Description

The present invention relates to a tissue paper box that is easy to dispose of and can be easily disassembled after use.

A rectangular parallelepiped or cubic paper box used for storing thin paper such as facial tissue is bulky as it is after use and is discarded in a disassembled form. In order to dismantle, it is necessary to peel off the upper and lower flaps on the side of the paper box fixed with an adhesive such as hot melt. For this reason, there is a paper box that has a perforation on the side surface to facilitate disassembly. (See Patent Documents 1 and 2).

However, when the upper and lower flaps were separated at the perforation, the flaps were torn, fragments remained, and the adhesive peeled off from the left and right inner flaps did not work, making it impossible to disassemble cleanly in one operation. An object of the present invention is to provide a paper box that can be easily disassembled by separating the upper and lower flaps at the perforation and the adhesion with the inner flap in one operation.

(1) Of the four side surfaces connected from the top of the paper box having the tissue paper outlet, the two parallel side surfaces of the opening for inserting the tissue paper are a pair of two side surfaces connected to each other. It consists of a pair of upper and lower outer flaps that are connected to the inner flap and the top or bottom surface. After inserting the tissue paper, the inner flap is folded inward, then the lower outer flap and the upper outer flap are folded in this order, The opening is closed. The top and bottom outer flaps overlap at the tip.
The side surfaces are joined by closing the overlapping portions of the inner flap, the upper and lower outer flaps, and the upper and lower outer flaps with hot melt or vinyl chloride adhesive, respectively.

(2) In the present invention, the disassembly perforation is provided on the lower and outer flaps, and the pair of inner and outer flaps are joined only by the inner and upper and outer flaps.

(3) In order to join the inner flap and the upper and outer flaps, the adhesive is applied to the inner flap portion outer surface and the lower outer flap outer surface upper edge portion overlapping with the upper outer flap inner surface. Or it is apply | coated to the part which overlaps with a flap and a lower outer flap among the inner surfaces of an upper outer flap.

(4) The disassembling perforation or notch includes a straight line portion extending laterally along the upper edge line or the vicinity line of the lower outer flap and an arcuate shape downward toward the bottom surface in the middle thereof.

(5) When disassembling the side part, the perforation or notch part of the lower outer flap is cut off by a single operation of breaking the downward arc-shaped part of the dismantling perforation or incision and pulling it up toward the top surface. In the state where the separated part is joined to the upper and outer flaps, the joint between the upper and outer flaps and the inner flap is peeled off to complete. Perforations or cuts for dismantling are made on

(6) The part of the joint where the adhesive is applied is half-cut so that the adhesive part can be easily peeled and broken during disassembly, and the depth is 5 to 50% of the paper thickness. Degree is desirable.

(7) The bond width of the perforation or the cut portion of the lower outer flap is 0.2 mm or more and 1.0 mm or less, and the ratio of the bond portion is preferably about 2 to 15% with respect to the total length of the perforation or the cut portion.

When disassembling a conventional paper box with the lower and outer flaps being disassembled, break the arc-shaped perforation on the lower and outer flaps with your thumb, etc., and pull the upper and outer flaps from there to the top of the paper box. The upper and lower outer flaps and the upper flap and the inner flap are broken, and then the lower outer flap and the inner flap are broken. This requires two operations to disassemble the side flaps. However, according to the present invention, the inner flap and the lower and outer flaps are perfectly folded, and the adhesive is applied and bonded only to the overlapping portion of the lower and outer flaps and the upper and outer flaps and to the inner and upper and outer flaps. The upper and lower outer flaps are fixed, and the side portions can be closed. As a result, the adhesive that joins the lower and outer flaps and the inner flap and the application equipment thereof can be omitted, and disassembly can be performed by a single operation.
