In the method, a fixing bolt, a spacer having an opening with inner diameter larger than the diameter of the fixing bolt, and a packing are arranged at the opening part of the synthetic resin plate to be fixed.

Description

The present invention relates to a method for fixing a synthetic resin plate without using a frame.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a method of constructing a wall surface or a roof with glass by making a hole in tempered glass and bolting the hole is called a DPG (dot point glazing) method and is widely known. (For example, see Patent Document 1)
However, when glass is replaced with a synthetic resin plate for the purpose of weight reduction and safety, the synthetic resin plate has a larger coefficient of linear expansion than glass, so it needs to have a structure that can absorb expansion and contraction due to temperature changes. There wasn't enough until.

In the fixing method used in the conventional DPG method, the expansion and contraction of the synthetic resin plate cannot be absorbed, causing a deflection at the time of extension, and stress is concentrated on the fixing part at the time of contraction, causing the fixing part to be damaged. The present invention has been made to solve such problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a fixing method capable of absorbing expansion and contraction of a synthetic resin plate and avoiding deflection and stress concentration.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is a method for fixing a synthetic resin plate, which is an alternative to glass and has excellent weight reduction and safety, and can be used for a waist plate (handrail of stairs, balcony, etc.) and a roof. In order to solve the problem that the fixing method used in the conventional DPG method cannot absorb the expansion and contraction of the synthetic resin plate, which causes a deflection at the time of extension, stress concentrates on the fixing part at the time of contraction, and the fixing part is damaged. It was made and has the effect of absorbing the expansion and contraction of the synthetic resin plate and avoiding the concentration of deflection and stress.

The present invention is a method of fixing a synthetic resin plate without using a frame. A bolt having a diameter used for fixing, a spacer having an inner diameter larger than the diameter of the fixing bolt, and a packing are used for the opening of the synthetic resin plate. This is a method of fixing a synthetic resin plate to be arranged and fixed.
By adopting such a configuration, it is possible to provide a fixing method that can cope with expansion and contraction and extension of the synthetic resin plate and that does not damage the fixing portion.

Hereinafter, the method for fixing the synthetic resin plate of the present invention will be described.
Examples of the synthetic resin plate used in the present invention include polycarbonate resin, acrylic resin, PET (polyethylene terephthalate) resin, and vinyl chloride resin.
Examples of the material of the packing used in the present invention include rubber-based materials such as EPDM (ethylene propylene rubber), silicon resin, and chloroprene rubber, and foamed products can also be used.
The spacer used in the present invention is a component that is installed in the opening of the fixing bolt and the synthetic resin plate and has an inner diameter (opening) larger than the diameter of the fixing bolt.
Examples of the shape of the spacer include a round shape, a polygonal shape, and an elliptical shape, and the material thereof is made of metal or synthetic resin.
The length of the spacer is larger than the thickness of the synthetic resin plate and shorter than the thickness of the synthetic resin plate plus the thickness of the packing used for the fixed portion.
The diameter of the opening of the synthetic resin plate is larger than the outer diameter of the spacer, and the amount of expansion / contraction of the assumed synthetic resin plate is taken into consideration.
By using a spacer in the opening, the fastening strength for fixing the synthetic resin plate can be adjusted, and the expansion and contraction of the synthetic resin plate is absorbed.
