Description

The present invention relates to a packaging box in which information related to an article (packaged article) contained therein is described, and particularly to a packaging box suitable for packaging a carton product in which a plurality of pharmaceutical products are packaged.

Conventionally, as a packaging box in which information related to an article accommodated therein is described, there is one disclosed in Patent Document 1. This is a box having an elongated strip-like cut piece that circulates around the peripheral wall of the box that wraps the article and divides the box up and down, and information related to the article on the outer surface of the cut piece (quality It is a packaging box provided with a display section for information) indicating the storage position of a guarantee or the like.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-7139

However, the above prior art has the following problems.
In other words, information related to the article is written on a strip-shaped cut piece that circulates around the box peripheral wall so as to divide the box body into upper and lower parts, but such a strip-shaped cut piece has a limit on the amount of information written on it. In addition, the number of lines is small and the information display is long and narrow, making it difficult to obtain all the information (listed characters are difficult to grasp at a glance). And when a cut piece is excised, a box will be largely divided in the up-and-down direction. For this reason, when the article is opened but it is desired to keep the article in the box as it is, the article protrudes greatly from the box.
In addition, the elongated strip-shaped cut piece is used and discarded after excision, but depending on the information displayed on the strip, it may be desired to keep it along with the article. However, in such a case, it is difficult to handle with a strip-shaped cut piece. For example, it is relatively easy to handle if it is decided to leave the information display part only by cutting and removing the part excluding the information display part at an appropriate part, and leaving this part for use. However, this makes the work cumbersome and inferior in appearance, and tends to be in the form of an elongated arrow. For this reason, for example, when an information display location is tied to an article using a tie member such as a rubber band or a string, the display information becomes difficult to see, and it is easy to drop out or damage. there were.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems. When an article is kept stored after opening, the article does not protrude greatly from the box, and the separation obtained together with opening is provided. Can be obtained as an information card with a large amount of information and a high listability, and can be obtained as an information card that can be bundled without dropping or damaging articles taken out from the inside. The purpose is to provide.

The two first cut lines 5a and 5b are each formed of a cut line (zipper-type cut line) called a zipper, in which, in the example shown in the figure, ridges or L-shaped cut lines (slits) and connecting portions are alternately continued. Other than this, for example, a perforated cut line in which a linear cut (slit) is intermittent may be used. If the two first cut lines 5a and 5b are of a zipper type, the effect of preventing the information card C from dropping out, which will be described later, can be expected more.
In addition, the space | interval of the said cut | interruption of the two 1st cut lines 5a and 5b may be equal, or may be non-equal.

When the two first cut lines 5a and 5b are broken by only one of them, the one first cut line 5a or 5b functions as an opening cut line. The two first cut lines 5a and 5b function as opening and information card separating cut lines.
That is, if one of the two first cut lines 5a and 5b is broken, the packaging box is opened. Further, if both of them are broken, the packaging box is opened and the end plate extending portion separating portion 4a3 sandwiched between the two first cut lines 5a and 5b is separated from the remaining portion of the end plate extending portion 4α. It is. Then, the end plate extending portion separating portion 4a3 can be used as an information card (a card on which information is described) C independent of the packaging box as shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 1, the interval S1 between the two first cut lines 5a, 5b is the extension of the end plate extension 4α so that the end plate extension separation part 4a3 forms an outer shape as the information card C. The dimension is set in consideration of the ratio to the dimension in the direction orthogonal to the outgoing direction (length dimension of the first cut lines 5a and 5b) S2. Preferably, it is set to a dimension corresponding to the size of the surface assumed as the information card binding surface of the packaging box containing article. At least, the end plate extension part separating part 4a3 is set so as not to have an elongated strip shape.

Information I (see FIGS. 7 and 8) relating to the articles accommodated in the assembled packaging box is written in advance in the end plate extending portion separating portion 4a3 (information card C). In the illustrated example, the information I relating to the article is not specifically described, and is shown only in FIGS. 7 and 8, but is similarly written in the end plate extending part separating part 4 a 3 in each figure. .
The information I related to the article includes the name of the article (product name, etc.), the characteristics, the number (if one article is composed of a plurality of articles, the number and quantity of the article), the usage description, and the expiration date. Among various codes such as serial numbers, precautions, barcodes, and manufacturing company names, information representing desired information with characters, symbols, and the like can be given.
When the article is a drug, information useful for dispensing management, particularly various information useful for preventing medical accidents due to drug misuse.
These pieces of information I are usually written on the surface on the front side of the packaging box, but may be written on the surface on the back side, or on both the front and back sides. In addition, the information I may be written on the end plate extension part separation part 4a3 (information card C), and at the same time, the same information may be written on any part of the packaging box. Information other than information related to the article may be printed on the end plate extending portion separating portion 4a3 (information card C).

Returning to FIG. 1, the boundary between adjacent side plates in a series of side plates 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, the boundary between the side plate 1a and the joining piece 2, and the end plate 4a on such a paperboard blank. Folded curves L1 to L11 are formed at the boundaries between the side plates 1a to 1d and the end plates 4a to 4g on which? Further, a folding line L12 is formed at the boundary between the end plate main portion 4a1 and the end plate extending portion 4α of the end plate 4a.
Each of the folding lines L1 to L12 is formed by, for example, compressing the thickness of the paperboard blank in a straight line at each boundary described above.

In order to assemble a blank as described above and wrap an article, for example, a product, as shown in FIG. 2, a series of four side plates 1a to 1d are bent into a square tube shape along the folding lines L1 to L4 and joined together. The piece 2 is affixed to the inner surface of the side plate 1d opposite to the side plate 1a on which the piece 2 is continuously provided to form a peripheral wall of the rectangular tube-like body, and the lower end plates 4d to 4g are arranged on the inner sides of folding lines L8 to L11 Bend to the inside of the rectangular tube.
Then, the end plates 4d and 4f in the illustrated example are overlapped and pasted to close the lower opening end surface (bottom surface) 3b of the rectangular tubular body. In this case, the pair of small end plates 4e, 4g are first folded inward, then the pair of large size end plates 4d, 4f are folded inward, and the same pair of end plates 4d, 4f are overlapped and pasted. wear. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, the end plates 4d and 4f are laminated and pasted so that the end plate 4d covers the end plate 4f.

Thereafter, the product is stored in an unsealed packaging box (a rectangular tube body in which only the lower opening end face 3b of the upper and lower opening end faces 3a and 3b is closed), and the upper end plates 4a to 4c are folded at the folding lines L5 to L7. Bend inward. In this case, after a pair of small-sized end plates 4b and 4c are first bent inward, the large-sized end plate 4a having the end plate main portion 4a1 and the end plate extending portion 4α is bent inward. .
The large-size end plate 4a is further folded at a substantially right angle on the lower side (the lower side of the rectangular tube) on the folding line L12. Then, the end plate extension 4α of the folded end plate 4a is overlapped with the surface of the front side plate 1c facing the side plate 1a on which the end plate 4a is extended. And the end-plate extension part front-end | tip part 4a4 is piled up and affixed on the surface of the front side board 1c, and the upper opening end surface (upper surface) 3a of a rectangular tube-shaped body is closed and sealed.

In the packaging box sealed as described above (see FIGS. 2 to 6), the portion excluding the end plate extension portion tip portion 4a4 in the sealed state is superimposed on the front side plate 1c, but pasted. Not in. Therefore, when the packaging box in the sealed state is opened while being opened, the two first cut lines 5a and 5b are separated from one end to the other end at the portion excluding the end plate extending portion tip 4a4, as shown in FIG. At the same time as opening, the end plate extending portion separating portion 4a3 is obtained.

This end plate extension part separation part 4a3 is not a long and slender strip shape that is difficult to handle as in the prior art, but is set in a card shape, and this end plate extension part separation part 4a3 is a strip of a slender strip in the prior art. A lot of information about the product is written.
Therefore, when the packaging box that has been opened and is used and the useless packaging box is discarded, the end plate extending portion separating portion 4a3 can be easily retained, and the amount of information compared to that of the elongated strip in the prior art Can be used as an information card C having a large list and high listability. In addition, the information card C can be easily and easily attached to the product 6 taken out from the packaging box as shown in FIG. 8 by the attaching member 7 such as a rubber band or a string. Further, when the product 6 is bound with a fastening member 7 such as a rubber band, it is less likely to drop out or be damaged compared to the conventional strip-shaped body.

8 shows that one information card C (end plate extending portion separating portion 4a3) is attached to one rubber band 7 for one product 6 taken out from the inside of a packaging box in which three products 6 are accommodated. However, it is a matter of course that the three products 6 may be bundled together with a single rubber band 7. As a matter of course, the single product 6 includes a case where a plurality of products collectively constitute one (one pack) product.
In addition, a plurality of information cards C can be obtained from one end plate extension part separating part 4a3, and the information card C is more in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of products 6 accommodated in the packaging box. Can be bundled, and a specific example thereof will be described later.

As can be seen from FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, unevenness remains as traces when the first cut lines 5a and 5b (zipper) are broken on the two opposite sides of the end plate extending part separating part 4a3 (information card C). This serves to prevent slipping of the binding member 7 such as a rubber band, which is useful for preventing the information card C from dropping out. This drop-off prevention effect is that the information card C has a size corresponding to the size of the product 6 taken out of the packaging box (a size that is about the size of the information card attachment surface of the product 6, particularly a size slightly larger than that). This is noticeable when it is set. In the method of cutting off the end plate extending portion separating portion 4a3 portion on which information related to the product 6 is cut with a scissors or a cutter knife and using the information card C, it takes time and is difficult to obtain the above-mentioned drop-off preventing effect.

If the product 6 is a pharmaceutical product, if the information card C is bundled together with the product 6, various kinds of information that is particularly effective for preventing medical accidents due to the mix-up of the pharmaceutical product can be stored in the pharmaceutical product even after the packaging box is discarded. Can continue to accompany. In other words, it helps to prevent the above medical accidents. This information card C can write a lot of information related to the product (medicine) 6 and can improve the listability as compared with the long and slender belt-shaped body in the prior art.

In addition, the packaging box can be opened by breaking only one of the two first cut lines 5a and 5b, or both of them being broken, but the opening location is the uppermost part of the packaging box. Therefore, as in the case of a conventional packaging box in which the box is largely divided in the vertical direction by opening, the problem that occurs when the product 6 is to be put in the box as it is, that is, the product is a box. The product 6 can be sealed again and stored by inserting the end plate extending portion base 4a2 inside the front side plate 1c.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, a substantially semi-circular cutout 8 is formed at the upper end of the front side plate 1c so that the product 6 can be easily taken out when the packaging box is opened. ing.
Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 1-3, the arc-shaped cut line 9 which both ends reach the both right and left corners of the lower end of the front side plate 1c is formed below the front side plate 1c on the front side of the packaging box. It is easy to fold the packaging box into a plate shape at the time of disposal. That is, the lower part of the front side plate 1c is broken along the arc-shaped cut line 9 by pressing the center portion of the arc-shaped cut line 9 with a finger or the like, and the lower end portion of the front side plate 1c is joined with the end plate 4f as shown in FIG. It makes it easy to fold the packaging box into a plate.

9 and 10 are perspective views showing a packaging box according to the second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 9 shows a sealed state, and FIG. 10 shows an example of a state after opening.
9 and 10 show that the end plate extending portion separating portion 4a3 can be divided into a plurality of equal parts in the direction intersecting the extending direction of the end plate extending portion 4α, and three in the orthogonal direction in the illustrated example. A packaging box in which two second cut lines (card dividing cut lines) 10 are formed so as to be equally divided is illustrated.
According to the second embodiment, since a plurality of information cards C, three in the illustrated example, are obtained, when a plurality of, for example, three products 6 are accommodated in one packaging box, It is possible to bind information cards C of equal dimensions in a one-to-one correspondence with respect to all three products 6.

FIG.11 and FIG.12 is a perspective view which shows the packaging box based on 3rd Embodiment of this invention, FIG. 11 shows a sealed state, FIG. 12 shows an example of the state after opening.
11 and 12 show that the second cut line 10 can be divided into two end plate extending portion separating portions 4a3 in different lengths in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the end plate extending portion 4α. A single formed packaging box is illustrated.
According to the third embodiment, since two information cards C are obtained with different length dimensions, when two different size products 6 and 6 are accommodated in one packaging box, Both of the two products 6 and 6 can bind the information cards C having different sizes according to their sizes in a one-to-one correspondence.
Although the second cut line 10 is a perforated cut line in both the second and third embodiments shown in FIGS. 9 to 12, the present invention is not limited to this.

FIG. 13 is a packaging box according to a fourth embodiment in which another example is applied to the first cutoff line, FIG. 14 is a packaging box according to the fifth embodiment, and FIG. 15 is a packaging according to the sixth embodiment. Each box is illustrated. 13 to 15 are all front views.
The first cut lines 5 of the packaging box shown in FIGS. 13 to 15 are formed in two directions in a direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the end plate extending portion 4α. , FIG. 9 and FIG. 11), except for the following points.
That is, as for the 1st cutting line 5 of the packaging box shown in FIGS. 13-15, the upper one (1st cutting line 5c) is a zipper type in the figure among the two. However, the cut (cut) in the substantially central portion in the length direction is formed longer than the cuts in other portions, and is formed in a symmetrical shape, for example, a trapezoidal shape or an inverted trapezoidal shape, in the illustrated example, a trapezoidal shape 5c1. Has been. The entire first cut line 5c is also formed symmetrically with respect to the trapezoidal shape 5c1 at the substantially center in the length direction.
According to this, the first cut line 5c breaks in the left and right directions from the pressed part by pressing the upper part or the lower part of the trapezoidal shape 5c1 substantially in the center in the length direction of the first cut line 5c with a finger or the like. This makes it easier to break the first cut line 5c. A semicircular cutout 8 formed at the upper end of the front side plate 1c facilitates pressing of the portion directly above the trapezoidal shape 5c1 and facilitates breakage of the first cut line 5c.

In the fourth to sixth embodiments (FIGS. 13 to 15), one of the two first cut lines 5 in the figure (the first cut line 5d) is also the first to third embodiments. Unlike a perforated cut line. Generally, a zipper-type cut line (including the first cut line 5c) is more easily broken than a perforated cut line. Therefore, the zipper-type first cut line 5c is formed on the upper side of the packaging box to facilitate the opening of the packaging box, while the first cut line 5d on the lower side is formed as a perforated cut line. The breakage of the one cut line 5d can be easily performed separately without depending on the breakage of the first cut line 5c.
