Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a patch for applying a main body to a skin as it is, regardless of skin conditions such as sweating, and peeling off a protective film lightly without any trouble.
Conventional commercially available patches (poultices) were carried to the target affected area after the protective film of the plaster had been peeled off in advance. Some products are also available on the market that are attached near the affected area and are gripped with both hands and pulled to the left and right at the same time to peel off the protective film. In this method, the post-treatment of the peeled film may be troublesome, and each of them requires an arts and skill depending on the application site, and it is necessary to take off the clothes. In addition, there were many cases where it was not possible to attach the affected part as intended, and it was difficult to reapply.
In addition to the above-mentioned patch, a J-type inverted double film type has been announced that extends the folded tab length at the center of the product name “BAND-AID”. . This method is easy to come up with, and it is easy to assume that it can be put into practical use right away because of daily and similar behavior. However, what has been announced seems to have hardly touched on the problems to be solved before practical use, that is, the skin condition and the serious problems associated with the operation. Therefore, the troubles that occurred when this type of patch was applied to the skin was described below.
<02> When the main body is applied to the skin, the moment the user tries to shift the application site or the pulling operation, the pressing balance changes and the main body slides on the film, causing problems.
<03> On skin with hyperhidrosis or polylipidemia, slipping of the film part in contact with the skin surface is poor or in close contact, which hinders light operation.
<04> The double film that faces each other is separated or displaced, making it difficult to handle, causing unexpected problems, and also disadvantageous for packaging.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is that there is no trouble as described above at the time of a sticking operation, and it is possible to make it easy for even a dexterous elderly person to put on while wearing clothes and on any part. It is to provide a patch.
The present invention provides, as a first means for solving the above-mentioned problems, a support, a plaster coated thereon, and a patch in which the protective film of the plaster is peelably adhered to the surface thereof. However, the present invention provides a patch characterized by being a flexible annular film.
As a second means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides protection for a support, a paste applied thereon, and a patch on which the protective film of the paste is releasably adhered. The film is an annular film that adheres and cyclizes the pliable sheet-like film so that it can be released, and when the part of the annular film that is not in contact with the plaster is pulled, the annular adhesive part is released. A patch is provided.
As a third means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a patch using the annular film of the first solving means, wherein the sheet serving as the handle is in contact with the plaster of the annular film. Adheres to the surface on the side that is not open. Alternatively, it is joined to the folded end of the annular film. Or both. One end of the sheet protrudes from the end of the support in the direction in which the sheet is pulled. When the sheets are joined, a patch is provided which protrudes from the end of the support in the opposite direction to which the sheets are joined.
The present invention provides, as a fourth means for solving the above-mentioned problems, a patch using the circularized annular film of the above-mentioned second solving means, wherein a sheet as a handle portion is used as a plaster of the annular film. Provided on a part that is not in contact with the body This sheet is to provide a patch characterized by protruding from the end of the support in the direction of pulling the sheet.
As a fifth means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is a patch of the above-mentioned third and fourth solving means, and is a skin surface side outer surface of a sheet serving as a handle part. And providing a patch characterized by having a liquid-absorbing sliding member.
As a sixth means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is a patch of the above-mentioned third and fourth solving means, and is a skin surface side outer surface of a sheet serving as a handle part. In addition, the present invention provides a patch characterized in that an auxiliary annular film is provided symmetrically with the annular film with a sheet serving as a handle part interposed therebetween.
The present invention provides, as a seventh means for solving the above-mentioned problems, a patch of the first to sixth solving means described above, wherein a lubricant is provided on the inner surface of the annular film and the auxiliary annular film. It is providing the patch characterized by having apply | coated.
In the annular film, a double film is joined at both ends of the support, and this joined portion suppresses harmful horizontal stress generated between the opposed films during the pasting operation. Therefore, the effect which prevents the trouble at the time of sticking and <01> and <02> of said [0004] is acquired.
By applying a lubricant to the inner surface of the annular film, the sliding between the opposed films improves and contributes to a light operation. A further effect is that the opposing films are brought into close contact with the inherent viscosity of the lubricant. At the same time, it prevents the film comrades from being unnecessarily inflated or scattered. As a result, the patch compacted to the limit is easy to handle and operate, and prevents unexpected troubles. Such an effect is more remarkable in the type using the auxiliary annular film. In addition, the packaging has an advantageous effect.
By providing a liquid-absorbing slip member at the portion of the handle portion that contacts the skin surface, an effect that allows light operation even if there is some perspiration is obtained.
By providing an auxiliary annular film in the portion of the handle that contacts the skin surface, there is an effect that a light operation can be performed even on hyperhidrotic or polylipidemic skin. This auxiliary annular film is designed to stick to bad skin conditions and exert its function, but in normal skin, it works like a sliding member. Therefore, the patch provided with the auxiliary annular film has the effect that it can be used as a multi-type patch that can be applied by a light operation even on skin under any conditions. Since the patch provided with this auxiliary annular film is hardly affected by the skin surface, the operation is always light, and the lightness can be maintained until the end of the sticking.
When pulling out the annular film, the annular film of [Claim 1] is pulled out in the form of a ring, so that it has an effect of preventing the lubricant applied to the inner surface of the annular film from being touched. On the other hand, since the annular film of [Claim 2] is drawn out as a single sheet-like film, the lubricant coating surface is exposed. However, since the feeling regarding the quality of the pasting operation is slightly different and the amount of film used is great, it has the effect of expanding options that take into consideration ease of use, manufacturing method, cost and the like.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a
<1. Patch body>
The patch body can be of any type as long as it is used after being applied. Examples include poultices and bandages. It does not matter if there are medicinal ingredients. A known material can be selected according to the type. Here, a commercial poultice is described in mind.
<3 Lubricant>

<4 handle part>

<5 Sliding material>
When pulling out the
(First embodiment)
In order to apply the
(Second Embodiment)
Next, a second embodiment using the auxiliary annular film 17 will be described with reference to FIG. 2. In the first embodiment, a sliding
(Third embodiment)
Next, the third embodiment using the
More specifically, the
FIG. 4 shows a cross-sectional view of the patch 4 using the
5 is a sectional view of the patch 5 using the

(Fourth embodiment)
Next, a fourth embodiment will be described. FIG. 9 shows a
(Other embodiments)
