Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bus bar from floating up from a resin member when tightening a bolt.SOLUTION: A bus bar 20 is provided with a claw 24 which is formed on a terminal 22 and protrudes downward from the left, when viewing the front face of a body part 26 from the front, of the terminal 22. A resin member 30 is provided with a detent part 34 which is formed on a pedestal part 32 and locks the claw 24 of the terminal 22. Consequently, the bus bar 20 can be prevented from rotating when a bolt 42 is tightened. The resin member 30 has a groove 36 which is formed on a backrest part 35 and into which the body part 26 of the bus bar 20 is fitted. The resin member 30 further has a sandwiching part 39 which is formed on the lateral side of the backrest part 35 and sandwiches an extension part 28 of the bus bar 20 from its front face and rear face. Thus, when the bolt 42 is tightened, the movement of the extension part 28 forming the bus bar 20 integrally with the body part 26 may be restricted by the sandwiching part 39 even if force acts on the body part 26 of the bus bar 20 in front or other direction where the body part 26 is disengaged from the groove 36.

Description

The present invention relates to a bus bar mounting structure, and more specifically, a plate-like terminal portion in which a bolt insertion port penetrating in the vertical direction is formed, a bus bar body portion that rises substantially vertically upward from the terminal portion, and an upper end of the bus bar body portion A pedestal portion in which a plate-shaped bus bar having a bus bar extending portion that is bent at a substantially right angle and extends in a horizontal direction is brought into contact with the lower surface of the terminal portion and a bolt through hole corresponding to the bolt insertion port is formed, The present invention relates to a bus bar mounting structure in which a bus bar is attached to a resin member having a back surface supporting portion for supporting the bus bar main body portion on its back surface, and the bus bar is attached to a metal member abutting against a lower surface of a base portion of the resin member by bolt fastening.

Conventionally, as a technology related to this type of mounting structure, a bolt insertion hole has been opened in a mounting structure in which a round plate terminal (LA terminal) is attached to a mounted portion provided in an electrical connection box mounted on an automobile or the like. The terminal body has a protruding portion on its outer peripheral edge, and a wall portion provided with an inner wall surface of a predetermined shape and a stud bolt are erected on the upper surface of the attached portion. It has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In this technique, when the stud bolt is inserted into the bolt insertion hole of the terminal body, the inner wall surface of the wall portion corresponds to the outer peripheral edge of the terminal body, and in this state, the nut is screwed onto the stud bolt. Thus, the LA terminal is fixed to the attached portion.

By the way, a round plate terminal is attached to the lower base portion of the bus bar body that rises substantially vertically upward, and this terminal is placed on the pedestal portion of the resin member and the bus bar body is placed on the back of the groove of the back portion of the resin member. A structure in which the bus bar is electrically grounded via a bolt to a metal member such as a body or a case that contacts the lower surface of the pedestal portion of the resin member by supporting the bus bar by fitting and allowing the bolt to pass through the terminal and the pedestal portion. There is. In such a bus bar mounting structure, there is a structure for preventing rotation of the terminal when the bolt is tightened by locking a claw protruding downward from the terminal to the locking port of the base part. When tightening the bolt, the bus bar body may come off the groove due to the force of rotating the terminal, and may be lifted forward. Such lifting of the bus bar body is desirably suppressed in order to reduce the grounding performance of the bus bar.

The main structure of the bus bar mounting structure of the present invention is to prevent the bus bar from floating from the resin member when the bolt is tightened.

The bus bar mounting structure of the present invention adopts the following means in order to achieve the above-mentioned main object.

The bus bar mounting structure of the present invention is
A plate-like terminal portion formed with a bolt insertion port penetrating in the vertical direction, a bus bar main body portion that rises substantially vertically upward from the terminal portion, and a bus bar extension that bends and extends substantially at right angles from the upper end of the bus bar main body portion A plate-shaped bus bar having a portion, a pedestal portion in contact with the lower surface of the terminal portion and formed with a bolt through hole corresponding to the bolt insertion port, and the bus bar main body portion on the back surface of the bus bar main body portion In the mounting structure of the bus bar that is attached to a resin member having a back support portion to support, and the bus bar is attached to the metal member that contacts the lower surface of the base portion of the resin member by bolt fastening.
The bus bar is formed with a claw projecting downward from the left side of the terminal part when the front surface of the bus bar body part is viewed from the front side of the terminal part.
The resin member has a locking port for locking the claw of the terminal portion in the pedestal portion, and a groove into which the bus bar main body portion is fitted in the back support portion. A sandwiching part is formed on the side of the part to sandwich the bus bar extending part from the front surface and the back surface.
It is characterized by that.

In the bus bar mounting structure according to the present invention, the bus bar is formed with claws protruding downward from the left side of the terminal portion when the surface of the bus bar main body portion is viewed from the front, and the resin member is a pedestal thereof. A locking port for locking the claw of the terminal portion is formed in the portion. Accordingly, when the bolt is tightened, the terminal portion and the main body portion of the bus bar can be prevented from rotating together with the bolt, that is, the bus bar can be prevented from rotating. In addition, the resin member is formed with a groove into which the bus bar main body portion is fitted in the back surface support portion, and further, a sandwiching portion that sandwiches the bus bar extending portion from the front surface and the back surface is formed on the side of the back surface support portion. Has been. As a result, when a bolt is tightened, the bus bar extends to form the bus bar integrally with the bus bar main body even if a force acts on the bus bar main body in the forward direction (surface direction of the bus bar main body) etc. Since the movement of the part is regulated by the sandwiching part of the resin member, it is possible to prevent the bus bar from being lifted from the resin member when the bolt is tightened.

It is a perspective view which shows the structure which attaches the bus-bar 20 to the resin member 30 and the metal member 40 as an attachment structure which is one Example of this invention. It is sectional drawing which looked at the bus-bar 20 and the resin member 30 of FIG. 1 from the AA surface. It is the top view which looked at the bus-bar 20 and the resin member 30 of FIG. 1 from the BB surface.

Next, the form for implementing this invention is demonstrated using an Example.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a structure in which a bus bar 20 is attached to a resin member 30 and a metal member 40 as an attachment structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the bus bar 20 and the resin member 30 in FIG. FIG. 3 is a top view of the bus bar 20 and the resin member 30 of FIG. 1 viewed from the BB plane. The bus bar 20 is a conductor used as a copper ground wire or the like for suppressing noise generated inside an on-vehicle electronic control unit (ECU), and is made of aluminum that houses the on-board power control unit (PCU). Are fixed to a metal member 40 (see FIG. 1) such as a casing or an iron vehicle body via a resin member 30 using bolts 42 (shown only in FIG. 3) and nuts (not shown). The resin member 30 is an insulator that constitutes a part of an on-vehicle electronic control unit (ECU), and supports the bus bar 20 from the back surface thereof and opens to the outside (front side in FIG. 1).

The bus bar 20 is formed in a thin plate shape with a plate thickness of, for example, less than 0.5 mm, and as shown in FIG. 1, the bus bar 20 has a round shape in which an insertion port 23 penetrating in the vertical direction is formed so that the bolt 42 is inserted. A terminal 22 that is a plate terminal, a main body portion 26 that rises substantially vertically upward from the inner side of the terminal 22 toward the outside, and bends substantially right and left so that the surface faces the outer side in the same manner as the main body portion 26. The terminal 22 is supported by the resin member 30 on the lower surface thereof, and the main body portion 26 is supported by the resin member 30 on the rear surface thereof. The terminal 22 of the bus bar 20 is formed with a claw 24 that protrudes downward from the left side of the terminal 22 when the surface of the main body 26 is viewed from the front (front side in FIG. 1).

The resin member 30 is in contact with the lower surface of the terminal 22 of the bus bar 20 and has a pedestal portion 32 in which a through-hole 33 having a diameter slightly smaller than the insertion port 23 for the bolt 42 of the terminal 22 is formed, and a main body portion 26 of the bus bar 20. And a left side wall portion 37 and a right side wall portion 38 that stand vertically upward from the pedestal portion 32 so as to surround the main body portion 26 of the bus bar 20 on the left and right sides of the backrest portion 35, respectively. The pedestal 32 supports the terminal 22 of the bus bar 20 on its lower surface, and the backrest 35 supports the main body 26 of the bus bar 20 on its rear surface. The pedestal portion 32 of the resin member 30 is formed with a detent portion 34 that is open so that the claw 24 of the terminal 22 engages on the left side when the bus bar 20 is viewed from the front. Accordingly, when the bolt 42 is tightened, the terminal 22 and the main body 26 of the bus bar 20 are prevented from rotating clockwise together with the bolt 42, that is, the bus bar 20 can be prevented from rotating.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the body portion 26 of the bus bar 20 is fitted to the backrest portion 35 of the resin member 30 in the entire vertical direction from the upper end to the lower end thereof. A large groove 36 having a depth of, for example, 0.5 mm or more is formed. In the embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the bus bar 20 is attached to the resin member 30 before tightening with the bolt 42, and the front side surface (lower surface in FIG. 2) 34 a of the claw 24 of the terminal 22 is stopped. Or when the main body portion 26 is brought into contact with the left side surface 36a of the groove 36, the size L1 of the gap between the claw 24 and the back side surface (upper surface in FIG. 2) 34b of the detent portion 34. The bus bar 20 and the resin member 30 are formed so that the size L2 of the gap between the main body portion 26 and the right side surface 36b of the groove 36 is smaller. Thereby, when the bolt 42 is tightened, the main body 26 and the groove 36 can be engaged with each other in preference to the engagement between the claw 24 and the rotation stopper 34. Accordingly, considering that the main body portion 26 of the bus bar 20 is fitted in the groove 36 in the entire vertical direction (with an engagement surface larger than the engagement surface between the claw 24 and the rotation preventing portion 34), the two locations of the terminal 22 are considered. The bus bar 20 can be more reliably prevented from rotating when the bolts are tightened than when the claw is formed to prevent the rotation. In addition, since the claw 24 is formed only at one location of the terminal 22, the yield can be improved without impairing the function of the rotation stop.

Furthermore, a notch 39a having a depth close to the vertical width of the extending portion 28 of the bus bar 20 is formed at the upper end of the right side wall portion 38 of the resin member 30. As a result, as shown in FIGS. As shown in the figure, a front wall portion 39b and a rear wall portion 39c are formed that sandwich the extended portion 28 of the bus bar 20 from the front and back surfaces in the front-rear direction without any gap (hereinafter referred to as the front wall portion 39b and the rear wall portion). 39c is referred to as a sandwiching portion 39). When the bolt 42 is tightened, a force in the front direction (surface direction of the main body portion 26) that is disengaged from the groove 36 near the base (near the terminal 22) acts on the main body portion 26 of the bus bar 20. There is a case where the main body portion 26 tends to float (bend) in a forward direction where there is nothing to support. In the embodiment, even if the main body portion 26 floats up in this way, the extending portion 28 that constitutes the bus bar 20 integrally with the main body portion 26 is sandwiched by the sandwiching portion 39 of the resin member 30 so that it does not move forward. Therefore, when the bolt 42 is tightened, the main body 26 of the bus bar 20 can be prevented from floating from the groove 36 of the backrest 35.

In the mounting structure of the bus bar 20 according to the embodiment described above, the bus bar 20 has a terminal 22 formed with a claw 24 that protrudes downward from the left side of the terminal 22 when the surface of the main body 26 is viewed from the front. The member 30 has a pedestal portion 32 formed with a detent portion 34 for locking the claw 24 of the terminal 22. Accordingly, when the bolt 42 is tightened, the terminal 22 and the main body 26 of the bus bar 20 can be prevented from rotating together with the bolt 42, that is, the bus bar 20 can be prevented from rotating. Further, the resin member 30 has a groove 36 in which the main body portion 26 of the bus bar 20 is fitted in the backrest portion 35, and the extended portion 28 of the busbar 20 is formed on the side of the backrest portion 35 from the front surface and the back surface. A sandwiching portion 39 is formed. As a result, when the bolt 42 is tightened, even if a force acts on the main body portion 26 of the bus bar 20 in the forward direction or the like that is disengaged from the groove 36, the extension portion 28 that forms the bus bar 20 integrally with the main body portion 26. Since the movement is restricted by the clamping part 39, the bus bar 20 can be prevented from floating from the resin member 30 when the bolt 42 is tightened.
