Description

The present invention relates to an interior decorative sheet used for interiors such as wallpaper.

Conventionally, as a wallpaper decorative sheet used for interiors of houses such as wall surfaces and ceilings of buildings and interiors of vehicles, those having a resin layer made of vinyl chloride resin on a base material, or foamed by foaming a vinyl chloride resin layer A resin layer or one provided with a pattern layer or a concavo-convex pattern is generally used. However, these decorative sheets made of vinyl chloride resin generate harmful hydrogen chloride gas during combustion, so there is a problem of waste material treatment that limits incineration disposal, and the hydrogen chloride gas generated in the event of a fire is toxic. There is a problem, and there is a need for a decorative sheet that replaces a wallpaper decorative sheet using a vinyl chloride resin.

As a decorative sheet not using vinyl chloride, a decorative sheet using a decorative paper of a paper-based substrate has been used. However, a decorative sheet using such decorative paper has a problem that wrinkles and sagging occur during construction because it tends to cause a decrease in rigidity and curl due to moisture. In addition, because it tends to cause expansion and contraction due to moisture or drying, even if it is in a beautifully finished state during construction, it may cause wrinkles due to shrinkage due to drying, etc. Therefore, it was not easy to construct with a good appearance. Further, a decorative sheet using a paper-based decorative paper is likely to be lifted from a bent portion, and an improvement in followability to a surface having a wall corner or irregularities has been desired.

As a sheet that can suppress wrinkles, floats, sagging, etc. due to water content after construction, a pressure-sensitive adhesive in which a resin film layer is laminated on the front and back of a corrugated paper layer on both front and back surfaces to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer An attached sheet is disclosed (see Patent Document 1). In the sheet, the paper layer is wavy, so that the expansion and contraction of the paper layer due to humidity can be released in the thickness direction, and the paper layer is fixed by the internal film layer to be It is disclosed that expansion and contraction in the direction can be prevented. However, since the thing of the said structure has a resin film layer on the front and back of a paper layer, the organic matter content inevitably increased, and it was a structure where it was difficult to achieve both suppression of wrinkles and nonflammability. In addition, although it is disclosed that an aluminum layer may be provided, the aluminum layer is directly laminated with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. Therefore, in this configuration, the outgas from the wall surface that is the adherend or the alkalinity of the base material As a result, the aluminum layer may corrode and float or peel off.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is that a vinyl chloride base material is not used, and when it is used for an interior such as a wall surface of a building, it can be suitably constructed without causing wrinkles or sagging, and suitable for adherends. An object of the present invention is to provide an interior decorative sheet that has followability, does not easily float or peel off after being attached, and has good nonflammability.

The decorative sheet for interior use of the present invention has a metal foil layer having a thickness of 5 to 50 μm on the back side of a decorative paper made of a paper-based substrate having a design surface on the surface, and the metal foil layer on the decorative paper side By reducing the total amount of organic matter, suitable nonflammability can be realized, and hydrogen chloride gas is not generated even when it is burned or disposed of. In addition, even if the decorative paper side layer is made thin by the metal foil layer, the rigidity of the decorative sheet can be secured, and it is difficult for wrinkles and sagging to occur during enforcement, and shrinkage due to water content does not easily occur. In addition, the configuration of decorative paper and metal foil layer based on paper makes it possible to follow the adherend shape well when affixed to an adherend such as a wall surface. Even at the corners of beams and beams, it follows the shape of the wall well and does not easily float or peel off. Moreover, since it has the resin thin film layer which consists of a resin primer layer and a resin film layer between the said metal foil layer and an adhesive layer, the outgas from a wall surface or the metal foil layer by the base material being alkaline or acidic Corrosion hardly occurs, and can prevent floating and peeling after enforcement due to corrosion.

That is, the present invention comprises a metal foil layer having a thickness of 5 to 50 μm and a resin thin film layer comprising a resin primer layer or a resin film layer on the back side of a decorative paper comprising a paper-based substrate having a design surface on the surface, An adhesive layer in order, and the total amount of organic matter from the metal foil layer to the decorative paper side is 150 g /
is intended to provide an interior decorative sheet is m 2 or less.

The decorative sheet for interior of the present invention has good non-combustibility and does not use a vinyl chloride base material, so it is highly safe even when used for a housing interior such as a wallpaper of a building or a ceiling, an automobile interior, etc. . In addition, it is suitable for installation on wide walls and ceilings, and is suitable for preventing wrinkles and sagging, and it is also suitable for corners such as wall corners and corners. Follow the shape. Further, even after construction, corrosion due to outgas from the wall surface hardly occurs, so that floating and peeling over time hardly occur. For this reason, the decorative sheet for interior of the present invention is suitable as a decorative sheet for interior of buildings such as houses and various interiors such as automobiles, especially buildings such as houses used in a large area.

Furthermore, since the decorative sheet for interior use of the present invention uses a paper material as a raw fabric sheet, it is superior in heat resistance as compared with a case where a resin film such as vinyl chloride is used alone as a raw fabric sheet. Thereby, in order to implement | achieve the design property excellent in the process of printing and drying a pattern, it is possible to dry a printing surface at high temperature.

The decorative sheet for interior use of the present invention has a metal foil layer having a thickness of 5 to 50 μm, a resin thin film layer composed of a resin primer layer or a resin film layer, and an adhesive layer on the back side of the decorative paper whose surface is a design surface. In order, and the total amount of organic substances in the layer from the metal foil layer to the decorative paper side is 150 g / m 2 or less.

[Decorative paper]
The decorative paper used for the decorative sheet for interior use of the present invention is provided with a design surface on the surface of a decorative sheet in which a design surface is provided on the surface of a paper-based substrate or a composite sheet in which a paper-based substrate and a resin film are laminated. Can use decorative paper.

As the paper substrate, a paper substrate generally used as wallpaper can be used as appropriate, and examples thereof include fine paper, thin paper, reinforced paper, and resin-impregnated paper. In addition, latex-impregnated paper obtained by impregnating the above paper with a resin such as aqueous latex and aqueous acrylic can be preferably used because it is excellent in printability and resistant to moisture.

In addition, those containing inorganic fibers such as glass fibers and carbon fibers and hydrophobic synthetic fibers to improve dimensional stability against humidity, and guanidine sulfamate and guanidine phosphate to improve flame retardancy Those containing a flame retardant such as can also be preferably used.

The decorative paper used in the present invention may be decorative paper in which a design surface is provided on the surface of the paper-based substrate, but a paper-based substrate / resin film composite in which a resin film is laminated on the paper-based substrate. A decorative paper having a design surface on the resin film side surface of the sheet may be used. The decorative paper using the composite sheet is preferable because the resin film has high surface wettability and printability is improved. Further, it is preferable because paper breakage is less likely to occur when following corners such as wall corners and corners, columns, beams, and the like, and bendability and followability are particularly excellent. In particular, the surface is treated with a primer or corona treatment, and then laminated with a resin film such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene-polypropylene copolymer resin, or ABS resin (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer resin). It is preferable. Especially when exposed to high temperatures during printing, polyethylene terephthalate having relatively high heat resistance is more preferable.

The decorative paper used in the present invention has a design surface on the surface of the paper-based substrate. The design surface can be formed by any method such as gravure printing, offset printing, silk screen printing, transfer printing, and ink jet printing. In particular, by using gravure printing, it is possible to achieve both high designability and excellent productivity.

In addition, in order to impart scratch resistance and stain resistance to the printing surface, the resin curing method is not particularly limited, but a top coat such as an acrylic urethane resin is preferably provided, and the thermosetting type A curing method such as UV curing type or EB curing type can be adopted.

The thickness of the decorative paper used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but when a paper-based substrate is used for the decorative paper, the thickness of the paper-based substrate is a thickness of 40 to 100 μm that makes cutability and workability particularly good. It is preferable that it is 60-80 micrometers. Moreover, when using a composite sheet of a paper-based substrate / resin film for decorative paper, the thickness of the paper-based substrate is the same, but the thickness of the resin film is preferably 5 μm to 50 μm, which provides good nonflammability, 30 μm is more preferable.

[Metal foil layer]
Since the decorative sheet of the present invention has a metal foil layer, it is difficult to cause wrinkles and sagging during construction, and good workability can be realized, and excellent followability to the wall surface shape and fire resistance can be realized. As the said metal foil layer, aluminum foil, iron foil, stainless steel foil, copper foil etc. can be used, for example. Among them, the aluminum foil can be particularly preferably used because it gives the decorative sheet a certain rigidity and can be bent appropriately, so that it can follow the adherend surface during construction and can realize excellent nonflammability. .

The thickness of the metal foil layer is 5 to 50 μm, more preferably 5 to 25 μm, and particularly preferably 5 to 15 μm. By making the thickness of the metal foil layer appropriate, it is possible to realize suitable workability and followability to the adherend while realizing good incombustibility, and also to cut to any shape An excellent decorative sheet can be realized.

When laminating a metal foil layer with other layers such as the above decorative paper, lamination by lamination can be preferably used, and as a laminating technique, solvent-based urethane resin-based, vinyl acetate-based, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer-based aqueous vinyl A technique based on sheet coating such as urethane-based or reactive hot melt adhesive is used.

[Resin film layer]
The decorative sheet of the present invention has a resin thin film layer composed of a resin primer layer or a resin film layer between the metal foil layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, whereby corrosion of the metal foil layer can be prevented, and the decorative sheet over time Can be suppressed.

As the resin primer layer used as the resin thin film layer, for example, a primer layer obtained by applying a resin such as a vinyl acetate resin, a urethane resin, or an epoxy resin can be used. The resin primer layer can be preferably used because it has higher adhesion to the metal foil than the resin film layer. Of these, vinyl chloride-based resins are particularly preferable because of their high adhesion.

As the resin film layer used as the resin thin film layer, for example, a resin such as polyethylene or a copolymer resin of polyethylene and polypropylene can be used. The resin film layer can be preferably used because it is thicker than the resin primer and has higher durability than the resin primer layer. Among these, polyethylene is preferable because it is highly productive and advantageous in terms of cost.

The resin film layer may be bonded to the film via an adhesive, but the so-called polylamination method in which the molten resin is bonded to another layer while extruding the resin is highly productive and is more preferable from an industrial viewpoint. . When the resin film layer is formed by this method, a method in which a molten resin is applied between the metal foil layer and a paper-based substrate such as reinforced paper, laminated, and laminated can be preferably used. In addition, when forming a resin film layer, making it melt, it is especially preferable to use a low density polyethylene from a viewpoint of adhesiveness and productivity.

The thickness of the resin thin film layer is preferably 1 to 10 μm, more preferably 2 to 7 μm, and particularly preferably 3 to 5 μm as the resin primer layer. The resin film layer is preferably 10 to 60 μm, more preferably 20 to 50 μm, and particularly preferably 30 to 40 μm.

[Adhesive layer]
The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as the decorative sheet can be suitably attached to the adherend, and includes an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, an acrylic urethane-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, and an epoxy-modified urethane pressure-sensitive adhesive. An adhesive layer can be used suitably. Of these, acrylic urethane pressure-sensitive adhesives and epoxy-modified urethane pressure-sensitive adhesives are preferable because of their high durability.

When the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is laminated with another layer, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is directly applied to the other layer and then dried, or the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided by drying, or the pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to the release paper and dried. A method of attaching the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to another layer can be used.

Further, the adhesive layer is preferably provided with a groove in order to suitably remove the outgas generated from the adhesive layer or the wall surface or the air bubbles that have entered between the base material and the decorative sheet at the time of application. . The shape of the groove may be any shape such as a linear shape or a lattice shape.

The thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but is preferably 30 to 60 μm, and more preferably 40 to 50 μm.

In addition, since the adhesive layer has a small amount of residual solvent, it is desirable not to use 13 substances such as toluene, xylene, and ethylbenzene that the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare has established guidelines for indoor air concentration.

[Decoration sheet for interior]
The decorative sheet for interior of the present invention is a metal having a thickness of 5 to 50 μm on the back side of the decorative surface of the decorative paper composed of a paper-based substrate having a design surface on the surface or a composite sheet of a paper-based substrate / resin film. A foil layer, a resin thin film layer composed of a resin primer layer or a resin film layer, and an adhesive layer are sequentially provided. And with the said structure, in addition to the nonflammability suitable for a decorative sheet, it is suitable workability because the total amount of the organic substance of the layer (including decorative paper) from the metal foil layer to the decorative paper side is 150 g / m 2 or less. And follow-up performance.

The total amount of organic substances from the metal foil layer to the decorative paper side layer is 150 g / m 2 or less, preferably 10 to 90 g / m 2 , more preferably 30 to 60 g / m 2 . The smaller the total amount of organic matter, the more the combustion components can be reduced. On the other hand, when the amount is too small, the rigidity of the decorative sheet is reduced, and wrinkles and sagging are likely to occur. In the present invention, while reducing the total amount of organic matter and having a metal foil layer of a certain thickness in the configuration, it achieves good nonflammability with a small amount of organic matter, and realizes favorable workability and followability it can.

In the interior decorative sheet of the present invention, other layers may be provided between the respective layers. For example, an adhesive layer may be provided in order to bond the above-mentioned respective layers, or an easy adhesion process by a primer layer or a corona process may be performed on the surface of each layer.

The total amount of organic matter from the metal foil layer to the decorative paper side includes printing parts in decorative paper with a design surface and resin components impregnated in the paper base material. These adhesives and primer layers are included when they are bonded by an agent or when a metal foil surface has a primer layer for improving adhesion.

The thickness of the decorative sheet of the present invention may be appropriately adjusted according to the mode of use. For example, when used as wallpaper, the thickness is preferably 120 to 250 μm, and preferably 150 to 200 μm. Is more preferable.

[Embodiment]
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the interior decorative sheet of the present invention will be exemplified. As a suitable example of the decorative sheet for interior use of the present invention, a metal foil layer is provided on the back surface of a decorative paper having a design surface on the surface via an adhesive, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive is provided on the metal foil layer via a primer layer. A configuration in which a layer is provided can be exemplified (FIG. 1). The interior decorative sheet having such a configuration can be manufactured easily by laminating each layer in order, and a thin decorative sheet can be formed. This configuration can be realized at low cost.

As another preferred example, a metal foil layer is provided on the back surface of a decorative paper made of a paper-based substrate having a design surface on the surface via an adhesive layer, and a low density polyethylene layer is provided on the metal foil layer. A configuration in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided can be exemplified (FIG. 2). In the said structure, when improving the adhesiveness of a low density polyethylene layer and an adhesive layer, it is also preferable to laminate | stack through a reinforced paper (FIG. 3). The interior decorative sheet having such a configuration is very effective in that the polyethylene layer exhibits a particularly high anticorrosion property even when the base material is strongly alkaline or acidic.

The decorative sheet for interior of the present invention has good non-flammability and does not use a vinyl chloride base material according to the above configuration, so that it can be used for interiors of buildings such as wallpaper and ceilings of buildings, automobile interiors, etc. High safety. In addition, since the paper material is a raw sheet, it is superior in heat resistance as compared to the case where a resin film such as vinyl chloride is used alone as a raw sheet. Thereby, in order to implement | achieve the design property excellent in the process of printing and drying a pattern, it is possible to dry a printing surface at high temperature. For this reason, the decorative sheet for interior of the present invention can be suitably used as a wallpaper for various interiors such as buildings such as houses and automobiles, especially buildings such as houses used in a large area.

As shown in Table 1 above, the decorative sheets of Examples 1 to 5 of the present invention have good results in workability evaluation, follow-up evaluation, nonflammability evaluation, and corrosivity tests 1 and 2, and in particular, Example 3 is The results were all good and the performance balance was the best. On the other hand, since the decorative sheet of Comparative Example 1 had no metal foil layer, the decorative sheet had no shape maintaining property, and was unsatisfactory in the workability evaluation and the follow-up evaluation. Since the decorative sheet of Comparative Example 2 does not have a layer for protecting the metal foil layer, corrosion of the metal foil layer occurred in the corrosion test. Moreover, although the decorative sheet of Comparative Example 3 had a thick sheet thickness, the workability evaluation and the follow-up evaluation were slightly inferior to the examples, but above all, the result was that it could not have nonflammability.
