Abstract
【解決手段】L1−Lq正則化スパース回帰に基づいて、再帰的最小二乗(RLS)プロセス500及び期待値最大化(EM)プロセス600を使用する。高次行列拡張を用いて共分散行列を得ることによって、チャネル推定の精度を改善する。最終的なチャネル推定値を得るために、スパースEMによって、その共分散行列及び初期推定値が精緻化される。

従来のチャネル推定法と比べて、本発明は以下の利点を有する。
Claims (8)
- 無線多入力多出力(MIMO)ネットワークにおいて送信機と受信機との間のチャネルのためのチャネル行列を推定するための方法であって、該送信機は1組のM個の送信アンテナを含み、該受信機は1組のN個の受信アンテナを含み、該方法は、
送信信号x(k)のk個のシンボルをバッファリングされた信号x’(k)としてバッファリングするステップと、
Dが最大多項式次数であり、D’(k)が次数拡張行列であり、Pがk個のシンボルのチャネルメモリの最大長としたとき、前記バッファリングされた信号を大きさM(P+1)(D+1)のD次多項式信号u=D’(k)x’(k)に拡張するステップと、
前記D次多項式信号u、前記送信信号x(k)に対応する受信信号y(k)及び信号相関行列Rに基づいて、次数拡張再帰的最小二乗(RLS)プロセスを用いて、次数拡張チャネル行列G’(k)の推定値を求めるステップと、
スパース期待値最大化(EM)を用いて前記推定値を精緻化するステップと、
G’(k)D’(k)としてチャネル行列の推定値H’(k)を得るために、前記次数拡張チャネル行列G’(k)を折りたたむステップと
を含み、前記ステップは前記受信機のプロセッサにおいて実行される、方法。 - 前記チャネル行列H’(k)は、高速フェージング及びスパースチャネルの場合に最適である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記精緻化するステップは、
高次行列再帰を用いて前記EM手順のための相関行列A及びBを求めること、
Iを恒等行列としたとき、期待値S=G’(k)(I−A)+Bを求めること、及び
前記期待値Sを用いて、収束するまでG’(k)を更新すること
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記推定値を求めるステップは、
順方向誤差ベクトルeを求めること、
更新ベクトルqを生成すること、及び
前記相関行列Rを更新して、次数拡張チャネル行列G’(k)の前記推定値を得ること、
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記拡張再帰的最小二乗(RLS)プロセスは、高次多項式回帰を用いる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記送信信号はトレーニング系列及びデータ系列を含むパケットであり、前記受信機は、復号及び決定後に、該トレーニング系列及び該データ系列をチャネル推定信号として用いる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記次数拡張再帰的最小二乗(RLS)プロセスはテイラー級数展開を用いる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記次数拡張再帰的最小二乗(RLS)プロセスはフーリエ級数展開を用いる、請求項1に記載の方法。
