Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a two-color molded resin window and a method for manufacturing a two-color molded resin window.
The first resin molded body is formed into a panel shape by injection molding. The second resin molded body is integrated by forming a frame shape at the outer peripheral edge portion on the back surface of the first resin molded body by injection molding to assist the first resin molded body.
On the back surface of the first resin molded body, the boundary between the bonding area and the transparent area, which is an area where the first resin molded body and the second resin molded body overlap, on the transparent area that is the area of only the first resin molded body. A groove extending along the line is formed. The recess is indicated by reference numeral 21a in FIG.
After the first resin material is injected into the first cavity and the first resin molded body is molded, the concave stripe is formed on the movable mold constituting the second cavity while holding the first resin molded body in the second cavity. It is formed by pushing the projected ridge into the back surface of the first resin molded body. Then, when the second resin material is injected into the second cavity to mold the second resin molded body, the second resin material is dammed by the ridges, so that the boundary between the joining region and the transparent region, that is, the second The burr is prevented from protruding from the inner peripheral edge of the resin molded body.
By the way, the thickness of the conventional two-color molded resin window varies greatly between the transparent region and the bonding region. For this reason, as a general characteristic of two-color molding, minute folds and sink marks may occur near the boundary between the transparent region and the bonding region on the surface of the first resin molded body. And, when seeing the vicinity of the boundary from the front surface side or the back surface side of the first resin molded body, or when looking at the reflected image reflected on the surface of the first resin molded body, if a minute fold or sink mark near the boundary is noticeable, It is easily recognized as a distortion of the visual field or a distortion of the reflected image, and the appearance quality is deteriorated.
Further, in this two-color molded resin window, the concave stripe is on the transparent region. For this reason, when looking ahead through the transparent region from the front surface side or the back surface side of the first resin molded body, the appearance quality deteriorates even if the concave stripe narrows the view or distorts it.
This invention is made | formed in view of the said conventional situation, Comprising: It is the problem which should be solved to provide the 2 color molding resin window which can suppress the fall of an external appearance quality.
The two-color molded resin window of the present invention is formed into a panel shape by injection molding, and has a first resin molded body having transparency,
A second resin molded body that is integrated with the back surface of the first resin molded body by injection molding and assists the first resin molded body while having opacity or translucency;
On the surface of the first resin molded body, on the bonding area where the first resin molded body and the second resin molded body overlap, a transparent area which is an area only of the first resin molded body and the A step portion extending along the boundary with the joining region is formed (claim 1).
In the two-color molded resin window of the present invention, the second resin molded body is integrated with the back surface of the first resin molded body, and the second resin molded body assists the first resin molded body. Therefore, the two-color molded resin window has the function of the second resin molded body in addition to the function of the first resin molded body. For example, if the second resin molded body reinforces the first resin molded body, the strength and rigidity of the two-color molded resin window are improved.
In the two-color molded resin window, the first resin molded body has transparency, while the second resin molded body has opacity or translucency. For this reason, from the front side or the back side of the first resin molded body, through the transparent region, which is the region of only the first resin molded body, the tip can be well seen, while the first resin molded body and the first resin molded body It is difficult to see the point through the joining region, which is the region where the two resin moldings overlap. For this reason, the connection structure given to the 2nd resin fabrication object and the member connected with them can be concealed. In addition, as a specific configuration of the second resin molded body having opacity or translucency, for example, in addition to the configuration in which the entire second resin molded body is molded of a material having opacity or translucency, A configuration in which an opaque or translucent film or the like is attached to a main body formed of a transparent material can be employed.
Furthermore, as a general characteristic of two-color molding, minute creases and sink marks may occur near the boundary between the transparent region and the bonding region on the surface of the first resin molded body. Minute breaks and sink marks in the vicinity of the boundary are more likely to occur on the joint region than on the transparent region. In this respect, in this two-color molded resin window, the stepped portion formed on the surface of the first resin molded body extends along the boundary between the transparent region and the bonded region on the bonded region. For this reason, the stepped portion is easily conspicuous as a design line along the boundary, while minute folds and sink marks in the vicinity of the boundary are covered with the stepped portion and become relatively inconspicuous. For this reason, when seeing the vicinity of the boundary from the front surface side or the back surface side of the first resin molded body, or when viewing the reflected image reflected on the surface of the first resin molded body, minute folds and sink marks near the boundary are covered with the stepped portion. Thus, it becomes difficult to be recognized as the distortion of the visual field or the distortion of the reflected image.
Further, in this two-color molded resin window, the step portion is on the joining region. For this reason, when seeing through the transparent region from the front surface side or the back surface side of the first resin molded body, the stepped portion does not narrow or distort the field of view.
Therefore, according to the two-color molded resin window of the present invention, it is possible to suppress a decrease in appearance quality.
As a specific example of the stepped portion, a convex portion that swells from the front surface to the opposite side of the back surface. A concave portion that is recessed from the front surface to the back surface side, an inclined portion that is inclined from the transparent region side toward the bonding region side, and a wave portion that undulates from the transparent region side toward the bonding region side.
Specific examples of the members connected to the connection structure provided to the second resin molded body include a vehicle body frame constituting a roof and a window frame in a vehicle, a guide frame for a sunshade, a window frame for a house, and the like.
In the two-color molded resin window of the present invention, it is preferable that the second resin molded body is integrated in a frame shape with the outer peripheral edge portion on the back surface of the first resin molded body.
In this case, the frame-shaped second resin molded
It is preferable that the two-color molded resin window of the present invention is attached to the roof of the vehicle, the first resin molded body is located outside the vehicle, and the second resin molded body is located inside the vehicle. ).
When the two-color molded resin window of the present invention is used as a roof window for a vehicle, generally, the surface of the first resin molded body is a substantially smooth surface having a large area. For this reason, if minute folds or sink marks that may occur in the vicinity of the boundary between the transparent region and the joining region become conspicuous, it is easily recognized as distortion of the field of view or distortion of the reflected image, and the appearance of the entire vehicle roof The quality will deteriorate. In this regard, according to the two-color molded resin window of the present invention, minute folds and sink marks near the boundary are covered with the stepped portion and become relatively inconspicuous, so that deterioration of the appearance quality of the entire roof can be suppressed.
In the above case, the surface of the first resin molded body is preferably inclined so that the transparent region side is high and the bonding region side is low, and the stepped portion is lowered from the transparent region side toward the bonding region side ( Claim 4).
In this case, it is difficult for water droplets such as rain to accumulate in the transparent region and the stepped portion. For this reason, the visibility of the two-color molded resin window is hardly obstructed by the water droplets, and it is possible to suppress the occurrence of water scale on the surface of the two-color molded resin window.
The method for manufacturing a two-color molded resin window according to the present invention includes a first injection molding step of molding a first resin molded body having a panel shape by injecting a first resin material into a first cavity. When,
By injecting the second resin material while holding the first resin molded body in the second cavity, the first resin molded body is integrated with the back surface of the first resin molded body and has the opaqueness or translucency. A second injection molding step of molding a second resin molding that assists the resin molding,
In the first injection molding step, only the first resin molded body is formed on a bonding region where the first resin molded body and the second resin molded body overlap each other on the surface of the first resin molded body. A step portion extending along a boundary between the transparent region as a region and the joining region is formed (Claim 5).
In the method for manufacturing a two-color molded resin window according to the present invention, the step portion described above is formed on the surface of the first resin molded body in the first injection molding step. For this reason, in the produced two-color molded resin window, minute folds and sink marks that may occur in the vicinity of the boundary between the transparent region and the joint region are covered with the stepped portion and become relatively inconspicuous, and the field of view distortion or reflected image It becomes difficult to be recognized as a distortion.
Therefore, according to the method for manufacturing a two-color molded resin window of the present invention, it is possible to manufacture a two-color molded resin window capable of suppressing deterioration in appearance quality.
In the two-color molded resin window manufacturing method of the present invention, in the second injection molding step, it is preferable to hold the second resin molding material until the second resin molding material is solidified (Claim 6).
Generally, if no pressure is maintained in the second injection molding step, the second resin is caused by a change in the thickness of the injection gate for the second resin molded body or the connection structure provided to the second resin molded body. There is a possibility that local sink marks may occur in the molded body. And when the influence reaches the surface of the 1st resin molding integrated with this 2nd resin molding, there exists a possibility that a local dent may occur on the surface of the 1st resin molding. This local dent is easily recognized as a distortion of the reflected image when a reflected image reflected on the surface of the first resin molding is viewed, and the appearance quality is degraded.
On the other hand, according to the manufacturing method of the present invention, local sinking of the second resin molded body is less likely to occur by holding pressure in the second injection molding step. For this reason, local dents are less likely to occur on the surface of the first resin molded body, and are hardly recognized as distortion of the reflected image.
However, if pressure is maintained in the second injection molding step, as a general characteristic of two-color molding, minute creases and sink marks are likely to occur near the boundary between the transparent region and the joining region. That is, molding conditions that suppress local dents on the surface of the first resin molded body due to local sink marks on the second resin molded body, and generation of minute creases and sink marks near the boundary between the transparent region and the joining region This is contrary to the molding conditions for suppressing the above.
In this regard, according to the manufacturing method of the present invention, the step portion formed on the surface of the first resin molded body extends along the boundary between the transparent region and the bonding region on the bonding region. For this reason, even if it becomes easy to generate minute folds and sink marks near the boundary by holding pressure in the second injection molding process, the stepped portion is easily noticeable as a design line along the boundary. Sink marks are relatively inconspicuous because of the gap between the step portions, and are difficult to recognize as distortion of the visual field or distortion of the reflected image.
As a result, according to this manufacturing method, it is possible to manufacture a two-color molded resin window capable of suppressing deterioration in appearance quality.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments embodying the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

The two-color molded
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the first resin molded
The
The second resin molded
The second resin molded
The second resin molded
As shown in FIGS. 1-3, the area | region only of the
A region where the first resin molded
As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the inner
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3B, a plurality of
In FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the adhesive 23, the connecting
As shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 3C, a
The
Next, a method for manufacturing the two-color molded
As shown in FIG. 4A, in the first injection molding process, first, the first cavity C1 is defined. The first cavity C1 is a combination of a fixed
And as shown in FIG.4 (b), the panel-shaped
As shown in FIG. 5A, in the second injection molding process, first, the second cavity C2 is defined. The second cavity C2 is formed by combining a fixed
The
And as shown in FIG.5 (b), by inject | pouring the 2nd resin material mentioned above into the 2nd cavity C2, a frame shape is made | formed and integrated with the outer
Although illustration is omitted, the injection gate of the second cavity C2 is provided in the region F2 on the
Then, after the second resin molding material in the second cavity C2 is solidified, the two-color
Here, if no pressure is maintained in the second injection molding step, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, for example, due to changes in the thickness of the injection portion 20C and the
On the other hand, in this embodiment, by holding the pressure in the second injection molding step, local sink marks are less likely to occur at the portions indicated by the arrows P2, P3, and P4 of the second resin molded
Further, in the two-color molded
Further, while holding pressure in the second injection molding step, the compressive force in the thickness direction due to holding pressure acts on the first resin molded
That is, molding conditions for suppressing local dents (see arrows P2, P3, and P4) of the
And this 2 color
In this regard, the two-color molded
Further, in the two-color molded
Therefore, according to the two-color molded

(Modification 1)
As shown in FIG. 6, the two-color molded resin window of

As shown in FIG. 7, in the two-color molded resin window of
As shown in FIG. 8, in the two-color molded resin window of Modification 3, a stepped
As shown in FIG. 9, in the two-color molded resin window of Modification 4, a stepped
