Description

The present invention relates to a mounting structure for a wind direction changing device that adjusts the wind direction of blown air, and an air conditioner including the same.

As a conventional example of a wind direction changing device that is attached to an air outlet or a blow grill of an air conditioner and adjusts the wind direction of blown air blown from the main body side, there is a blow grill 100 shown in FIG. The blowout grill 100 has a plurality of bendable wind direction plates 102 disposed in a main body case 101.
In the following description, in the blow-out grill 100, the description will proceed with the lower side of the main body case 101 as the front side, the upper side as the rear side, the right side as the right side, and the left side as the left side in FIG.
The wind direction plate 102 has one end at the front of the lower part pivotally supported by the main body case 101 and the other end connected to the connecting plate 103. One end of the operation lever 104 is connected to the center of the connecting plate 103. The operation lever 104 is pivotally supported on the main body case 101 by a rotation shaft 105 at the center. The connecting plate 103 and the operation lever 104 constitute a parallel link that curves the wind direction plate 102.
In addition, as shown in FIGS. 11B and 11C, the operation lever 104 has a protrusion 106 having a circular arc tip on the lower surface side at a position corresponding to the front end portion of the main body case 101. The main body case 101 has an arcuate locking member 107 corresponding to the rotation trajectory of the protrusion 106 fixed to the center of the front end portion of the bottom surface. The locking member 107 has a concavo-convex portion 108 whose upper surface is triangular in cross section.
Further, as shown in FIG. 11 (d), the connecting portion between the connecting plate 103 and the operating lever 104 is a spring between the link shaft 110 inserted into the hole 109 provided in the operating lever 104 and the operating lever 104. 111 is provided. The spring 111 biases the operation lever 104 downward.

In the blowout grill 100 configured as described above, when the front end of the operation lever 104 exposed from the main body case 101 is operated in a predetermined direction, the parallel link rotates about the rotation shaft 105, and the connecting plate 103 is moved left and right. The wind direction plate 102 is curved in a circular arc shape in a predetermined direction so that the wind direction can be changed to an arbitrary angle in the left-right direction.
Further, the protrusion 106 provided on the lower surface of the operation lever 104 moves up and down somewhat from the central position on the locking member 107 in the left-right direction against the urging force of the spring 111 on the operation lever 104. While moving smoothly. Therefore, a click feeling is obtained, the operation feeling is improved, and the projection 106 is locked to the locking member 107, so that the operation lever 104 is held at that position. Further, since the operation lever 104 is biased downward by the spring 111, the protrusion 106 and the locking member 107 are more reliably locked. Thereby, the abnormal noise which generate | occur | produces when blowing air gives a vibration to a wind direction board can be eliminated. (For example, see Patent Document 1)

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 1-123151

However, the above-described wind direction changing device for the blow grill becomes an obstacle to the blown air passing through the blow outlet by disposing the operation lever 104, the link shaft 110, and the spring 111 in the blow outlet, and deteriorates the blowing performance. There was a problem. In addition, parts for parallel links of the operation lever 104 and the spring 110 are required, which increases the number of parts and increases the cost.

An object of the present invention is to provide a wind direction changing device that solves the above-mentioned problems, does not affect the air blowing efficiency, and is easy to assemble with a small number of parts.

And a connecting plate provided with a bearing portion that pivotally supports the connecting shaft, and by moving the connecting plate to a predetermined position with the lower shaft of any of the wind direction plates as a rotation axis, In the wind direction changing device in which the wind direction plates connected by the connection plate are inclined in the same direction,
The wind direction plate includes a protrusion projecting downward at any position on a vertical surface including the center of the lower shaft and the center of the connecting shaft,
The connecting plate is provided with a plurality of fitting portions that receive the protrusions on an arc whose radius is the distance to the protrusions with the shaft hole of the bearing portion as the center.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the wind direction plate is provided with a horizontal hole at a predetermined interval above the protrusion.

In the invention according to claim 3, a groove-shaped guide portion is provided between the adjacent fitting portions of the connecting plate.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the connecting shaft includes an inverted conical tip portion and a holding portion having a smaller diameter than the tip portion, and the bearing portion of the connecting plate is configured with substantially the same diameter as the holding portion. EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Hereinafter, the form for implementing this invention is demonstrated in detail as an Example based on an accompanying drawing.

The wind direction changing device according to the present invention is attached to an air outlet or an outlet grill of an air conditioner. The first embodiment will be described with reference to a wind direction changing device attached to the blow grill 1 as shown in FIG.
The blow grill 1 includes a front panel 2, a mounting frame 3, a wind direction changing device 4 that adjusts the wind direction of the blown air in the vertical direction, and a wind direction changing device 5 that adjusts the wind direction of the blown air in the horizontal direction. The front panel 2 has a rectangular frame shape in which front and rear surfaces are opened, and includes a duct portion 20 that serves as a blow-out port in the frame and an edge surface 21 that is provided in a frame shape on the front side of the duct portion 20.

In the following description, in the blow-out grill 1, the side on which the edge surface 21 of the front panel 2 is arranged in FIG. 1 is the front surface, the opposite surface is the back surface, and the right side when the front panel 2 is viewed from the front side is the right side surface. The explanation will be made with the opposite side as the left side.

As shown in FIG. 2, the blowing grill 1 is attached to the opening of the wall surface 10 in the room first, and is connected to the blowing duct 11 extending from the mounting frame 3 and the air conditioner. Thereafter, the duct portion 20 is embedded in the mounting frame 3 while the edge surface 21 of the front panel 2 is exposed to the room.
The wind direction changing device 4 is provided in front of the duct portion 20 of the front panel 2, and the wind direction changing device 5 is provided in the rear of the duct portion 20 of the front panel 2.

Although not shown, the air conditioner has a main body installed behind the ceiling, and heat exchange is performed between the suction grill provided on the indoor side and the outdoor unit installed outdoors through the duct. As shown in FIG. 2, the heat-exchanged air S passes through the blowing duct 11 and is adjusted so as to reach the room widely by the wind direction changing device 4 and the wind direction changing device 5 in the duct portion 20 of the blowing grill 1. Blown out.

The wind direction changing device 4 includes left and right side surfaces of the duct portion 20 of the front panel 2, four vertical wind direction plates 40 that are axially supported by the central vertical wind direction plate bearing portion 22, and are arranged evenly up and down. 2, the gear box incorporating a drive motor mounted between the mounting frame 3 on the outside of the right side surface of 2 and the shaft of the vertical wind direction plate 40 on the inside of the duct portion 20 of the front panel 2 are respectively locked up and down. It consists of a link plate that rotates the wind direction plate 40 at the same angle, and a drive motor is driven by an instruction from a remote controller provided in the room to rotate and fix the vertical direction plate 40 to an arbitrary position.

As shown in FIG. 1, the wind direction changing device 5 is arranged one by one on the right side and the left side in the duct portion 20 partitioned by the vertical wind direction plate bearing portion 22 at the center of the front panel 2, and arranged in parallel. It consists of six left and right wind direction plates 6 and a connecting plate 7 that connects the left and right wind direction plates 6 to each other.

The left and right wind direction plates 6 are made of styrene resin, and as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 4, a thin plate-like vertically long base 60, an upper shaft 61 provided at the upper end of the base 60, and an upper It has a lower shaft 62 provided at the lower end with the shaft aligned with the center, and an extending portion 63 extending forward in the lower part. One of the shaft diameters of the upper shaft 61 and the lower shaft 62 is formed to be slightly thick, and the reverse mounting is prevented when the left and right wind direction plates 6 are attached to the front panel 2.

The left and right wind direction plates 6 have a housing portion 64 formed so as to be cut out from above the lower shaft 62 and before the extension portion 63 in a side view. The upper surface of the accommodating portion 64 is a horizontal surface 64a from the extending portion 63 to the lower shaft 62, and is an inclined surface 64b that is hung upward from the position of the lower shaft 62 toward the back surface side. An inclined surface 64 c is formed from the housing portion 64 to the lower shaft 63. This is because when the connecting plate 7 is inserted into the right and left wind direction plate 6, the connecting plate 7 is inserted while sliding along the inclined surface 64b from the inclined surface 64c.

A connecting shaft 65 projects downward from the upper surface of the accommodating portion 64 in front of the lower end of the left and right wind direction plate 6. The connecting shaft 65 is pivotally supported by a bearing portion 70 of the connecting plate 7 described later. The connecting shaft 65 has a substantially inverted conical tip portion 65a and a holding portion 65b having a diameter smaller than that of the tip portion 65a. Since the holding portion 65 b has substantially the same diameter as the bearing portion 70 of the connecting plate 7, it is difficult to come out after being supported on the connecting plate 7.

The horizontal surface 64 a of the housing portion 64 includes a protruding portion 66 that protrudes downward and has a hemispherical shape at any position between the center of the lower shaft 62 and the center of the connecting shaft 65. The protrusion 66 engages with an engaging portion of the connecting plate 7 described later.
In the present embodiment, the protrusion 66 is provided on the horizontal plane 64a between the center of the lower shaft 62 and the center of the connecting shaft 65 in order not to make the depth of the left and right wind direction plates 6 wide, but this is not the only case. Instead, it may be located at any position on the vertical surface including the center of the lower shaft 62 and the center of the connecting shaft 65, and may be disposed on the back side of the connecting shaft 65, for example.

The peripheral part of the base body 60 surrounding the housing part 64 is reinforced as a reinforcing part 67 having a thickness larger than that of the base body 60 in a front view.

A lateral hole 68 is provided above the protruding portion 66 and on the reinforcing portion 67. The horizontal hole 68 extends forward to the front of the connecting shaft 65, and the rear is a long and narrow hole extending forward and backward to the same position as the accommodating portion 64. The upper and lower surfaces are parallel to the horizontal surface 64 a and the inclined surface 64 b of the accommodating portion 64.

Further, the left and right wind direction plates 6 include an extension plate 69 extending downward at a front end of the extension portion 63 at a predetermined interval from the connecting shaft 65.

The connecting plate 7 is made of polypropylene having elasticity as a material, and as shown in FIG. 5, the connecting plate 7 is an elongated plate-like member having left and right ends formed in a semicircular shape. The connecting plate 7 is provided with bearings 70 that support the connecting shaft 65 of the left and right wind direction plates 6 at equal intervals as many as the left and right wind direction plates 6. The bearing portion 70 includes a shaft hole 70a that holds the holding portion 65b of the connecting shaft 65, and an auxiliary hole 70b that widens the shaft hole 70a when holding the connecting shaft 65, and closes after holding. The edge of the connecting plate 7 on the front side of the bearing portion 70 is cut out on an arc having a radius from the shaft hole 70a to the connecting shaft side end surface of the extension plate 69 of the left and right wind direction plate 6 as a center. An extension plate receiving portion 71 is provided. Further, in the connecting plate 7, the thickness of the left and right wind direction plate 6 between the shaft hole 70a and the extended plate receiving portion 71 is reduced in a top view to form a thin portion 70c. Since the thin portion 70c is easily elastically deformed, the auxiliary hole 70b can be expanded, and the connecting shaft 65 can be easily inserted into the shaft hole 70a.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, on the bottom surface side of the connection plate 7, there is one reverse attachment prevention plate 72 that prevents reverse attachment of the front and back surfaces when the connection plate 7 is attached to the left and right wind direction plates 6. It is provided above.

As shown in FIG. 7, the connecting plate 7 is provided with a fixing portion 73 corresponding to any one of the bearing portions 70 and extending in a semicircular shape around the shaft hole 70a.
The fixing portion 73 is provided with an engaging portion 74 that receives the protruding portion 66 on an arc whose radius is a distance from the axial hole 70a of the bearing portion 70 to the protruding portion 66. The engaging portion 74 has a concave shape that is recessed in the hemisphere. Further, the engaging portion 74 may be a hole instead of a concave shape. A plurality of engaging portions 74 are provided for each angle m around the shaft hole 70a. Here, the angle m is 20 degrees, and five engaging portions 74 from 74a to 74e are provided.
Between adjacent engaging portions 74, there is a groove-shaped guide portion 75 that is shallower than the engaging portion 74. Further, the central engaging portion 74c has a protrusion insertion groove 76 extending to the back side. Further, a partition wall 77 erected upward is provided on the outer end of the engaging portion 74 a and the engaging portion 74 e on the fixed portion 73.

Next, assembly of the wind direction changing device 5 will be described.
First, the rear end of the fixing portion 73 of the connecting plate 7 is slid from the inclined surface 64c of any of the left and right wind direction plates 6 toward the inclined surface 64b, and the left and right wind direction plates are inserted into the protrusion insertion grooves 76 of the connecting plate 7. 6 projections 66 are inserted together. At this time, the right and left wind direction plates 6 can move slightly upward due to the elasticity of the reinforcing portion 67 due to the horizontal holes 68, so that the elongated accommodating portion 64 can be expanded and the fixing portion 73 can be inserted. The protrusion 66 is fitted with the engaging portion 74c.
At the same time that the fixing portion 73 is fitted, the connecting shaft 65 is also pivotally supported by the bearing portion 70 of the connecting plate 7. When the shaft is supported, the thin portion 70c between the shaft hole 70a and the extension plate receiving portion 71 is elastically deformed, so that the auxiliary hole 70b can be expanded, and the connecting shaft 65 can be easily inserted into the shaft hole 70a. The holding portion 70b of the connecting shaft 65 is held in the shaft hole 70a. The holding shaft 65 is closed after being held, and the connecting shaft 65 pivotally supported by the bearing portion 70 prevents the connecting shaft 65 from coming out of the bearing portion 70 because the shoulder of the tip portion 65a has a larger diameter than the shaft hole 70b.
Next, the connecting shaft 65 of the other right and left wind direction plate 6 is inserted and fitted into the bearing portion 70 without the fixing portion 73 of the connecting plate 7. At this time, when the extension part 63 of the left and right wind direction plate 6 is inserted toward the back side, the extension plate 69 hits the connecting plate 7, thereby preventing reverse attachment.
Further, the right and left wind direction plates 6 may be fitted to the connecting plate 7 in order from the end, not from the fixed portion 73, and finally, the fixed portion 73 and the left and right wind direction plates 6 may be fitted.
In the wind direction changing device 5 in which the left and right wind direction plates 6 and the connecting plate 7 are fitted, the upper shaft 61 is inserted into the upper bearing hole 23 provided on the upper surface of the duct portion of the front panel 2, and then the lower shaft 62 is inserted into the front panel 2. Is inserted into the lower bearing hole 24 provided on the bottom surface of the duct portion. At this time, since the upper shaft 61 and the lower shaft 62 have slightly different diameters, it is possible to prevent the left and right wind direction changing device from being turned upside down.

Next, the operation of the wind direction changing device 5 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 8, the left and right wind direction plates 6 are attached perpendicular to the front surface when the blowing grill 1 is installed on the wall surface 10, and the protrusion 66 is fixed at the position of the engaging portion 74 c. When the air conditioner is operated in this state, the blown air is blown to the front side.
When the blown air is directed to the left side, as shown in FIG. 9, the extending portion 63 of any one of the left and right wind direction plates 6 is picked and moved to the left. At this time, the left and right wind direction plates 6 rotate about the upper shaft 61 and the lower shaft 62. When one right and left wind direction plate 6 is rotated, the connecting plate 7 moves leftward in accordance with the movement of one connecting shaft 65. The other left and right wind direction plates 6 pivotally supported by the connecting plate 7 are also moved to the left at the same time, so that all the left and right wind direction plates 6 are inclined to the left.
At this time, the protrusion 66 moves from the engaging portion 74c through the guide portion 75 to the position of the engaging portion 74d and is fixed. Further, when the left and right wind direction plates are moved to the left, they are sequentially moved to the position of the engaging portion 74e through the guide portion 75 and fixed.
When the protruding portion 66 moves, the reinforcing portion 67 has elasticity due to the horizontal holes 68 of the left and right wind direction plates 6, so that the protruding portion 66 moves slightly upward and rides up from the engaging portion 74 c to the shallow guide portion 75. Thus, it is possible to move to the next engaging portion 74d, and a click feeling is generated at the time of moving one by one, the operational feeling becomes good, and the feel of the operation can be felt.

When the left / right wind direction plate 6 is moved to the recess 74e at the extreme end, the movement is restricted by the reinforcing portion 67 of the left / right wind direction plate 6 coming into contact with the partition wall 77.

Although the case where the left and right wind direction plates 6 are inclined to the left side has been described above, the same applies to the case where the left and right wind direction plates 6 are inclined to the right side.

In the second embodiment, a wind direction changing device attached to the indoor unit 12 of the air conditioner as shown in FIG. 10 will be described. In addition, the same code | symbol is provided to the same part as Example 1. FIG.
The air conditioner 12 includes a suction port 13 on the upper surface of the front panel 2 and a blower outlet 14 on the lower part. A heat exchanger 15 and a blower fan 16 are arranged in the front panel, and are sucked from the suction port 13 by the blower fan 16. The air thus exchanged with the refrigerant in the heat exchanger passes through the ventilation path 17, and the air direction changing device 5 and the air direction changing apparatus 4 disposed in the ventilation path 17 allow the air direction to reach the room widely from the outlet 14. Adjusted and blown out.

The wind direction changing device 5 includes a plurality of left and right wind direction plates 6 and a connecting plate 7 that connects the left and right wind direction plates 6 to each other. The right and left wind direction plate 6 has a thin plate-like base body 60 and a lower shaft 62 provided at the lower end of the base body 60, and unlike the first embodiment, is supported by the ventilation path 17 only by the lower shaft 62.
The following configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment.

The wind direction changing device 5 having the configuration of the first and second embodiments described above connects a plurality of left and right wind direction plates 6 and the same left and right wind direction plates 6 without using conventional parts such as an operation lever and a spring. The left and right wind direction plates 6 can be inclined in the same direction with only the connection plate 7, and are provided on the projection plate 66 projecting from the lower end surface of the left and right wind direction plate 6 and the connection plate 7 receiving the projection portion 66. Due to the engagement portion 74, a click feeling is generated at the time of operation, the operation feeling becomes good, and the operation can be felt.
When stopped, the right and left wind direction plates 6 have elasticity due to the horizontal holes 68 provided above the projections 66, so that the projections 66 are firmly fixed to the engaging portions 74, so that the blown air vibrates to the wind direction plates. The abnormal noise generated by giving can be eliminated.
In addition, since no extra parts other than the right and left wind direction plates 6 and the connecting plate 7 are arranged in the duct portion 30, the blowing efficiency can be increased without obstructing the blown air.
Furthermore, since the number of parts is small, assembly is easy, and when the air conditioner is provided, the operation lever as in the conventional example is not exposed to the front side, and the appearance is excellent.
