(4)精米が終了すると、上蓋17(米受け容器)内の精米を炊飯器の釜に移し、天地を元に戻して(天井壁19を上にして)把手24を摘み、開口5に嵌め入れる。このときから、上蓋17は再び開口5の上蓋として用いられる。
