached and opened to the opening provided in the happy polystyrene board which comprises a side wall. The door is also made of a haplo roll plate, and a hinge is attached to the shaft part for opening and closing, but since it is the happo roll plate, it cannot be screwed directly, so a mounting reinforcement plate that sandwiches both sides is installed. I am using it. However, the door opening / closing means is not limited to a hinge.

Since the assembly type booth according to the present invention can be constituted by connecting a plurality of happos polystyrene plates, the size (floor area) can be freely changed according to the number of family members. That is, the size of the booth becomes free depending on the number of happos polystyrene plates used. And unlike a corrugated cardboard board, if the happo roll board uses a thickness of about several centimeters, the connected booth will be stable and will not tip over.

In addition, since adjacent haplo roll plates are connected by the engagement recesses and the engagement projections meshing with each other, the happo polystyrene plates having a certain degree of elasticity have no gap between the engagement recesses and the engagement projections. They can be engaged with each other with elasticity, so that the connection strength is high and they do not come off and separate. In addition, it is convenient to go in and out with an open / close door. Since the haplo-styrene plates are connected with almost no gap, the inside of the booth is quiet. In particular, if the surface is coated to form a film, the soundproofing performance is greatly improved. In addition, because of its excellent thermal insulation, the interior is relatively warm even during evacuation in winter. Of course, because it is light, there will be no injury if it falls down after an aftershock.

FIG. 1 is an external view showing an assembly type booth according to the present invention. The booth 1 has a square floor surface, and four side walls 2, 2,... Stand up, and two side walls 2 and 3 are connected to each other, and a total of eight happos rolls 3 are connected. , 3 ... are combined. And the opening used as the entrance / exit is formed in the happy polystyrene board 11 which comprises the side wall 2, The door 4 is attached to this opening, and this door 4 can be opened and closed. In addition, ceiling plates 5 and 5 are placed on the ceiling.

As is clear from the figure, a fitting concave portion and a fitting convex portion are formed at the side ends of each of the happy polystyrene plates 3, 3... And the fitting convex portion meshes with these fitting concave portions. -The styrene plates 3, 3 are connected to form the side wall 2. FIG. 2 shows a specific example of the happy polystyrene plate 3, the shape of which is a vertically long, roughly rectangular shape, and fitting recesses 6, 6... And fitting projections 7, 7,. Is formed.

Similarly, fitting concave portions 8, 8... And fitting convex portions 9, 9 are provided at the upper end. In addition, elongated cutout grooves 10 and 10 are horizontally provided on both sides of the intermediate portion. The fitting recesses 6, 6..., The fitting protrusions 7, 7..., The fitting recesses 8, 8..., The fitting protrusions 9 and 9, and the notch grooves 10 and 10. Although the specific method of processing is free, for example, cutting can be performed.

FIG. 3 shows a happy polystyrene plate 11 to which the door 4 is attached. .. Are formed at the side ends, like the above-mentioned Happo polystyrene plate 3, and are fitted with fitting recesses 8, 8,. Joint protrusions 9 and 9 are provided. A large opening 12 is provided at the center, and elongated edges 13a and 13b are bonded to both sides of the opening 12.

By the way, the outer shape of the happy polystyrene plate 3 shown in FIG. 2 and the happy polystyrene plate 11 shown in FIG. 3 are the same. The happy polystyrene plate 3 has notched grooves 10, 10, but has no opening 12, and the happy polystyrene plate 11 has an opening 12, but does not have the notched grooves 10, 10. However, the arrangement of the fitting recesses 6, 6... And the fitting projections 7, 7... Provided on both sides, and the fitting recesses 8, 8. , 9 are the same. That is, the happos polystyrene plates 3 and 11 having the same outer shape and shape are used.

A large opening 12 is provided in the central portion of the happos polystyrene plate 11 to which the door 4 is attached. The opening 12 has a height close to a person's height so that a person can pass in and out. . And the elongate edge material 13a, 13b is attached to the both sides of the opening 12, and the door 4 is mounted | worn with this both edge material 13a, 13b.
Here, a coating film may be formed by coating the surface of the happy polystyrene plate 3, the happy polystyrene plate 11, and the door 4, and by forming the coating film, the soundproofing in the booth 1 is enhanced, Is quiet.

FIG. 4 is a specific example showing the ceiling plate 5, fitting recesses 14, 14 are formed at both ends thereof, and are placed on the upper ends of the happier roll plates 3, 3. The mating recesses 14 can be fitted with fitting projections 9, 9 formed on the upper ends of the happy polystyrene plates 3, 11. Here, the ceiling plate 5 is made of a transparent or translucent resin plate so that outside light enters the booth 1. If the ceiling board 5 is made of a haptostyrene board, a transparent or translucent resin board is used as the ceiling board 5 so that no light enters the booth. However, sometimes the ceiling board 5 is not attached.

FIG. 5 shows the corner plate 15, and is fitted and attached to the notch grooves 10 and 10 provided in the happo polystyrene plate constituting the side wall of the booth 1. Since the edges 16 and 16 of the corner plate 15 are fitted and attached to the notched grooves 10 and 10, a simple shelf is completed at the corner of the booth 1. By attaching the corner plates 15, 15... To the corners, the rigidity of the booth 1 is improved, twisting is prevented, and convenience is enhanced. That is, a small luggage or the like can be placed on the corner plate 15.

Here, the corner plate 15 is generally a triangular shape, but its size is arbitrary. However, if a large corner plate 15 is used, the corner plate 15 attached to the corner of the booth 1 may be in the way, and even if the corner plate 15 made of happos polystyrene is enlarged, it is strong enough to carry a large load. Therefore, an appropriate size is preferable.

FIG. 6 shows the door 4 attached to the opening 12 of the happy polystyrene board 11. The door 4 has a vertically long rectangular shape with a corner portion cut out, and matches the shape of the opening 12 to which the door 4 is attached. Edge members 13a and 13b made of happo styrene rolls are adhered to both sides of the opening 12, and both sides of the door 4 are attached to the edge members 13a and 13b so as to overlap each other. And one edge material 13b is provided with a hinge, and the door 4 is attached through the hinge so as to be opened and closed.

Here, although the specific structure attached so that the door 4 can be opened and closed is not limited, FIG. 7 shows the specific example which attached the door 4 via the hinge 17. FIG. That is, although a cross-sectional view is shown, a U-shaped reinforcing member 18 is attached to the edge member 13b, and a reinforcing member 19 is also attached to the side edge of the door. Then, one butterfly piece 20a of the hinge 17 is screwed to the reinforcing member 18, and the butterfly piece 20b is connected to the reinforcing member 19 by screwing. Of course, it is also possible to attach the U-shaped reinforcing members 18 and 19 to the edge members 13b and the side ends of the door 4 and screw and connect the butterfly pieces 20a and 20b.

Thus, since the door 4 cannot be directly screwed and attached to the happos polystyrene plate 11 which is weak in strength, the reinforcing members 18 and 19 are attached, and the reinforcing members 18 and 19 are connected to the reinforcing members 18 and 19 via the hinges 17. A door 4 is attached, and the door 4 can be opened and closed by the hinge 17.
