本発明では、上述のように、アンカー本体部1は円筒状に形成されていてその先端側にはその周壁に周方向所定間隔のもとに4本のスリット11が軸方向に形成された拡開部1aが形成されると共に、アンカー本体部1の基部側にはナットを螺合可能な雄ねじ部13を有し、拡開ピン2はアンカー本体部1の軸心孔12内に基部側から挿入可能な棒状で、先端部にはアンカー本体部1における軸心孔12の先端先細り部12a内に圧入して先端拡開部1aを拡径する先細り部21を有し、基端部には打ち込み頭部22を有する構造のあと施工アンカーにおいて、アンカー本体部1の外周にはコンクリート5に削孔された下穴51内にねじ込み可能なねじ山14が突出形成されている構成としたことで、既存のコンクリート5に形成された下穴51内にアンカー本体部1を挿入し、アンカー本体部1の雄ねじ部13に螺合した袋ナット3をスパナなどの工具で回転させることにより、ねじ山14を下穴51の内周部に食い込ませて雌ねじ52を形成しながらアンカー本体部1を下穴51内に容易にねじ込むことができる。
そして、アンカー本体部1の軸心孔12内に拡開ピン2を打ち込むことによりアンカー本体1のスリット11が形成された拡開部1aを径方向に拡開させて拡開部1aにおけるねじ山14が下穴51の内周面に圧接して更に深く食い込むことにより、アンカー本体部1を下穴51内に強固に固定させることができる。
このように、ねじ山14を利用してアンカー本体部1を下穴51内にねじ込むことにより、小さな力で下穴51内にねじ込むことができる。
また、アンカー本体部1の外周に突出形成されたねじ山14が下穴51の内周面を削りながらねじ込まれるとともに、拡開部1aのねじ山14がさらに下穴51の内周面に深く食い込んだ状態で固定されるため、アンカーの引き抜きに対する十分な強度が得られるようになるという効果が得られる。
さらに、アンカー本体部1はねじ山14が下穴51の内面を削りながらねじ込まれるため、使用後はブラケットなどを固定した雄ねじ部13にダブルナット10を噛ませ、スパナなどの工具で半時計方向に回すことにより、アンカー本体部1を容易に下穴51から抜き取ることができるようになるという効果が得られる。
