Description

The present invention relates to a support fitting used when an upper folded plate roof is installed on a lower folded plate roof.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a support metal fitting that is attached to a mountain portion of a lower folded plate roof and fixes the upper folded plate roof when laying an upper folded plate roof on the lower folded plate roof is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). ). The support metal fitting described in Patent Document 1 is attached to a goat joint fixing portion formed by joining goby joints of a plurality of lower folded plate members and tight frame suspensions to each other. This support metal fitting is provided with the fixed part which clamps the goose joint fixing part of a lower folding board material from the thickness direction both sides, and the upper folding board roof fixing part which fixes an upper folding board material.

As described above, the support fitting described in Patent Document 1 is attached to the goat joint fixing portion of the lower folded plate roof so as to be sandwiched from both sides. Therefore, the operator can easily attach the support fitting and can perform an efficient operation.

By the way, as shown in FIG. 5, the support fitting 92 is fixed only to the goose joint fixing portion 96 and is connected to the tight frame 90 only through the hanging member 91. Therefore, when wind pressure is applied to the upper folded plate roof 93 that is installed using the support fitting 92, the force acts on the suspension 91 as it is. Therefore, if an excessive wind load is applied to the upper folded plate roof 93 installed using the support fitting 92, the excessive force acts on the suspension 91 as it is, so that the suspension 91 may be damaged. (See broken part 95 in FIG. 5).

On the other hand, there is also known a support fitting that is arranged so as to be fitted to the mountain portion of the lower folded plate roof and fixes both side pieces of the inverted U-shaped fitting main body to the tight frame (for example, see Patent Document 2). The support metal fitting described in Patent Document 2 is firmly attached because both side pieces of the metal fitting main body are fixed to the tight frame via a fixing tool. The folded-plate roof erected using this support metal has the advantage that the wind-resistant pressure is large.

However, since this support metal fitting needs to be inserted through the tight frame to the tight frame when mounting, there is a problem that it takes time and effort. In particular, even when high wind pressure resistance is not required by design, it is necessary to fix the tight frame to the tight frame via a fixing tool, as in the case where high wind pressure pressure is required, which requires extra work and increases work efficiency. There was a problem of lowering.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and the object of the present invention is to use the same type of support bracket, and when the wind pressure pressure is small, the labor required for the work is saved as much as possible and the wind pressure pressure is large. It is an object of the present invention to provide a support metal fitting that can be firmly attached when necessary.

In the support metal fitting 4 of the present invention, in the tight frame 2 in which the convex portions 22 and the concave portions 23 are alternately arranged, the lower folded plate material 10 is disposed in the adjacent concave portions 23 and the adjacent lower folded plate materials 10 are connected. Thus, the lower folded plate roof 1 is configured, and the goby joint fixing portion 16 in which the gouge joint portions 13 provided at both ends of the lower folded plate material 10 and the hanging members 21 provided in the tight frame 2 are fastened is folded down. In the folded-plate roof structure provided in the peak part 14 of the plate roof 1, it is the support metal fitting 4 which is installed so that the peak part 14 of the lower folded-plate roof 1 may be fitted, and fixes the upper folded board material 30, Comprising: The upper folding plate material fixing portion 42 provided at the upper end portion of the U-shaped metal fitting body 41, and the metal fittings provided at the top portion of the metal fitting main body 41 and the seam joint fixing portion 16 of the mountain portion 14 of the lower folding plate roof 1. The fixing portion 43 for fixing the main body 41 and both sides of the metal fitting main body 41 Characterized in that it includes a fixing piece 45 into tight frame 2 which kicked.

As described above, the support metal fitting 4 of the present invention has both the fixing portion 43 for mounting the support metal fitting 4 to the goose joint fixing portion 16 and the fixing piece 45 for fixing the metal fitting main body 41 to the tight frame 2. When the wind pressure is small, the support bracket 4 can be easily attached by using the fixing portion 43, and when the wind pressure is large, the fixing is fixed to the tight frame 2. The support metal fitting 4 can be firmly attached using the piece 45.

Further, in the support fitting 4 of the present invention, the upper folded plate material fixing portion 42 is fastened to the goby joint portions 33 of the adjacent upper folded plate materials 30 to form a goose joint fixing portion 36. In addition, it is preferable to include a gourd reinforcing tool 6 that sandwiches the goat joint fixing portion 36 from both sides and reinforces the goat joined state.

Thus, since the support metal fitting 4 of the present invention includes the gourd reinforcement 6 attached to the goose joint fixing portion of the upper folded plate member 30, the upper folded plate member 30 can be attached more firmly.

According to the support bracket of the present invention, the same type of support bracket can be used to reduce the effort required for work when the wind pressure pressure is small, and can be firmly attached when the wind pressure pressure is large. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The support bracket 4 of the present embodiment is used for a folded plate roof structure in which a newly installed upper folded plate roof 3 is replaced on the lower folded plate roof 1 in order to repair the existing folded plate roof 1. The folded plate roof structure is configured such that an upper folded plate roof 3 is provided on the lower folded plate roof 1 over the entire surface with a substantially constant interval, and has two upper and lower stages.

The lower folded plate roof 1 is an existing folded plate roof, and is installed via a tight frame 2 fixed on the main building 24.

The tight frame 2 has convex portions 22 and concave portions 23 arranged alternately in the longitudinal direction thereof, and is formed by bending a metal strip member. The tight frame 2 has a hanger 21 projecting upward from the convex portion 22 at the top of the convex portion 22. The suspension 21 is fixed by bolts and nuts. A plurality of tight frames 2 are arranged along the purlin 24. The purlin 24 is an existing exterior base material, and is composed of, for example, an H-shaped rope, a C-shaped rope, a lip groove-shaped rope, or the like.

The lower folded board roof 1 is installed so that the peak part 14 and the trough part may line up in the digit direction, and each longitudinal direction of the peak part 14 and the trough part is along the eaves-ridge direction. The lower folded plate roof 1 includes a plurality of lower folded plate members 10 that are substantially V-shaped when viewed from the front, and these lower folded plate members 10 are juxtaposed in the longitudinal direction of the purlin 24. As shown in FIG. 2 and the like, the lower folded plate member 10 is composed of a flat portion 11 and a pair of standing erected upwards from both ends in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the flat portion 11 (that is, the girder direction). Part 12 and a seam joint 13 provided at the end of the standing part 12 in the spar direction. The flat part 11, the standing part 12, and the seam joint 13 are a single metal plate. It is formed by bending.

The lower folded plate roof 1 has a gouge joint fixing portion 16 formed by fastening the goby joint portions 13 to each other and the hanger 21 of the tight frame 2 to each other. The seam joint fixing portion 16 is provided so as to project upward in the center of the top surface portion 15 of the peak portion 14 of the lower folded plate roof 1 which is flat in the digit direction. As shown in FIG. 2 and the like, the seam joint fixing portion 16 has a concave groove portion 17 that opens to the side.

In order to install the lower folded board material 10, it constructs as follows. First, a plurality of tight frames 2 are arranged side by side along the main building 24. Next, the substantially V-shaped lower folded plate material 10 is disposed in the concave portion 23 of the tight frame 2, and the longitudinal direction of the lower folded plate material 10 is disposed along the eaves-ridge direction. Thereby, the plurality of lower folded plate members 10 are arranged in the longitudinal direction (girder direction) of the main building 24. Then, the seam joint portions 13 of the adjacent lower folded plate members 10 are fastened together by a seam joint. At this time, the folding plate 21 and the tight frame 2 can be connected to each other through the hanging piece 21 by bending the hanging piece 21 together. A mountain-shaped portion constituted by the adjacent standing portions 12 becomes a mountain portion 14 in the lower folded plate roof 1.

In the present embodiment, the shape of the joint portion is a square goby shape as shown in FIG. 2A or the like, but a round goby shape as shown in FIG. Also good.

In order to repair the lower folded board roof 1 installed in this way, an upper folded board roof 3 is installed on the lower folded board roof 1. This upper folded board roof 3 is attached to the support metal fitting 4 mounted on the mountain part 14 of the existing lower folded board roof 1.

The support metal fitting 4 is attached to the mountain portion 14 of the existing lower folded plate roof 1, and the upper folded plate roof 3 is disposed in a state where a certain gap is formed above the lower folded plate roof 1. As shown in FIG. 1, the support metal fitting 4 is mainly composed of an inverted U-shaped metal fitting body 41. The support metal fitting 4 is an upper folded plate material fixing portion 42 for fixing the upper folded plate material 30 attached to the upper end portion of the metal fitting main body 41, and a mountain portion 14 of the lower folding plate roof 1 provided at the top of the metal fitting main body 41. A fixing portion 43 (first fixing portion 430) for fixing the metal fitting body 41 to the seam joint fixing portion 16 and fixing pieces 45 (second fixing portions 450) provided on both sides of the metal fitting main body 41. ing.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and the like, the first fixing portion 430 includes a vertical piece 47 that contacts the side surface of the lower folded plate 10 opposite to the groove portion 17 of the goose joint fixing portion 16, and the vertical piece. 47, and a counter-piece 48 having an inverted L-shaped cross-section that is arranged so as to face the vertical piece 47 from the upper end of the cross-section 47. It has become. A pair of female screw holes into which bolts can be screwed are formed on the surface of the facing piece 48 facing the vertical piece 47. Further, the surface of the facing piece 48 that faces the vertical piece 47 is inclined so as to move away from the vertical piece 47 toward the lower side.

The first fixing portion 430 is arranged so that the facing piece 48 faces the concave groove portion 17 in a state where the vertical piece 47 is in contact with one side surface of the goat joint fixing portion 16. In this state, when the bolt 7 is screwed into the female screw hole of the facing piece 48 and the tip of the bolt 7 is brought into contact with the inner surface of the concave groove portion 17, the gob joint is fixed between the tip of the bolt 7 and the vertical piece 47. The portion 16 is sandwiched from both sides in the thickness direction of the folded plate material, and the metal fitting body 41 is fixed to the mountain portion 14.

The second fixing portion 450 is configured by extending a belt-like fixing piece 45 from the lower ends of the vertical piece 47 and the opposing piece 48 of the first fixing portion 430. The fixing pieces 45 are provided on both sides of the metal fitting body 41. In the support metal fitting 4 of this embodiment, both side pieces of the metal fitting body 41 are fixed pieces 45. The fixing piece 45 is provided in the center of the eaves-ridge direction in the first fixing portion 430, and the width dimension of the fixing pieces 45 faces between the heads of the pair of bolts 7 and 7 screwed into the opposing piece 48. It is formed to be smaller than the distance. This prevents the head from interfering with the fixed piece 45 when the bolt 7 is screwed together. Further, the fixed piece 45 is inclined with respect to the opposed fixed piece 45 so that the distance between the opposed pieces increases toward the lower side. Therefore, when the support metal fitting 4 is fitted on the mountain portion 14 of the lower folded plate roof 1, each fixing piece 45 follows the slope of the mountain portion 14. The fixing piece 45 has a plurality of fixing tool insertion holes 53 arranged in parallel along the longitudinal direction.

In order to attach the support bracket 4 to the mountain portion 14 of the lower folded plate roof 1 using the second fixing portion 450, the following operation is performed (see FIG. 3). First, the support metal fitting 4 is arranged so that the fixing piece 45 of the support metal fitting 4 overlaps with the position where the tight frame 2 is located. In this state, the fixing tool is screwed into the fixing piece 45. At this time, the fixing piece 45, the lower folded plate material 10, and the tight frame 2 are penetrated by the fixing tool, and these three are fastened. Thereby, the support fixture 4 can be fixed to the peak portion 14 of the lower folded plate roof 1 using the second fixing portion 450.

The upper folded plate material fixing portion 42 includes a hanging member 50 bolted to the metal fitting body 41 for fixing the upper folded plate material 30 to the goby joint, and a goby reinforcement 6 (see FIG. 4) described later.

The hanging member 50 is attached to the upper end portion of the metal fitting body 41. The hanging member 50 includes an attachment portion 51 that is a portion to be attached to the metal fitting body 41 and a crimping portion 52 that is fastened to the goose joint portions 33 of the upper folded plate member 30. It is formed by bending a plate. The hanging member 50 is configured to protrude upward from the top of the metal fitting body 41 in a state in which the crimping portion 52 is attached to the metal fitting body 41. The hanger 50 is caulked together with the seam joints 33 of the upper folded plate 30 located on both sides thereof to form the seam seam fixing part 36. The seam joint fixing portion 36 is formed on the top surface portion 35 of the mountain portion 34 of the upper folded plate roof 3.

The upper folded plate roof 3 includes a plurality of upper folded plate members 30. The upper folded plate roof 3 is arranged such that a plurality of upper folded plate members 30 are arranged in the girder direction, and the adjacent upper folded plate members 30 are joined together by seams.

The upper folded plate member 30 has a substantially V-shaped cross section, and has substantially the same sectional shape as the lower folded plate member 10. The upper folded plate 30 is composed of a flat portion 31, a pair of upright portions 32 connected upward from both ends in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the flat portion 31, and ends of the upright portions 32 in the spar direction. The flat portion 31, the standing portion 32, and the goze joint portion 33 are formed by bending a single metal plate.

The upper folded board roof 3 has a goose joint fixing portion 36 formed by fastening the goby joint portions 33 and the suspension 50 of the support fitting 4 to each other. The seam joint fixing portion 36 is provided so as to project upward in the center of the top surface portion 35 of the flat portion 34 of the upper folded plate roof 3 that is flat in the digit direction. As shown in FIG. 2 and the like, the goat joint fixing portion 36 has a concave groove portion 37 that opens to the side.

The support metal fitting 4 having the above configuration includes a first fixing portion 430 that clamps the metal fitting body 41 to the goose joint fixing portion 16 of the lower folded plate roof 1, and a second fixing portion that fixes the metal fitting main body 41 to the tight frame 2. Therefore, the installer can select and use the first fixing portion 430 and the second fixing portion 450 at the construction site. That is, by using the support metal fitting 4 of the present embodiment, when the wind pressure required for the roof is small, the builder can easily attach the support metal fitting 4 using the first fixing portion 430 with reduced construction. In the case where the required wind-proof pressure is large, the support fitting 4 can be firmly attached using the second fixing portion 450.

Here, the wind-proof pressure required in roof construction is legally determined, and differs depending on the construction area and the building height. However, since the conventional support metal fitting has only one fixing means, it cannot be adapted to the wind pressure required by the support metal fitting itself. In addition, the wind-resistant pressure of the roof varies greatly depending on the interval between the main buildings 24 in the building, so the installer has to carry a plurality of types of support fittings with different attachment methods.

However, the support metal fitting 4 of the present embodiment includes a first fixing portion 430 that clamps the metal fitting main body 41 to the goose joint fixing portion 16 of the lower folded plate roof 1, and a second fixing that fixes the metal fitting main body 41 to the tight frame 2. Therefore, the operator only needs to carry one type of support bracket 4. In addition, when a large wind-resistant pressure is not required, useless work can be omitted, and when a large wind-resistant pressure is required, construction that satisfies the requirement can be performed reliably.

In addition, when the support metal fitting 4 is fixed using the first fixing portion 430, the support metal fitting 4 can be fixed using the seam joint fixing portion 16 of the already formed lower folded plate roof 1, so It is not necessary to make a new hole in the folded plate roof 1, and the problem of water leakage can be avoided. Furthermore, since the fixing work by the first fixing portion 430 can be performed in a state where the installation state of the support metal fitting 4 is stabilized by the fixing piece 45, workability is improved. In addition, since the fixing piece 45 is fixed by the first fixing portion 430 in a state where the fixing piece 45 is fitted on the mountain portion 14 of the lower folding plate roof 1, the installation state of the support metal fitting 4 is further stabilized, and the upper folding plate roof It is also possible to prevent the construction failure 3.

Further, when the support fixture 4 is fixed using the second fixing portion 450, the lower folded plate material 10 is sandwiched between the tight frame 2 and the second fixing portion 450. The mounting strength can be improved.

By the way, since the support metal fitting 4 of this embodiment reinforces the goby joint state of the upper folded plate material fixing portion 42, the gouge reinforcing tool 6 can be attached. The gore reinforcing tool 6 can be determined to be mounted or not mounted according to the required wind resistance.

As shown in FIG. 4, the goby reinforcement 6 is provided in contact with the contact piece 61 that comes into contact with the inner surface of the concave groove portion 37 of the goose joint fixing portion 36 of the upper folded plate roof 3, and is connected to the contact piece 61. And a reinforcing member main body 62 having a U-shaped cross section. An internal thread portion capable of screwing a bolt is screwed on a surface of the reinforcing tool main body 62 facing the contact piece 61. The gore reinforcement 6 is configured such that a push bolt 63 is screwed into the female thread portion. By rotating the push bolt 63, the distance between the tip of the push bolt 63 and the contact piece 61 can be freely set. It can be changed.

The goby reinforcing tool 6 is installed so as to cover the goby fixing part of the upper folded plate roof 3 from above. In order to install the goby reinforcing tool 6, the push bolt 63 is screwed in a state where the contact piece 61 is in contact with the inner surface of the concave groove portion 37 of the goat joint fixing portion 36. Then, the goat joint fixing portion 37 is attached so as to be sandwiched from both sides.

In addition, when attaching this gore reinforcement tool 6, since it is a case where a big wind-proof pressure is requested | required, when attaching a support metal fitting, the metal fitting main body 41 can be fixed using the 1st fixing | fixed part 430. Many. On the other hand, the goby reinforcement 6 can be attached to the metal fitting body 41 fixed using the second fixing portion 450.

Such a gore reinforcing tool 6 reinforces the gouge joint state in order to sandwich the goose joint portion 33 of the upper folded plate member 30 jointed together with the hanger 50 of the support fitting 4 of the present embodiment from both sides. Thereby, the installation strength of the upper folded board roof 3 can be improved, As a result, the wind-proof pressure of a roof can be strengthened further.

As described above, the support fitting 4 of the present embodiment can selectively use the first fixing portion 430 and the second fixing portion 450, and also has strength against wind pressure resistance of the upper folded plate roof 3 depending on the situation. Since it can be improved, the operator can cope with various situations only by carrying one type of support bracket 4.

As mentioned above, although the support metal fitting of this invention was demonstrated based on the folded-plate roof structure which replaces the newly installed folded-plate roof on the existing folded-plate roof, the support metal fitting of this invention installs a double folded-plate roof. However, the present invention is not limited to the one that targets the replacement structure. The support metal fitting of the present invention can be applied to a double folded plate roof structure in which a lower folded plate roof and an upper folded plate roof are both newly constructed folded plate roofs, for example.
