Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method and system for obtaining transport information of an electronic cassette.
Recently, electronic cassettes (portable X-ray image detection devices) in which a flat panel detector (FPD) is built in a rectangular parallelepiped housing instead of an X-ray film or imaging plate (IP) have been put into practical use. Yes. The electronic cassette is used by attaching it to an existing imaging table for film cassettes and IP cassettes or a dedicated imaging table. In addition, the electronic cassette is placed on the bed or held by the subject itself to image areas that are difficult to capture with the stationary type. Used. In addition, in order to take pictures of elderly people who are being treated at home or those who are suddenly ill due to accidents, disasters, etc., they may be taken out of hospitals where there is no equipment for taking pictures.
In general, electrical components involve a risk of failure due to external factors such as the surrounding environment. Electronic cassettes equipped with many electrical components are no exception, and may be damaged if the subject or radiographer accidentally drops it or is placed in a hot and humid environment. If a failure occurs, there is a risk of electric shock or the like on the subject or radiographer. In addition, in order to avoid taking a picture in spite of a failure, it is necessary to check each time before taking an image whether the electronic cassette has a failure. Conventionally, various methods for solving this problem have been proposed (see Patent Documents 1 to 3).
In Patent Literature 1, when an electronic cassette is being used, a fall during transportation is detected by an acceleration sensor, and when an abnormal acceleration state is detected, power supply to each unit is prohibited and a power supply prohibition mode display unit notifies that effect. Is displayed. Patent Document 2 detects the impact applied to the FPD to self-diagnose the FPD operation availability, and if it is determined that the operation is impossible as a result of the self-diagnosis, X-ray irradiation is prohibited or displayed as inoperable. ing. Patent Document 3 detects an impact applied to the electronic cassette and an installation environment temperature of the electronic cassette, and displays a warning if the detection result exceeds a threshold value. Then, a failure image is diagnosed by outputting a dark image (grayscale image) from the FPD without irradiating X-rays and comparing it with an appropriate image.
Since electronic cassettes encounter various environmental changes during transportation from the manufacturing plant to delivery to customers, they can break down during transportation. If a failure occurs during transportation, information that proves that the failure occurred during transportation is necessary to clarify the responsibility of the failure. However, Patent Documents 1 to 3 describe measures against failures that occur during use of the electronic cassette, but do not describe measures against failures that occur during transportation.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to obtain information on electronic cassettes during transportation, to enable appropriate measures in the event of a failure, and to investigate the cause of the failure. It is preferable to store time information in the storage unit in association with the detection result of the state detection unit. Moreover, it is preferable that the determination unit and the display unit are provided in an external control device, and include a transmission unit that transmits the detection result of the state detection unit stored in the storage unit to the external control device.

In FIG. 1, the electronic cassette 2 is stored in a packing tray 12 together with accessories such as a

In FIG. 3, the

The

The radiologist confirms the contents of the examination order on the display and inputs imaging conditions corresponding to the contents through the setting window.
As shown in FIG. 5, the

The
On the other hand, when the
The operation of the above configuration will be described below with reference to the flowcharts of FIGS. First, in S (step) 10 of FIG. 7, the electronic cassette 2 is stored in a
The
The
The manufacturer's service person turns on the electronic cassette 2 and the imaging control device 65 to check the operation of the electronic cassette 2 and performs calibration, and either wirelessly by the
In FIG. 8, the imaging control device 65 receives the
When the determination result display window 90a is displayed, the manufacturer's service person selects the
As described above, according to the present invention, the
Since various parameters such as acceleration and temperature are measured by a plurality of sensors such as the
Since the
Since the
In addition, it corresponds to the
In order to prevent forgetting to remove the
As a method of installation detection, in addition to electrical detection using the
Alternatively, a GPS device may be used as the installation detection unit. In this case, the customer's longitude and latitude information is registered in advance in the GPS device, and if it matches with the longitude and latitude information from the GPS satellite, it is detected that it is installed at the customer.
The standard for determining that the electronic cassette 2 is installed at the customer is not limited to the case where the electronic cassette 2 is taken out of the
Alternatively, it may be determined that the electronic cassette 2 is installed at the customer immediately before the communication with the imaging control device 65 is established and the operation check and calibration work of the electronic cassette 2 are performed. In this case, for example, as shown in FIG. 9, a work
As the photographing control device, a commercially available personal computer may be used, or a portable information terminal (PDA) having a liquid crystal screen that also serves as a notebook computer or a touch panel may be used. When a PDA is used as the imaging control device, it may be shipped in the same package as the electronic cassette.
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the electronic cassette 2 and the imaging | photography control apparatus 65 are made into a different body, as shown in FIG. In FIG. 10, the photographing unit 105 is configured such that an electronic cassette 106 and a photographing
The electronic cassette 106 and the
In this case, the fact that the electronic cassette 106 and the
When a PDA is used as an imaging control device and shipped in the same package as the electronic cassette, or when the electronic cassette and the imaging control device are integrated like the imaging unit 105, a transport information acquisition unit is provided on the imaging control device side. Also good. In addition to the electronic cassette and the imaging control device, a device having a function of a transportation information acquisition unit may be accommodated in a packaging box and transported.
Needless to say, each unit constituting the transportation information acquisition unit has such durability that it can operate without any problem even in a hard environment in which the determination circuit determines that a failure has occurred in the electronic cassette.
When judging means, display means, etc. are provided on the imaging control device side, the transportation information is exchanged between the electronic cassette and the imaging control device, but if the communication function of the electronic cassette is broken, the transportation information is photographed. A situation occurs in which transmission to the control device is impossible. In order to solve this problem, it is preferable to provide the storage means with a unique communication function different from the communication function of the electronic cassette, for example, adopting an RFID tag as the storage means.
The present invention can be applied not only to X-rays but also to imaging systems that use other radiation such as gamma rays.
