Description

The present invention relates to a gusset bag in which various liquids and viscous materials are contained as contents.

For example, as this type of gusset bag, a pair of front and back sheets is sandwiched with side sheets folded inward from both side edges, the periphery of the side sheets is heat-sealed with the front and back sheets, and between the front and back sheets A side gusset type gusset bag in which an upper edge portion and a lower edge portion are heat-sealed is provided (see, for example, Patent Document 1 below).

In order to make a side gusset-type gusset bag self-supporting for display at a store or the like, it is necessary to bend the bottom seal portion having a large repulsive force formed at the lower edge portion along either one of the front and back sheets.

Furthermore, in order to make the bottom seal portion having a large repulsive force as small as possible, a gusset bag has been proposed in which corner portions formed on both sides of the bottom seal portion are cut away (for example, see Patent Document 2 below).

As shown in FIG. 11, when the contents are stored in the gusset bag 20, the folded side sheet 21 is unfolded, and accordingly, the front and back sheets 22 are unfolded to form the bottom surface 23. On the bottom surface 23, the front and back sheets 22 do not fully unfold to the inner edge 25 of the bottom seal portion 24, and often unfold from the inner edge 25 only slightly to the storage portion side (inner side). Therefore, the vicinity of the inner edge 25 of the bottom seal portion 24 is gently bent, and the bottom seal portion 24 is greatly expanded downward, so that the bottom surface 23 of the gusset bag 20 is not formed flat. As a result, when the gusset bag 20 is self-supported, as shown in FIG. 12, all four corners of the bottom surface 23 are not in contact with the horizontal plane, and rattling occurs, and the gusset bag 20 is freestanding. There is a problem of lacking. In particular, small gusset bags with a relatively small amount of contents and gusset bags with a small amount of contents cannot suppress the repulsive force that the bottom seal part is trying to get up with its own weight alone, and stable independence. Has not reached.

The present invention has been made in view of such a state of the art, and in the side gusset type gusset bag, when the contents are accommodated, the bottom seal portion periphery of the bottom surface protrudes downward. However, it is an object to provide a gusset bag excellent in independence.

As a result of intensive research to solve the above problems, the present inventors have found that a gusset bag according to the present invention has a pair of opposed front and back main surface members and a pair of inner surfaces folded from both side edges of the main surface members. A side gusset type gusset bag including a side seal member, and a bottom seal portion in which the main surface members are sealed to each other is formed at a lower edge portion of the main surface member, and the main surface is formed on both sides thereof. An oblique seal portion in which the member and the side surface member are sealed is formed up to the side edge, and in the state where the contents are accommodated in the gusset bag, the main surface members are connected to each other near the four corners of the bottom surface. A connecting portion formed by connecting in the thickness direction of the gusset bag is formed, and in the state where the gusset bag is folded, the upper end on the inner side of the bent portion formed in the connecting portion is the inner edge of the bottom seal portion Above Characterized in that it is formed so as to location.

According to this, even when the main surface member does not expand to the inner edge of the bottom seal portion when the contents are accommodated in the gusset bag, the thickness direction of the gusset bag in the vicinity of the four corners by the connecting portion formed in the vicinity of the four corners of the bottom surface Since the spread of is slightly narrowed, the vicinity of all four corners of the bottom surface protrudes downward, and a gusset bag excellent in self-supporting property can be provided.

Moreover, the said connection part is the 1st connection member formed from the one said main surface member side, the 2nd connection member formed from the other said main surface member side, The coupling | bond part which couple | bonds both connection members, In the state where the gusset bag is folded, the upper end of the connecting portion may be the upper end on the inner side of the bent portion.

According to this, when the contents are accommodated in the gusset bag and made to stand independently, the coupling portion pushes the vicinity of the folding line at the center of the bottom surface ridge line of the side member slightly upward, so that the vicinity of the four corners of the bottom surface is lowered. In addition, it is possible to provide a gusset bag that is more easily protruded and has excellent independence.

Further, a notch portion is interposed between the bottom seal portion and the connecting portion of the main surface member upward from a lower edge portion. When the gusset bag is folded, the upper end of the notch portion is It may be formed to be equal to or above the upper end on the inner side of the bent portion.

According to this, the notch portion is interposed above the bottom edge portion and the connecting portion of the main surface member from the lower edge portion, and the upper end of the notch portion is bent when the gusset bag is folded. Provided with a gusset bag that is excellent in self-sustainability because the connecting portion is not affected by the degree of expansion of the main surface member because it is formed to be equal to or above the upper end on the inner side of the portion. Can do.

Further, side edge seal portions in which the main surface member and the side surface member are heat sealed are formed on both side edges of the main surface member, and the connecting portion is formed on an extension line of the side edge seal portion. It may be what has been done.

According to this, since the connecting portion is formed on the extended line of the side edge seal portion, the design of the gusset bag is easy, the bag making process is not complicated, and the bag can be manufactured at low cost.

Further, the oblique seal portion may be formed so as to form an angle of 30 to 50 degrees with respect to the bottom seal portion.

According to this, the outstanding gusset bag which cannot be broken easily can be provided by disperse | distributing the stress of the accommodating part of a gusset bag.

According to the present invention, when the contents are stored in the gusset bag, even when the main surface member does not completely expand to the inner edge of the bottom seal portion, the vicinity of the four corners of the bottom surface is formed by the connecting portions formed near the four corners of the bottom surface. By projecting downward, a gusset bag excellent in independence can be provided with a simple configuration.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on preferred embodiments with reference to the drawings. Here, the left-right direction in FIG. 1 is the width direction of the gusset bag, the up-down direction is the height direction, and the front-rear direction is the thickness direction.

<First Embodiment>
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 1, the gusset bag 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is folded inward from a pair of main surface members 2 including a front surface member 2 a and a back surface member 2 b, and both side edges of the main surface member 2. Thus, it comprises a pair of side members 3 which are a right side member 3c and a left side member 3d forming a side gusset portion.

The main surface member 2 and the side surface member 3 are made of a flexible film or sheet, and a sealant layer is formed on at least one surface. For example, a laminated film comprising a polyethylene terephthalate film of several μm to 25 μm, a nylon film of several μm to 30 μm, and a polyethylene film of several tens of μm to 200 μm from the outermost layer.

The flexible film or sheet may be further provided with a metal foil or a deposited thin film layer of metal or inorganic oxide as a barrier layer. As the metal foil, aluminum, copper, iron, stainless steel or the like can be used. Aluminum, chromium, zinc, gold, silver, platinum, nickel, etc. can be used as the metal deposition thin film layer. As the vapor-deposited thin film layer of inorganic oxide, silicon oxide (SiOx), alumina, or the like can be used.

The structure and thickness of the flexible film or sheet are not particularly limited, and a design having an oxygen barrier property, a water vapor barrier property, and the like can be appropriately selected according to the properties of the contents.

The main surface member 2 is overlapped so that the sealant layers of the front surface member 2a and the back surface member 2b face each other. The side surface member 3 is folded in two along the height direction so that the sealant surface faces the sealant surface of the main surface member 2, and between the front surface member 2 a and the back surface member 2 b from both side edges of the main surface member 2. Has been inserted. Four side edge seal portions 4 are formed in the height direction by heat-sealing both side edges of the main surface member 2 with the peripheral edge of the side surface member 3.

At the center of the lower edge portion of the main surface member 2, a bottom seal portion 5 is formed by heat-sealing the lower edge portions of the front surface member 2a and the back surface member 2b constituting the main surface member 2. Furthermore, diagonal seal parts 6 extending diagonally upward to the side edge seal part 4 are formed on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the bottom seal part 5. The oblique seal portion 6 is formed by heat-sealing the main surface member 2 and the side surface member 3.

The oblique seal portion 6 is preferably formed so that the angle α with respect to the bottom seal portion 5 is 30 to 50 degrees. In the range of 30 to 50 degrees, when the contents are accommodated and dropped, the impact due to the drop can be prevented from concentrating on a specific portion of the gusset bag, so that it is difficult to break the bag and the safety is excellent. In addition, the diagonal seal | sticker part 6 is not limited to a straight line, A curved shape etc. may be sufficient.

A ruled line may be provided on the inner edge of the bottom seal portion 5 in order to suppress the repulsive force of the bottom seal portion 5. The ruled lines can be formed by thermoforming or simply by bending.

A top seal portion 7 is formed on the upper edge portion of the main surface member 2 by heat-sealing the upper edge portions of the front surface member 2a and the back surface member 2b constituting the main surface member 2.

Furthermore, shoulder seal portions 8 that extend obliquely downward to the side edge seal portion 4 can be formed on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the top seal portion 7. The shoulder seal portion 8 is formed by heat sealing the main surface member 2 and the side surface member 3. The shoulder seal portion 8 is not limited to a straight line, and may have a round shape.

The gusset bag 1 can be provided with a spout. As the spout, a pouring member 11 such as a plastic spout can be used. The extraction member 11 is fixed by heat-sealing the seal portion provided in the lower half portion with the main surface member 2. A lid plug 12 can be attached to the top of the dispensing member 11 with a screw.

It is preferable from the standpoint of self-supporting stability that the dispensing member 11 is provided at the center in the longitudinal direction of the top seal portion 7 which is the center in the width direction of the gusset bag 1. However, the present invention is not particularly limited, and the shoulder seal portion 8, the side edge seal portion 4, the main surface member 2, and the side surface member 3 may be provided by fusion, adhesion, or other methods.

The internal capacity of the gusset bag 1 is not particularly limited, but is suitable for a relatively small capacity of 50 cc to 3000 cc, in which it is difficult to suppress the repulsive force of the bottom seal portion 5 with the weight of the gusset bag 1.

In the vicinity of the four corners of the bottom surface 13 of the gusset bag 1, as shown in FIG. 3, a pair of connecting portions 9 for connecting the front surface member 2a and the back surface member 2b of the main surface member 2 in the thickness direction of the gusset bag 1 are formed on the left and right. Has been. Here, the vicinity of the four corners of the bottom surface 13 refers to a region closer to the four corners than one third of the entire length of the bottom surface 13 in the width direction and closer to the four corners than one third of the total length of the bottom surface 13 in the thickness direction. The connecting portion 9 is formed along the bottom surface 13 from the oblique seal portion 6 in a state where the contents are accommodated in the gusset bag 1.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, when the side member 3 of the gusset bag 1 is folded, the upper end X on the inner side of the bent portion X <b> 0 formed in the connecting portion 9 is more than the inner edge Y of the bottom seal portion 5. Are also formed so as to be positioned on the upper side. As shown in FIG. 4, when the contents are stored in the gusset bag 1 and are made to stand on a horizontal plane, the upper end on the inner side of the bent portion X <b> 0 so that the connecting portion 9 is not slackened. The position of X is designed.

The connecting portion 9 may be formed from the main surface member 2 and the side surface member 3 or the main surface member 2 or the side surface member 3, or another member may be attached near the four corners of the bottom surface 13. Examples of the other member include a flexible film, sheet, paper, and metal, but are not particularly limited, and may be attached by fusion, adhesion, or other methods.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, a notch 10 is formed upward from the lower edge portion between the bottom seal portion 5 of the main surface member 2 and the connecting portions 9 on both sides in the width direction of the gusset bag 1. The cutout portion 10 can be formed by the outer edge of the oblique seal portion 6 and the inner edge of the connecting portion 9, or may simply be a cut line extending upward from the lower edge portion, and is not particularly limited.

In the state where the gusset bag 1 is folded, the upper end 10a of the notch 10 is formed to be equal to or above the upper end X on the inner side of the bent portion X0. Thereby, even when the main surface member 2 does not expand to the inner edge of the bottom seal portion 5, the connecting portion 9 is not affected by the expansion of the main surface member 2, and the effect can be achieved.

As shown in FIG. 5, even when the main surface member 2 is not expanded to the inner edge of the bottom seal portion 5 when the contents are stored in the gusset bag 1 and the gusset bag 1 is made to stand on a horizontal plane, Since the front surface member 2 a and the back surface member 2 b are connected to each other in the thickness direction of the gusset bag 1 by the connecting portion 9 in the vicinity of the four corners of the 13, swelling of the gusset bag in the thickness direction in the vicinity of the four corners of the bottom surface 13 is suppressed. As a result, the vicinity of the fold line 30 at the center of the bottom surface ridge lines 14c and 14d of the side member 3 is slightly pushed upward, and all four corners protrude downward.

Furthermore, when the gusset bag 1 is made to stand on the horizontal plane by the connecting portion 9, by suppressing the swelling in the thickness direction in the vicinity of the four corners of the bottom surface 13 of the gusset bag 1, the tension of the bottom surface 13 is relaxed and becomes flexible. The bottom seal portion 5 is likely to bite upward (accommodating portion side) with respect to the bottom surface 13, and downward protrusion in the vicinity of the bottom seal portion 5 can be reduced.

Therefore, since the vicinity of all four corners of the bottom surface 13 can always be kept in contact with the horizontal plane, stable independence can be obtained even if the repulsive force of the bottom seal portion 5 is strong.

Moreover, although the case where the seal portion is formed by heat sealing has been described, it may be formed by an adhesive, a pressure-sensitive adhesive, or other means.

<Second Embodiment>
Next, a second embodiment of the gusset bag according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the following description, a configuration different from that of the first embodiment will be described, and the same configuration is denoted by the same reference numeral, and the description thereof is omitted.

The connecting portion 9 includes the main surface member 2 and the side surface member 3 or the main surface member 2 or the side surface member 3, and is formed outward from the outer edge of the oblique seal portion 6. The connecting portion 9 includes a first connecting member 9a extending from the front surface member 2a side, a second connecting member 9b extending from the back surface member 2b side, and the first connecting member 9a and the second connecting member 9b in the vicinity of their tips. In the state where the gusset bag 1 is folded, the upper end of the coupling portion 90 is the upper end X on the inner side of the bent portion X0. In the coupling portion 90, the inner surfaces of the first coupling member 9 a and the second coupling member 9 b are coupled to each other by a palm tension so as to overlap when the gusset bag 1 is folded. As a bonding method, fusion, adhesion, or other methods can be used. It is not particularly limited. However, it is preferable that the bonding is performed by a point seal because the bag-making process is facilitated and it can be manufactured at low cost. The shape of the coupling portion 90 is not particularly limited, such as a straight line shape, a round shape, a semicircular shape, or a polygonal shape. Further, the connecting member 9 may be another member attached by fusion, adhesion, or other methods.

It is preferable that the connecting portion 9 is formed on a line extending downward from the four side edge seal portions 4. That is, the connecting part 9 is preferably formed by extending the side edge seal part 4 below the oblique seal part 6. This is because the design of the gusset bag and the bag making process are easy.

As shown in FIG. 6, the upper end X of the coupling portion 90 of the connecting portion 9 is formed so as to be positioned above the inner edge Y of the bottom seal portion 5 in a state where the gusset bag 1 is folded. As shown in FIG. 9, when the contents are accommodated in the gusset bag 1 and made to stand on a horizontal plane, the first connecting member 9a and the second connecting member 9b of the connecting portion 9 are in a state of being stretched without slack. In addition, the position of the upper end X of the coupling portion 90 is designed.

As shown in FIG. 8, the connecting portion 9 is formed in a substantially T shape when viewed from the side surface by the first connecting member 9 a and the second connecting member 9 b being stretched in the thickness direction of the gusset bag 1. Further, when the gusset bag 1 is made to stand on its own, as shown in FIG. 9, the coupling portion 90 slightly pushes up the vicinity of the folding line 30 at the center of the bottom surface ridge lines 14 c and 14 d of the side member 3. The vicinity of all four corners of the bottom surface 13 of the bag 1 is more likely to protrude downward.

In the said embodiment, the gusset bag 1 demonstrated what comprised the main surface member 2 and the side surface member 3 in four separate members. However, it is not limited to the embodiment, and it may be configured by one, two, three, five or more members.

In the said embodiment, although the connection part 9 was demonstrated on the extension line below the four side edge seal parts 4, the connection part 9 is not limited to this. As shown in FIG. 10A, the connecting portion 9 may be provided from the middle in the longitudinal direction of the oblique seal portion 6 downward.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 10B, the connection portion 9 may be provided wider than the side edge seal portion 4 by narrowing the width of the notch portion 10.
