前記インナー部材の前記雌ねじ穴よりも先端側の小径雌ねじ穴に、前記インナー部材を孔奥に押し込む押込棒の雄ねじ部を螺合して係合し、前記押込棒を回転させて前記インナー部材を前記穿孔の孔奥側に押し込んで、前記インナー部材と前記スリーブとを縁切り状態或いは縁切りに近い状態にする第1工程と、
雌ねじ穴が貫通形成され、少なくとも先端側に雄ねじが設けられている撤去用アタッチメントの前記雄ねじを、前記スリーブの前記雌ねじに螺着し、抜出用ボルトの雄ねじを前記撤去用アタッチメントの雌ねじ穴に螺入して前記抜出用ボルトの先端を前記インナー部材に当接する第2工程と、
