Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an illuminating device that can be used for a vehicle interior lamp or the like.
As a lighting device used for a vehicle interior light or the like, a room lamp that illuminates a wide range (for example, the entire interior of the vehicle) and a map lamp that selectively illuminates a narrow range (for example, a driver or a passenger in a passenger seat) There is something with. As the map lamp, for example, a light source (LED or the like) inclined toward the driver seat and the passenger seat can be used (see, for example, Patent Document 1). However, the illuminating device having this structure has a problem that the entire thickness dimension becomes large because a large space is required for the light source in an inclined state.
As an illuminating device, there is one that adopts a structure in which illumination light is directed in an inclined direction by changing an optical path of light that has passed through a light guide plate by a prism lens (see, for example, Patent Document 2). Since the illumination device having this structure employs a prism lens that changes the optical path, there is an advantage that the degree of freedom in designing the posture and arrangement of the light source is high.
However, in the illuminating device, in order to obtain a sufficient inclination angle of the illumination light, it is necessary to install the light guide plate and the prism lens in an inclined manner. For this reason, since a plurality of light guide plates are required or a structure for fixing the light guide plate and the prism lens is required, it is difficult to reduce the thickness and size.
In addition, in order to obtain a sufficient coupling efficiency between the light source and the light guide plate, it is necessary to install a substrate on which the light source is mounted in accordance with the light guide plate. Therefore, the shape and arrangement of the substrate are factors that increase the thickness of the apparatus. There was sometimes. In addition, the illumination device requires separate switches for turning on and off the light source and adjusting the amount of light, so that the structure is complicated and it is difficult to reduce the thickness and size.
This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, and it aims at providing the illuminating device which can be reduced in thickness and size.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides the following configuration.
The present invention includes a substrate, a first illumination unit that emits first illumination light, and a second illumination unit that emits second illumination light in a narrower range than the first illumination unit, and the first illumination unit includes , A sheet-like light guide along one surface of the substrate, and a first light source that introduces light into the light guide and propagates it in the surface direction to obtain the first illumination light, and the second light source. The illumination unit changes the optical path of the second light source mounted on one surface of the substrate and the light from the second light source as the second illumination light in a direction inclined with respect to a direction perpendicular to the substrate. The optical path changing unit has a condensing element that narrows the light emission range, and the condensing element is in a direction corresponding to the tilt direction with respect to the optical axis of the second light source. Provided is an illuminating device which is provided with a shifted optical axis position and is in a posture along the substrate.
A convex lens can be used as the condensing element.
As the condensing element, a convex lens having a convex shape that forms one or more curved surfaces among a spherical surface, an elliptic spherical surface, a paraboloid, a cylindrical surface, and an elliptic cylindrical surface can be used.
The substrate preferably includes a detection sensor for detecting proximity or contact of the detection target.
The illumination device of the present invention may further include a cover unit that covers the substrate, the first illumination unit, and the second light source, and the cover unit may be integrated with the light collecting element.
According to the present invention, since the condensing element is provided with the optical axis position shifted with respect to the optical axis of the second light source, the second illumination light inclined at a sufficient angle can be obtained. As a result, it is not necessary to place the condensing elements in an inclined manner, so that the apparatus can be reduced in thickness and size.
Moreover, since the condensing element is set in a posture along the substrate, the apparatus can have a flat plate structure.
In addition, since both the first illuminating unit and the second illuminating unit are provided on one substrate and the light guide is provided along the substrate, a plurality of substrates are required, or the light guide is inclined. Compared with the case where arrangement is required, the apparatus configuration is simple, and from this point, it is suitable for thinning and miniaturization.
Since the lighting device of the present invention can be manufactured by a simple procedure of providing a light guide, a light source, etc. on one side of a substrate on which electronic components are mounted in advance, manufacturing is easy and cost reduction is possible. There is also an advantage of being.
In addition, since the second light source of the second illumination unit is provided on the substrate, even when a high-power light source is used, heat generated by the light source is dispersed throughout the substrate, preventing local temperature rise and ensuring stable operation. it can.

The
As the ink constituting the fine dots, for example, white ink using titanium oxide as a pigment is suitable. Since titanium oxide functions as a white pigment, the ink exhibits a white color. When the titanium oxide content of the ink is 5 to 50% by mass or more, preferably 10 to 40% by mass or more, high luminance can be obtained.
Examples of titanium oxide include rutile type and anatase type, and rutile type titanium oxide is particularly preferable.
In order to emit white light, it is necessary to uniformly scatter the entire visible light. Here, considering the relationship between the wavelength to be scattered and the particle size of titanium oxide, the particle size of titanium oxide is preferably 10 nm to 0.5 μm.
The light extraction portion is not limited to the ink layer, and may be a notch formed on the surface of the light guide, or a rough surface portion formed by sandblasting or the like.
