The tip of the tip 1 made of conductive rubber is formed in a semicircular shape, and a circumferential recess 1A is formed in the cylindrical portion of the tip 1. A lubricious coating agent is applied to the distal tip 1 to improve the sliding of the distal tip 1. As a lubricious coating agent, a rubber grade of the trade name (α coat) of Acros Co., Ltd. is used, and is applied to a film thickness of 15 μm by spraying, tumbling, dipping, dip spin, etc., and then cured by heating. The fixing member 2 is made of a metal having conductivity, and forms an outer collar 2A at the front portion and an inner collar 2B at the rear end of the cylindrical portion. The distal tip 1 is inserted into the fixing member 2 from the front, and the cylindrical portion is crimped from the outside to form the inward protruding portion 2C. The inward projecting portion 2C is engaged with the recess 1A of the tip 1 to securely fix the tip 1 as shown in FIG. 2, and the tip of the tip 1 protrudes from the fixing member 2. If the shaft cylinder 3 of the input pen is held by hand, the hand and the tip 1 are electrically connected via the fixing member 2. Therefore, the tip 1 is maintained at the same potential as the hand of the user holding the shaft 3 of the input pen.

When the tip 1 of the input pen is lightly pressed against the operation area of the input device, the tip of the tip 1 is deformed to obtain a predetermined contact area, and there is no contact between the operation part and the user's hand. A capacitance depending on the area is formed. The position is detected based on the change in the amount of electricity accompanying the change in capacitance, and the position where the tip 1 is in contact is input.

Hereinafter, the tip 1 and the fixing member 12 of the input pen according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, the same member as FIG. 1 attaches | subjects the same code | symbol, and abbreviate | omits the description. The inward protrusion 12C of the fixing member 12 is formed such that the front end is an inclined surface and the rear end is a vertical surface. The distal tip 1 is inserted into the fixing member 12 from the front, the concave portion 1A of the distal tip 1 is engaged with the inward protrusion 12C of the fixing member 12, and the distal tip 1 is securely fixed to the fixing member 12, and the distal tip The tip of the chip 1 protrudes from the fixing member 12.

Hereinafter, an input pen according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5. If the rubber grip 8 constituting the shaft of the input pen is held by hand, the hand and the tip 11 are electrically connected via the fixing member 22 and the tip 6. Therefore, the tip 11 is maintained at the same potential as the hand of the user holding the shaft of the input pen.

If the tip 11 of the input pen is lightly pressed against the operation area of the input device, the tip of the tip 11 is deformed to obtain a predetermined contact area, and there is no contact between the operation portion and the user's hand. A capacitance depending on the area is formed. The position is detected by the change in the amount of electricity accompanying the change in capacitance, and the position where the tip 11 is in contact is input.
