However, in order to use the panel suspension connector 8 described above, a separate lifting bracket 90 must be provided on the panel 9, which increases costs.

In addition, when the panel 9 is lifted using the above-described panel suspension connector 8, if the shaking of the panel 9 is suppressed by the pressing portion 83 of the connector main body 80, the indoor side surface of the panel 9 may be damaged.

Therefore, in view of the above circumstances, the present invention can reduce the cost by connecting the panel and the lift means without providing a dedicated lifting bracket to the panel, and further, reducing the cost of the outdoor side surface of the panel. It is an object of the present invention to provide a panel suspension connector that can prevent damage to the indoor side surface.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the panel suspension connector of the present invention is configured to connect a panel for fixing a mounting plate used for mounting to a structural frame and having a joint forming protrusion on the upper end surface of the panel to a lifting means. A panel-hanging connector for lifting, and a connection portion connected to the lift means is provided at the upper portion of the connector main body, and is detachably fixed to the mounting plate at the lower portion of the connector main body. And a pressing part that is in contact with the outdoor side surface of the protrusion, and when the panel is lifted, the fixing part and the pressing part hold the upper part of the panel. To do.

Further, the panel suspension connector of the present invention for solving the above-described problem is provided by attaching a panel for fixing a mounting plate used for mounting to a structural frame and having a projection for forming joints on the upper end surface of the panel. A panel-hanging connector for connecting and lifting to the main body, wherein the connector main body is provided with a fixing portion detachably fixed to the mounting plate, and the fixing portion is connected to the lifting means. And a pressing part abutting on the outdoor side surface of the protrusion, and when the panel is lifted, the fixing part and the pressing part hold the upper part of the panel.

The panel suspension connector of the present invention can connect the panel and the lift means without providing a dedicated lifting bracket on the panel, and can reduce the cost. The side can be prevented from being damaged.

It is a perspective view which shows the connector for panel suspension same as the above. It is a perspective view which shows the construction state which attaches a panel to a structural frame using the connector for panel suspension same as the above. It is a side view which shows the state which lifted the panel using the connector for panel suspension same as the above, and welded this panel to the structural frame. It is the perspective view seen from the upper side which shows the state which connected the lift means and the panel of the flat position in the panel suspension connector of 2nd embodiment of this invention. The conventional panel suspension connector is shown, (a) is a side view of the state in which the lift means and the panel are connected by the panel suspension connector, and (b) is the panel suspension connector connected to the lift means. It is a front view of the state connected to.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.

In the first embodiment of the present invention, the lift means 3 such as a crane and the panel 2 are connected by the panel suspension connector 1. In the following, as shown in FIG. 3, the upper and lower sides will be described with reference to the state in which the panel 2 is lifted by the lift means 3 via the panel suspension connector 1, and the front side of FIG. The back side is the indoor side.

FIG. 1 (a) is a perspective view of a state in which the panel 2 and the lift means 3 in a flat state before being lifted are connected by a panel-hanging connector 1, and FIG. It is the perspective view seen from the direction.

The panel 2 is a rectangular sandwich panel. The indoor side surface and the outdoor side surface are made of a decorative steel plate having antifouling processing or the like on the surface, and a heat insulating material such as rock wool is filled between the panels. The panel 2 may be a concrete panel or the like, and is not limited to the above.

The panel 2 has a joint-forming projection 20 projecting upward on its upper end surface over the entire length in the left-right direction (longitudinal direction of the upper end surface). The joint forming projections 20 are also formed over the entire length on both side end surfaces and the lower end surface of the panel 2 and covered with packing. When the two panels 2 and 2 are connected vertically (see FIG. 3), the protrusion 20 on the upper end surface of the lower panel 2 abuts the protrusion 20 on the lower end surface of the upper panel 2. A joint having a predetermined width is formed between the panels 2 and 2. This joint is filled with joint material, and the protrusion 20 becomes invisible from the outdoor side when the construction is completed.

As shown in FIG. 1A, a mounting plate 21 that is attached to a structural housing 4 such as a beam (see FIGS. 3 and 4) is fixed to the indoor side surface of the upper portion of the panel 2. The mounting plate 21 includes a substantially rectangular panel fixing plate 22 fixed to the panel 2 and two substantially rectangular protruding plates 23 fixed to the panel fixing plate 22. One end (lower end) of the protruding plate 23 is fixed to the panel fixing plate 22, and the other end (upper end) protrudes above the upper end of the panel 2. The other end (upper end) of the protruding plate 23 is formed with a fixing screw hole 24 through which a fixing screw 17 (described later) of the panel suspension connector 1 can be detachably screwed. Actually, the other end portion (upper end portion) of the protruding plate 23 of the mounting plate 21 is attached to the structural housing 4 by screw fixing and / or welding via the fixing screw hole 24. The panel 2, the panel fixing plate 22, and the two protruding plates 23 are fixed by screws such as one-side bolts. The panel fixing plate 22 and the two protruding plates 23 may be integrally formed, or may be fixed by welding or the like. The mounting plate 21 described above is provided so as to be axisymmetric with respect to the center line in the left-right direction of the fixed panel 2, but may be provided so as to be asymmetric with respect to the center line. Absent.

As shown in FIG. 2, the panel suspension connector 1 includes a connection portion 11 connected to the lift means 3 on the upper portion of the connector main body 10. And the fixing | fixed part 12 fixed to the attachment plate 21 of the panel 2 so that attachment or detachment is possible in the lower part of the connector main body 10, and the holding | suppressing part 13 contact | abutted by the outdoor side surface of the protrusion 20 of the panel 2 are provided.

The connector main body 10 includes a substantially trapezoidal flat plate portion 14, an L-shaped pressing portion 13 extending from the lower end portion of the flat plate portion 14, and a substantially rectangular connection extending from the upper end portion of the flat plate portion 14. The base portion 15 is formed of three substantially right-angled triangular reinforcing portions 16. The L-shaped pressing portion 13 has a distal end portion that is substantially parallel to the flat plate portion 14 and a proximal end portion that is substantially perpendicular to the flat plate portion 14. The connecting portion 11 is ring-shaped, and the lower end portion is screwed to the connecting portion base portion 15 of the connector main body 10. The pressing part 13 and the flat plate part 14 are reinforced by welding two sides forming a right angle of the reinforcing part 16. Further, two sides forming a right angle of the reinforcing portion 16 are reinforced by welding to both ends of the connecting portion base portion 15 in the left-right direction and the flat plate portion 14 corresponding to the both ends. Note that the panel suspension connector 1 reinforced by the reinforcing portion 16 is formed with such a strength that it will not be damaged even if it is suspended 10 times the weight of the panel 2 of the present embodiment.

Two through holes 18 through which the shaft portion of the fixing screw 17 passes are formed in the lower portion of the flat plate portion 14. The fixing screw 17 is made of an eyebolt, and has a ring-shaped head portion and a spiral thread groove formed on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion. The through hole 18 has a slightly larger diameter than the shaft portion of the fixing screw 17 and has no thread groove formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof, but is screwed to the shaft portion of the fixing screw 17 on the inner peripheral surface. A thread groove may be formed. In the present embodiment, the two pairs of through holes 18 and the fixing screw 17 form the fixing portion 12.

The fixing screw 17 is connected to the connector main body 10 via the connection cord 100. Therefore, even if the fixing screw 17 is removed from the fixing screw hole 24, it does not come off from the connector main body 10. Specifically, two connection holes 19 through which one end of the connection cord 100 is detachably connected are formed in the upper portion of the flat plate portion 14. The connecting cord 100 is a stretchable one that has a coiled central portion. The other end of the connecting cord 100 is connected to the ring-shaped head of the fixing screw 17. The panel suspension connector 1 described above is provided so as to be axisymmetric with respect to the center line in the left-right direction of the fixed panel 2, but is provided so as to be asymmetric with respect to the center line. It does not matter.

Then, an example of the construction procedure at the time of lifting the panel 2 with the lift means 3 using the above-mentioned panel suspension connector 1 will be described.

First, one end of the connection cord 100 is connected to the connection hole 19 of the panel suspension connector 1. Next, the two through holes 18 at the lower part of the connector main body 10 are respectively aligned with the fixing screw holes 24 of the mounting plate 21 provided in the panel 2. At this time, the indoor side surface of the distal end portion of the pressing portion 13 at the lower part of the connector main body 10 contacts the outdoor side surface of the protrusion 20 on the upper end surface of the panel 2. Next, the shaft portion of the fixing screw 17 is screwed into the fixing screw hole 24 through the through hole 18. The fixing screw 17 is tightened until the indoor end of the head of the fixing screw 17 contacts the flat plate portion 14 around the through hole 18. Next, the lift means 3 (the belt connected to the crane) is connected to the connecting portion 11 of the panel suspension connector 1. Finally, the panel 2 is lifted by the lift means 3. After the panel 2 is lifted, the protruding plate 23 of the mounting plate 21 is welded to the structural housing 4 as shown in FIG. Thereafter, the fixing screw 17 is removed, and the panel suspension connector 1 integrated with the lift means 3 is removed from the mounting plate 21.

As described above, the panel suspension connector 1 that connects the panel 2 and the lift means 3 uses the fixing screw hole 24 of the mounting plate 21 for mounting on the structural housing 4 provided on the panel 2, so that the panel 2 Can be linked to. Therefore, unlike the conventional example, the panel 2 does not need to be provided with a dedicated lifting bracket, so that the cost can be reduced.

In addition, the panel suspension connector 1 is configured such that the fixing portion 12 of the connector main body 10 is fixed to the mounting plate 21 provided on the indoor side surface of the panel 2, so that the panel suspension connection tool is attached to the indoor side surface of the panel 2. 1 can be prevented from contacting. And it can prevent that the connector 1 for panel suspension contacts the outdoor side surface of the panel 2 by making the holding | maintenance part 13 of the connector main body 10 contact | abut on the outdoor side surface of the protrusion 20 of the upper end surface of the panel 2. FIG. . Therefore, in this embodiment, the contact of the panel suspension connector 1 to the indoor side surface and the outdoor side surface of the panel 2 can be prevented, and the indoor side surface and the outdoor side surface of the panel 2 can be prevented from being damaged. In addition, the part which the holding | suppressing part 13 of the connector 1 for panel suspension in the panel 2 contacts is a part which cannot be seen from the outdoor side by the joint material filled at the time of completion of construction.

In the present embodiment, when the panel 2 is lifted, the upper portion of the panel 2 is held by the fixing portion 12 and the pressing portion 13. Specifically, when the panel 2 is lifted, the panel 2 is sandwiched from the indoor side and the outdoor side by the pressing portion 13 of the panel suspension connector 1 and the mounting plate 21 to which the fixing portion 12 of the panel suspension connector 1 is fixed. It looks like it was embedded. Therefore, in this embodiment, the panel 2 can be lifted in a state where the shaking in both directions is suppressed.

Further, when the panel 2 is raised from the flat state (see FIG. 1), the weight of the panel 2 is dispersed and supported by the protruding plate 23 of the mounting plate 21 and the pressing portion 13 of the panel suspension connector 1. Since it can do, it can prevent that the indoor side surface of the panel 2 peels from the heat insulating material inside a panel at this time.

Next, the second embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 5 will be described. In addition, about the same structure as 1st embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected in a figure and description is abbreviate | omitted.

In the present embodiment, the panel 2 to which the mounting plate 25 having a shape along the upper end of the panel 2 is fixed and the lift means 3 are connected by the panel suspension connector 5 having a shape different from that of the first embodiment. It has a structure. This panel 2 comprises the lower part of opening parts, such as a window, for example. As in the first embodiment, the panel 2 has a joint-forming projection 20 on the upper end surface, and an attachment plate 25 used for attachment to the structural housing 4 on the indoor side surface of the panel 2 upper portion. Is fixed.

The mounting plate 25 includes a substantially rectangular panel fixing plate 26 fixed to the panel 2 and a protruding plate 27 having a substantially L-shaped cross section fixed to the panel fixing plate 26. One end (lower end) of the protruding plate 27 is fixed to the panel fixing plate 26, and the other end (upper end) is along the upper end surface of the panel 2. The other end (upper end) of the protruding plate 27 is formed with a fixing screw hole (not shown) through which a fixing screw 6 (to be described later) of the panel suspension connector 5 is detachably engaged. In this embodiment, the part between the one end part (lower end part) and the other end part (upper end part) of the protrusion plate 27 among the attachment plates 25 is attached to the structural housing 4 by welding. The panel 2, the panel fixing plate 26, and the protruding plate 27 are fixed by screws, respectively, but may be integrally molded or fixed by welding or the like. The mounting plate 25 is provided so as to be line-symmetric with respect to the center line in the left-right direction of the fixed panel 2, but may be provided so as to be asymmetric with respect to the center line. .

The panel suspension connector 5 includes a fixing unit 52 that is detachably fixed to the connector plate 50 of the panel 2 on the connector main body 50. The fixing portion 52 includes a connecting portion 51 that is connected to the lift means 3 and a pressing portion 53 that is in contact with the outdoor side surface of the protrusion 20 of the panel 2. Specifically, a connecting portion 51 connected to the lift means 3 and a fixing portion 52 detachably fixed to the mounting plate 25 of the panel 2 are provided on the indoor side portion of the connector main body 50. And the holding | maintenance part 53 contact | abutted by the outdoor side part of the connector main body 50 at the outdoor side surface of the protrusion 20 of the panel 2 is provided.

The connector main body 50 has a substantially L-shaped cross section, and is formed of a substantially rectangular flat plate portion 54 and a pressing portion 53 that extends substantially vertically downward from an end portion on the outdoor side of the flat plate portion 54. .

In the present embodiment, the connecting portion 51 is a ring-shaped head portion of an eyebolt, and the fixing screw 6 is a shaft portion of the eyebolt (a shaft portion in which a spiral thread groove is formed on the outer peripheral surface).

Two through holes (not shown) through which the fixing screw 6 passes are formed in the indoor side portion of the flat plate portion 54. The through hole has a slightly larger diameter than the fixing screw 6 and no thread groove is formed on the inner peripheral surface, but a thread groove that is screwed with the shaft portion of the fixing screw 17 is formed on the inner peripheral surface. It may be what was done. In the present embodiment, the two pairs of through holes and the fixing screw 6 form a fixing portion 52. The panel suspension connector 5 described above is provided so as to be axisymmetric with respect to the center line in the left-right direction of the fixed panel 2, but is provided so as to be asymmetric with respect to the center line. It does not matter.

Then, an example of the construction procedure at the time of lifting the panel 2 with the lift means 3 is demonstrated using the above-mentioned connector 5 for panel suspension.

First, the two through holes in the lower part of the connector main body 50 are respectively aligned with the fixing screw holes of the mounting plate 25 provided in the panel 2. At this time, the indoor side surface of the pressing portion 53 at the lower part of the connector main body 50 contacts the outdoor side surface of the protrusion 20 on the upper end surface of the panel 2. Next, the fixing screw 6 that is the shaft portion of the eyebolt is screwed into the fixing screw hole of the mounting plate 25 through the through hole. The fixing screw 6 is tightened until the lower end portion of the head portion of the eyebolt contacts the flat plate portion 54 around the through hole. Next, the lift means 3 (the belt connected to the crane) is connected to the connecting portion 51 which is the head portion of the eyebolt. Then, the lift means 3 lifts the panel 2. In addition, after the panel 2 is lifted, the protruding plate 27 of the mounting plate 25 is welded to the structural housing 4. Thereafter, the fixing screw 6 is loosened, and the panel suspension connector 5 integrated with the lift means 3 is removed from the mounting plate 25.

As described above, in the panel suspension connector 5 that connects the panel 2 and the lift means 3, the fixing screw hole of the mounting plate 25 that is provided on the panel 2 and is attached to the structural housing 4 is used for the panel 2. Can be linked. Therefore, also in this embodiment, unlike the conventional example, it is not necessary to provide a dedicated lifting bracket on the panel 2, so that the cost can be reduced.

In the present embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the panel suspension connector 5 is prevented from contacting the indoor side surface and the outdoor side surface of the panel 2 and the indoor side surface and the outdoor side surface of the panel 2 are damaged. Can be prevented. Further, the portion of the panel 2 that contacts the pressing portion 53 of the panel suspension connector 5 is a portion that is filled with a joint material when construction is completed and is not visible from the outdoor side.

In this embodiment, when the panel 2 is lifted, the upper portion of the panel 2 is held by the fixing portion 52 and the pressing portion 53. Specifically, when the panel 2 is lifted, the panel 2 is sandwiched from the indoor side and the outdoor side by the pressing portion 53 of the panel suspension connector 1 and the mounting plate 25 to which the fixing portion 52 of the panel suspension connector 1 is fixed. It looks like it was embedded. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the panel 2 can be lifted in a state in which the shaking in both directions is suppressed as in the first embodiment.

Further, in this embodiment, when the panel 2 is raised from the flat state (see FIG. 5), the weight of the panel 2 is divided into the protruding plate 27 of the mounting plate 25 and the pressing portion 53 of the panel suspension connector 5. Can be dispersed and supported. Therefore, in this embodiment, like the first embodiment, it is possible to prevent the indoor side surface of the panel 2 from being peeled off from the heat insulating material inside the panel.

In the above-described embodiment, the panel 2 has a rectangular shape that is symmetrical to the left and right. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and may be an asymmetric panel such as a corner member or a mold bending panel. The panel suspension connector may also be an asymmetric eccentric type. Whatever shape is adopted, the panel may be lifted in a balanced manner by the lift means via the panel suspension connector.

Moreover, in this embodiment mentioned above, although the mounting plates 21 and 25 were attached to the upper part of the indoor side surface of the panel 2, this attachment position is not restricted to this, For example, the center part of the indoor side surface of the panel 2, or a panel 2 may be the upper end surface.

Although the present invention has been described based on the embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and appropriate design changes can be made within the intended scope of the present invention.
