Description

The present invention belongs to a technique for raising a dike during a flood.

In order to prevent the flooding of rivers, lakes, etc. in the event of flooding, it has been practiced since ancient times to pile up sandbags filled with sand and other fillers in heavy bags such as hemp bags to raise the embankment and prevent breakage. JP-A-2002-69964 and JP-A-2001-81752 propose a method in which a bag filled with a water-absorbing polymer is prepared, and its volume weight is increased by absorbing water and used as a sandbag. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2006-283505 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-30669 propose a method in which a large number of open and closed frames are arranged in the front-rear and left-right directions and filled with sandbags or soil to be used for raising the bank.
Both methods require the presence of soil, making it impossible to obtain the amount of soil needed in an emergency where there is a risk of rupture in an urbanized area.
Therefore, a dike for raising is required as a method capable of raising the dike even in places where it is difficult to obtain soil.

The present invention resides in a proposal of a method for raising a dike before reaching a critical water level.

The present invention comprises a dike for raising a slidable vehicle fixed to a lower surface in parallel and a rail laid on the dike surface in accordance with the slidable vehicle, and the dike for raising is placed on the rail. It is a method of raising the existing levee by connecting together by sliding sequentially.
When the river level rises and it becomes close to the critical water level and it is necessary to raise the levee, when the levee for raising the levee is arranged on the levee, the elevating levee should be run on the rail with a sliding vehicle to arrange it efficiently I made it.

According to the present invention, since the vehicle for sliding is provided on the bottom portion of the embankment for raising and moved on the rail, the embankment for raising can be arranged on the embankment efficiently in a short time.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a plan view and a sectional view showing a conceptual diagram of the embankment for raising of the present invention.
The raised embankment shown in the figure has a trapezoidal cross section, and in this figure, a sliding vehicle is attached to the lower part of the portion protruding from the bottom of the side surface. The car can use an existing method of rotating on a horizontal bar via a bearing. In addition, an air vent hole is provided in the ceiling so that water does not enter and float up.

FIG. 2 is an enlarged view showing a dike for raising and a dike surface. As shown in the figure, rails are laid on the dike surface in advance or as needed. In the figure, a rail is provided in a groove provided on the dike surface. If necessary, both sides of the rail laying groove can be projected, and at the same time, a recess into which the protrusion can bite can be provided at the bottom of the embankment to raise water.

FIG. 3 is a conceptual diagram illustrating a state in which the embankment for lifting raised by a hoist or the like is placed on a rail laid on the embankment surface, and the rails are slid and sequentially arranged. Since the embankment for raising the floor is easily moved by the car and the rail, the necessary place of the embankment can be raised in a short time.

A rubber plate can be pasted on the side where the embankments for raising are in contact with each other for water stoppage. A hole can be provided in a required portion of the wall surface so that the two can be connected with a hook so as to be surely connected after contact with each other.

A water-absorbing polymer that expands due to water absorption can be attached to the overhanging surface where the embankment dike and the dike surface are in contact with each other so that the water does not leak. As the water-absorbing polymer, for example, an acrylic polymer can be used.

According to the present invention, since the embankment can be easily raised at a place where the embankment breaks or is likely to break, the breakage or overflow from the embankment can be prevented.
