すなわち、本発明は、ビニル化合物共重合体およびポリイソシアネートからなる組成物の架橋物からなるフィルムにおいて、該ビニル化合物共重合体が、下記モノマー単位:
(A)水酸基を有しないビニル化合物(aモル%)、
(B)水酸基を有する直鎖状または分岐状のアルキル基を有し、該アルキル基の炭素数が1〜6であるビニル化合物(bモル%)、および
(C)下記式:
CH2=C(R)−COO−Y
[ここで、RはHまたはCH3であり、Yは末端に水酸基を有する直鎖状または分岐状飽和炭化水素基であり、Yは所望により開環ラクトン基(−CO−(CH2)n−O−、ここでnは4〜6の整数である)、カーボネート基(−O−CO−O−)、エステル基(−CO−O−)、エーテル基(−O−)およびウレタン基(−NH−CO−O−)から成る群から選択される1以上の基を有していてもよく、かつ25〜120の炭素原子を有する]を有するビニル化合物(cモル%)
から成り、上記a〜cが、a+b+c=100でありかつ下記式(1)および式(2):

また、本発明は、熱可塑性樹脂フィルムの少なくとも片面に上記フィルムを有する積層フィルムも提供する。
