本発明は、特にウイング部分に仮着された剥離紙の剥離を容易としたウイング付吸収性物品の製造方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
生理用ナプキンやおりものシートは、経血やおりものの排出中、人体の局部に当てがうようにショーツに貼着して使用するが、日常生活で普通に行われる歩行や軽い運動等を使用中に行うと、それらの行動に伴って局部との相対位置がズレ易くなる。このようなズレが生じた場合、経血やおりものがショーツから漏れ易くなるため、かかるズレを防止することは非常に重要である。

かかる横ズレを防止するために、近年、図８に示すようなウイング付生理用ナプキンが用いられている。このナプキンは、基体部２１とその幅方向両端から延在するウイング２２，２２とからなる保持体２上にナプキン本体１を一体的に備えており、基体部２１の非使用面側には、ズレ止め用粘着剤４Ａが適宜のパターンで塗布されるとともに、各ウイング２２、２２の非使用面側にズレ止め用粘着剤４Ｂが塗布され、これらズレ止め用粘着剤４Ａ、４Ｂ上に剥離紙５Ａ、５Ｂが仮着されている。この生理用ナプキンをショーツに固定する際には、図９に示すように、前記剥離紙５Ａを剥がしてナプキンをショーツＳの股間部に当てがい固定した後、ウイング２２をショーツＳの股間部の側縁を回り込ませ、ウイング２２，２２の剥離紙５Ｂを剥がしてウイング２２，２２を固定する。生理用ナプキンは、基体部２１に塗布されているズレ止め用粘着剤４Ａ、および各ウイング２２、２２に貼着されているズレ止め用両面粘着剤４ＢによってショーツＳに対してしっかりと固定され、その後の横ずれが防止される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、ウイング付生理用ナプキンにおいては、各ズレ止め用粘着剤４Ａ、４Ｂ上に仮着されている剥離紙５Ａ，５Ｂの剥離を容易にするために、剥離紙５Ａ，５Ｂをズレ止め用粘着剤４Ａ、４Ｂの面積よりも大きくして未仮着部分を形成しておき、この未仮着部分を剥離する際の摘み部として剥離できるようにしている。

ウイング付吸収性物品の製造ライン最終における前記ウイングの折り畳み工程において、
前記両剥離紙の折り返し位置を前記ウイングの折り畳み線として、該ウイングを非使用面側に折り畳むことにより、前記両剥離紙に折り目を付与し、ウイング展開状態で起立する摘み部とするウイング付吸収性物品の製造方法である。

【作用】
本発明により製造されるウイング付吸収性物品においては、ウイング部ズレ止め用粘着手段に仮着されている剥離紙の摘み部分が折り返され起立しているため、この部分を摘んで剥離紙を簡単に剥離することができる。

【実施例】
以下、本発明を図面に示すウイング付生理用ナプキンを実施例にして、具体的に説明する。
図１は、本発明に係るウイング付生理用ナプキンの背面図、図２はそのII−II線矢視図である。ナプキンＮは、適宜公知の構造をもって組み立てられた短冊状のナプキン本体１と、本発明にいう保持体、たとえばポリエチレンラミネート不織布（以下、単にポリラミ不織布という。）２とからなる。このポリラミ不織布２は、使用面側が不織布とされ、非使用面側がポリエチレンとされ、ナプキン本体１が固定されている基体部２１とこの基体部２１の両側から外方に延在するウイング２２、２２とから構成されている。ナプキン本体１は、ポリラミ不織布２の基体部２１の長手方向に沿って配置され、その当接面の全面または一部がホットメルト接着剤Ｈによって強固にポリラミ不織布２に接着されており、さらに、その長手方向両端の吸収体の存在しない部分３，３が、ヒートシールされることによってポリラミ不織布２と一体となっている。

次に、本発明に係るウイング付生理用ナプキンの製造方法について説明する。
