以下、実施例を挙げて、本発明をより具体的に説明するが、本発明はこれら実施例に限定されるものではない。
<実施例1>
「防炎板紙の製造」
板紙として、内添サイズ剤を添加せずに、塗工層のないノーコートボール(坪量:350g/m)を抄造した。このノーコートボールは、中層および裏層には古紙を使用しており、表層(坪量:50g/m)にはLBKP(広葉樹晒クラフトパルプ)100%を使用したものである。
この板紙(ノーコートボール)に、難燃剤(丸菱油化社製「ノンネン600」、リン酸グアニジン)をエアナイフコータで両面塗工し、防炎板紙を得た。難燃剤の固形分付着量は、表裏合計で60g/mであった。
得られた防炎板紙について、JIS−A1322:1966に準じた防炎試験を行ったところ、防炎2級を達成した。

When the obtained flameproof paperboard was subjected to a flameproof test according to JIS-A1322: 1966, the flameproof second grade was achieved.

得られた防炎板紙において、印刷用紙が貼り合わされている側の面についてJIS−A1322:1966に準じた防炎試験を行ったところ、防炎2級を達成した。

結果を表1に示す。

これに対して、比較例1では、防炎板紙のかわりに難燃剤が付与されていない板紙を用いたために、防炎性を備えていなかった。比較例2では、印刷用防炎板紙のかわりに、印刷用紙が貼り合わされていない防炎板紙を用いたために、印刷鮮明性が劣った。
