Description

The present invention relates to a protective member used when a wound body such as a strip or a linear body is conveyed.

Conventionally, when transporting and storing a wound body such as a plastic film wound around the outer periphery of a cylindrical body, a protective member that protrudes to the outer peripheral side of the wound body with respect to both open ends of the cylindrical body is provided. A technique of mounting and protecting the wound body is known (for example, see Patent Document 1). The protective member includes a substantially square-shaped main body portion having a predetermined thickness and a support convex portion protruding from a substantially central portion of the main body portion, and the support convex portions of the protective member are respectively cylindrical with respect to both end portions of the cylindrical body. The wound body can be held in a state of being separated from the ground surface, that is, suspended in the air, by inserting it on the inner peripheral side of the body and grounding the outer peripheral surface of the main body portion of the pair of protective members.

In addition, an accommodation recess is formed in the central portion of the main body so that the tip of the support projection of another protective member can be inserted. When the protection member is not used, the support projection is used as the accommodation recess. A plurality of protective members are overlapped so as to be inserted, and the protective members can be combined as compactly as possible while preventing displacement of the protective members.

By the way, the support convex part is for supporting the cylindrical body in a state where it is inserted into the inner peripheral side of the cylindrical body, so that the corner part is not formed as much as possible on the outer peripheral surface (as much as possible to be circular). Yes. For this reason, even when the plurality of protective members are overlapped, the support convex portion inserted inside the housing recess is relatively rotated inside the housing recess, and the orientation of the main body portions of the plurality of protection members I am concerned that it will fall apart. In this case, the orientation of the main body is not uniform, so when taking out the protective members one by one from the stacked state and attaching them to the cylindrical body, it becomes difficult to take out or the orientation is corrected individually. There is a risk of inconvenience such as having to cope.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems and the like, and an object of the present invention is to provide a protective member that can improve the convenience during superposition.

In the following, each means suitable for solving the above-mentioned purpose will be described in terms of items. In addition, the effect etc. peculiar to a corresponding means are added as needed.

Means 1. A protective member that is attached to each of the opened ends of the cylindrical body around which the wound body is wound, and that can support the wound body in a state of being separated from the ground surface,
A support convex portion that can be inserted from the end of the cylindrical body to the inner peripheral side of the cylindrical body, and the winding formed in the state in which the support convex portion is inserted into the cylindrical body. A main body portion that protrudes further to the outer peripheral side than the outer peripheral surface of the body,
The support convex part has an outer peripheral surface having a substantially circular cross section, and the outer peripheral surface of the support convex part is formed with a groove extending along the protruding direction from the main body part of the support convex part.
The main body portion includes an inner frame portion in which an accommodation recess portion into which a distal end portion of the support projection portion of another protection member can be inserted is formed on the inner peripheral side,
The inner frame portion is provided with a locking convex portion that protrudes from the inner peripheral surface thereof and enters the groove portion when the support convex portion is inserted into the accommodating concave portion,
When the locking convex portion enters the groove portion, insertion of the supporting convex portion into the accommodating concave portion is permitted, and the supporting convex portion inserted into the accommodating concave portion and the accommodating concave portion are arranged. A protective member in which relative rotational displacement with respect to the inner frame portion to be formed is restricted.

According to the means 1, when the supporting convex portion of the protective member is inserted into the receiving concave portion of another protective member, the engaging convex portion protruding from the inner peripheral surface of the inner frame portion is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the supporting convex portion. Enter the groove. Thereby, the situation where a support convex part will carry out the rotational displacement relatively inside an accommodation recessed part can be suppressed. Therefore, if the orientation of the main body is aligned (so that the outer peripheries of the main body coincide with each other), the orientation is maintained, and the protective members are taken out one by one. When attaching to a cylindrical body, it becomes easy to take out, and individual correction of the orientation becomes unnecessary, so that workability can be improved. Further, by maintaining the state in which the main body portions of the stacked protective members are aligned, it is possible to reduce the storage space for a plurality of protective members that are combined into one, and to be easily carried. The effect of becoming, etc. is also show | played.

The main body portion may not be located on the outer peripheral side of the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body, and at least a part of the outer peripheral surface may be positioned in a state where the support convex portion is inserted into the cylindrical body. What is necessary is just to be comprised so that the plane part to comprise may be located in an outer peripheral side rather than the outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical body. Further, in a state where the central axis of the inner frame portion and the central axis of the support convex portion coincide with each other and a plurality of protective members are overlapped so as to insert the support convex portion into the housing concave portion, It is good also as arrange | positioning so that the support convex part of a protection member may be located in a line (the central axis of the support convex part of a some protection member extends on the substantially same straight line).

Mean 2. 2. The protection according to claim 1, wherein the main body portion has a rotationally symmetric outer peripheral shape when viewed from the front, the support convex portion protrudes from a central portion of the main body portion, and a plurality of the groove portions are provided. Element.

According to the means 2, the main body portion has a rotationally symmetric outer peripheral shape (for example, a substantially regular polygon shape), and the support convex portion protrudes from the central portion of the main body portion. For this reason, for example, when the main body has a substantially square shape when viewed from the front, one main body is rotated 90 degrees to the left or right or 180 degrees from the state where the two outer peripheral edges of the main body are aligned by overlapping two protective members. Also, the outer peripheral edge of the main body is aligned.

Furthermore, according to this means 2, a plurality of grooves are provided. For this reason, for example, when one set of protective members is overlapped as in the case where there are one groove portion and one locking convex portion, one point of the main body portion of one protective member is the other It is possible to avoid a situation in which they cannot be stacked unless they match one point of the main body of the protective member. Therefore, the protective member can be configured so that the outer peripheral edge of the main body is aligned so that the protective member can be overlapped regardless of which of the plurality of grooves is inserted into the predetermined locking projection. The workability at the time of superimposing can be improved.

Means 3. The locking projections are provided in the same number as the groove portions,
The locking projection includes a first locking projection and a second locking projection having a longer protruding length from the inner peripheral surface of the inner frame portion than the first locking projection,
The groove portion allows the first locking projection to enter, while allowing the second locking projection to enter the shallow groove portion and the second locking projection. The protective member according to the means 2, characterized by comprising a deep groove strip portion.

According to the means 3, by providing the same number of locking projections as the plurality of grooves, the burden of each locking projection when regulating the relative rotation of the support projections inserted into the receiving recesses is reduced. It can be reduced (dispersed), and durability can be improved. However, when the outer peripheral shape is n times symmetrical in the main body portion and the number of groove portions is more than n, specifically, for example, when eight locking protrusions are provided in the square main body portion in front view, the predetermined Depending on which groove portion the locking convex portion enters, not only the outer peripheral edge of the main body portion is aligned, but also a case where it is not aligned occurs.

In this regard, according to the present means 3, there are the first locking projections and the second locking projections having different protruding lengths as the locking projections, and the shallow groove strips having different depths as the groove portions. If the second locking projection does not match the deep groove strip, the support projection cannot be inserted into the housing recess. For this reason, even if the total number of grooves and locking protrusions is increased, the number of deep grooves is suppressed to n or less, and the support protrusions are accommodated if the orientation of the main body is not aligned. It can comprise so that it cannot be superimposed so that it may be accommodated in a recessed part. In this case, when the plurality of stacked protective members are taken out one by one, the orientation of the main body portions of the stacked protective members is always aligned, so that the workability can be improved. The effect of 1 is surely exhibited. In addition, the effect similar to the said means 2 is show | played by providing two or more deep groove strip parts.

Means 4. Any one of the means 1 to 3 characterized in that the side on the opening side of the inner frame portion of the locking convex portion is inclined toward the front end side in the protruding direction and toward the back side of the accommodating concave portion. The protective member as described.

According to the means 4, when the support convex portion is inserted into the housing concave portion, the tip end portion of the support convex portion is easily guided to the inside of the housing concave portion, and the locking convex portion is easily guided to the groove portion, Workability can be improved. In particular, when the groove portion is formed to have a substantially V-shaped cross section and the depth of the groove portion gradually changes, or when the tip of the support convex portion is configured in a tapered shape, etc. Such an effect is more reliably exhibited.

Hereinafter, an embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 11A and 11B, the protection member 1 is attached to both open ends of a cylindrical body 32 around which a wound body 31 such as a plastic film is wound. Can be supported in a state separated from the ground plane. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 and the like, the protection member 1 protrudes in a direction substantially orthogonal from the central portion of the body portion 2 having a predetermined thickness and a substantially rectangular shape when viewed from the front, The support convex part 3 which can be inserted in the inner peripheral side of the cylindrical body 32 from an edge part is provided, and these are integrally formed with the polypropylene in this embodiment.

The main body 2 includes a base plate 11 having a substantially square shape and a square frame-shaped outer frame portion 12 extending from the outer peripheral edge of the base plate 11 in a direction substantially perpendicular to the base plate 11. A circular through hole 13 is formed at the center of the base plate 11. Further, on the inner peripheral side of the outer frame portion 12, a cylindrical inner frame portion 14 that extends in a direction substantially orthogonal from the peripheral edge portion of the through hole 13 of the base plate 11 is provided.

In addition, between the inner peripheral surface of the outer frame portion 12 and the outer peripheral surface of the inner frame portion 14, reinforcing ribs 15 extending in parallel with the respective side portions of the base plate 11 are provided in a lattice shape. Yes. The lengths of the outer frame portion 12, the inner frame portion 14, and the reinforcing rib 15 extending from the base plate 11 are the same, and their leading edges are flush. For this reason, the protection member 1 can also be stably installed with the front edge of the outer frame portion 12, the inner frame portion 14, and the reinforcing rib 15 facing downward.

Note that bracing ribs 16 are provided in a substantially square space defined by the reinforcing ribs 15 so as to connect the diagonals. Furthermore, the base plate 11 is formed with an opening 17 in a grid pattern, and a part of the bracing rib 16 is visible through the opening 17.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5 and the like, the main body portion 2 of the present embodiment includes a frame portion 18 that protrudes in a direction opposite to the inner frame portion 14 from the peripheral edge portion of the through hole 13 of the base plate 11, and a frame portion And a pedestal 19 that extends from the tip of 18 to the inner peripheral side of the frame 18. And the support convex part 3 protrudes from the base part 19. As shown in FIG.

Further, in a state where the support convex portion 3 is inserted into the cylindrical body 32, all four sides of the outer frame portion 12 constituting the outer peripheral surface of the main body portion 2 are all outer peripheral surfaces of the wound body 31 as shown in FIG. 11. It is located on the outer peripheral side. For this reason, the support protrusion 3 is inserted into the cylindrical body 32, and the outer peripheral surface of the main body 2 (the outer surface of the outer frame portion 12) is grounded to the ground surface, whereby the wound body 31 is separated from the ground surface. Can be held in.

As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 5, etc., the support convex portion 3 projects from the pedestal portion 19 to a substantially cylindrical tubular portion 21 and from the distal end portion of the tubular portion 21 to the inner peripheral side of the tubular portion 21. And a return portion 22. As shown in FIG. 3 and the like, a groove portion 23 having a substantially V-shaped cross section extending along the protruding direction (longitudinal direction) of the cylindrical portion 21 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 21. Eight are formed at equal intervals in the direction. Thereby, when the support convex part 3 is inserted in the cylindrical body 32 in the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder part 21, the contact part (groove part 23 which can contact the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 32 was not formed. Part) and a non-contact part that cannot contact (part where the groove 23 is formed) will be formed.

Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 5, 7, etc., the cylindrical portion 21 has a substantially constant thickness at any part, and the outer surface shape and the inner surface shape of the cylindrical portion 21 correspond to each other. For this reason, the cylinder part 21 has comprised the petal shape which made the wall part of circular cross-section arc shape so that it might continue to bulge to the outer peripheral side, and it was made cyclic | annular. In addition, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 21 corresponds to the contact portion with the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 32 from the connecting portion with the pedestal portion 19 to the return portion 22. Auxiliary ribs 24 are formed extending to the back surface. A side portion of the auxiliary rib 24 on the inner frame portion 14 side extends straight from the tubular portion 21 toward the central axis of the tubular portion 21 without being inclined toward the distal end side of the support convex portion 3.

In addition, chamfering is performed at the boundary portion between the cylindrical portion 21 and the return portion 22. As a result, an inclined surface is formed at the boundary portion. In particular, in this embodiment, the inclined surface is smooth toward the deepest portion of each groove 23 as shown in FIG. Are curved so as to be continuous with each other.

The cover film may be attached so as to wrap the wound body 31 wound around the cylindrical body 32, and in this case, the edge of the cover film is pushed into the inner peripheral side of the cylindrical body 32. On the other hand, since the outer diameter of the support convex part 3 is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the cylindrical body 32, there is a concern that it is difficult to attach the protective member 1 when the cover film is attached. In this embodiment, since the groove part 23 is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the support convex part 3, even when a cover film is attached, the support convex part 3 can be inserted into the cylindrical body 32 comparatively smoothly. it can.

As shown in FIG. 5 and the like, in this embodiment, the inner frame portion 14 is supported from the inner peripheral side with respect to the front end edge of the base frame portion 18 formed so as to extend to the opposite side of the base plate 11. Protrusions 3 are formed to protrude. For this reason, as shown in FIGS. 6, 9, 10, etc., the distal end portion of the support convex portion 3 is inserted into the inner peripheral side of the inner frame portion 14 of another protective member 1, and the plurality of protective members 1 It can be superimposed relatively compactly. Hereinafter, the space on the inner peripheral side of the inner frame portion 14 into which the tip end portion of the support convex portion 3 can be inserted is referred to as “accommodating concave portion 26” (see FIGS. 2, 5, etc.).

Furthermore, the inner frame portion 14 protrudes from the inner peripheral surface thereof toward the central axis of the inner frame portion 14, and engages into the groove portion 23 when the support convex portion 3 is inserted into the housing concave portion 26. A convex portion 27 is formed. Eight locking projections 27 are formed corresponding to the eight groove portions 23, and if all the locking projections 27 do not enter the groove portions 23, the support convex portions 3 are accommodated in the receiving recesses 26. It is comprised so that it cannot be made to insert. The locking projection 27 that has entered each groove 23 is in a state of approaching or abutting with two opposing inclined surfaces constituting each groove 23, and in the circumferential direction of the support projection 3. The central part of the groove part 23 (the deepest part of the groove part 23) and the locking convex part 27 overlap each other in the outer peripheral direction of the inner frame part 14. In addition, the thickness of each component of the protection member 1 is basically the same, and the thickness of the locking projection 27 is also substantially the same as the thickness of the inner frame portion 14, the cylinder portion 21, and the like.

The locking projections 27 extend from the end of the inner frame portion 14 on the opening side to the frame portion 18 and are connected to the back surface of the pedestal portion 19. Thus, the strength of the base frame portion 18 and the base portion 19 that are the base of the support convex portion 3 can be improved by connecting the locking convex portion 27 to the base portion 19. Further, the side portion on the opening side of the inner frame portion 14 of the locking convex portion 27 is inclined toward the support convex portion 3 toward the inner peripheral side of the inner frame portion 14 (the leading end of the locking convex portion 27 in the protruding direction). Side and inclined to the back side of the housing recess 26.

As shown in FIG. 8, in the present embodiment, the locking projection 27 has a first locking projection 27a and a protruding length from the inner peripheral surface of the inner frame portion 14 that is longer than the first locking projection 27a. It consists of the large 2nd latching convex part 27b, and each four is provided alternately.

On the other hand, the groove 23 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the support protrusion 3 allows the first locking protrusion 27a to enter when the support protrusion 3 is inserted into the receiving recess 26. There are shallow groove strips 23a that restrict the entry of the second locking projections 27b and deep groove strips 23b that allow the second locking projections 27b to enter, and four of each are provided alternately. Yes. That is, the support protrusion 3 cannot be inserted into the housing recess 26 unless the positions of the second locking protrusion 27b and the deep groove 23b are matched. In this embodiment, the latching convex part 27 provided over the site | part which connects the base frame part 18 and the deep groove strip part 23b among the base parts 19 is the 2nd latching convex part 27b. And the direction of the main-body part 2 is aligned by the protection member 1 being piled up in the direction in which the 2nd latching convex part 27b approachs the deep groove strip part 23b, so that the outer periphery of the main-body part 2 corresponds. It has become.

In the present embodiment, the central axis of the support convex portion 3 and the central axis of the inner frame portion 14, that is, the central axis of the main body portion 2 are positioned on a straight line. For this reason, any of the four sides of the outer peripheral surface of the main body 2 can be used as a ground contact surface. In addition, since the deep groove strips 23b are provided at four positions every 90 degrees around the central axis of the support convex portion 3, when the two protective members 1 are adjusted in a random manner, Even if the peripheral edges are shifted, the outer peripheral edges of the two main body portions 2 can be aligned by rotating one main body portion 2 at a maximum of 45 degrees. Moreover, since the central axis of the support convex part 3 and the central axis of the inner frame part 14 are aligned, the balance when the plurality of protective members 1 are stacked one above the other is good.

As described in detail above, according to the present embodiment, when the support convex portion 3 of the protective member 1 is inserted into the accommodating concave portion 26 of another protective member 1, the locking convex that protrudes from the inner peripheral surface of the inner frame portion 14. The portion 27 enters the groove portion 23 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the support convex portion 3. Thereby, the situation that the support convex part 3 will be rotationally displaced relatively inside the accommodation recessed part 26 can be prevented. Therefore, if the direction of the main body 2 is aligned (so that the outer peripheries of the main body 2 match each other), the plurality of protective members 1 are superposed, and the orientation is maintained. When taking out one by one and attaching it to the cylindrical body 32, it becomes easier to take out or individual correction of the orientation becomes unnecessary. For this reason, workability can be improved. Moreover, by maintaining the state in which the main body portions 2 of the stacked protective members 1 are aligned, the storage space for the plurality of protective members 1 that have been combined can be reduced. There are also effects such as being easy to carry.

Moreover, the latching convex part 27 has a first latching convex part 27a and a second latching convex part 27b having a longer projecting length from the inner frame part 14 than the first latching convex part 27a. The groove 23 is allowed to enter the first locking projection 27a, while allowing the second locking projection 27b to enter the shallow groove strip 23a and the second locking projection 27b. There is an allowable deep groove 23b. And if the direction (contour) of the main-body part 2 of the protection member 1 to be overlapped is not aligned, the positions of the second locking convex part 27b and the deep groove 23b do not match. It can no longer be inserted. Therefore, when the plurality of stacked protective members are taken out one by one, the direction of the main body 2 of the stacked protective members 1 is always aligned, so that the workability can be improved. The effect is surely achieved.

In addition, the 1st latching convex part 27a and the shallow groove strip part 23a are abbreviate | omitted, and only the 2nd latching convex part 27b and the deep groove strip part 23b are 90 degree | times centering on the central axis of the inner frame part 14 and the support convex part 3. However, in this case, when the rotation of the support convex portion 3 in the accommodating concave portion 26 is restricted, the burden on the second locking convex portion 27b and the deep groove strip portion 23b becomes large. Therefore, it is desirable to provide the first locking projections 27a and the shallow groove strips 23a.

Further, since the second locking projection 27b and the deep groove strip 23b are formed every 90 degrees around the central axis of the inner frame portion 14 and the support projection 3, for example, the second locking projection 27b And when one set of protective members 1 is overlapped, as in the case where there is one deep groove strip 23b, one point of the main body 2 of one protective member 1 is the main body of the other protective member 1. It is possible to avoid a situation in which they cannot be stacked unless they match one point of 2. Therefore, even if the combination of the predetermined deep groove 23b and the second locking protrusion 27b that enters the deep groove 23b changes, the protective member 1 is inserted into the housing recess 26 so that the support protrusion 3 is inserted. It can pile up and can improve the workability | operativity at the time of overlapping the protection member 1 can be aimed at.

In addition, the side portion on the opening side of the inner frame portion 14 of the locking convex portion 27 extends toward the support convex portion 3 toward the inner peripheral side of the inner frame portion 14. Further, the boundary portion between the cylindrical portion 21 and the return portion 22 of the support convex portion 3 is chamfered. Thereby, when inserting the support convex part 3 in the accommodation recessed part 26, the front-end | tip part of the support convex part 3 is easy to be guided inside the accommodation recessed part 26, and the latching convex part 27 is guided to the groove part 23. This makes it easier to improve workability. In particular, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1 and the like, the inclined surface of the boundary portion between the cylindrical portion 21 and the return portion 22 is curved so as to smoothly continue toward the deepest portion of each groove 23. Since it is formed, this effect is more reliably exhibited.

Moreover, in this embodiment, the support convex part 3 is not taper-shaped as a whole, but is formed substantially linearly, and an auxiliary rib 24 is formed on the inner peripheral side thereof. For this reason, even if the protective members 1 are overlapped, the support convex portion 3 of one protective member 1 is not inserted into the inner peripheral side of the support convex portion 3 of the other protective member 1. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, a gap is formed between the body portions 2 of the overlaid protection members 1, and when taking out one by one or a plurality of units from the plurality of overlaid protection members 1, The protective member 1 can be taken out by inserting a hand into the gap, and workability can be improved. Further, when the support convex portion 3 is configured to be insertable on the inner peripheral side of the support convex portion 3, it is necessary to configure the support convex portion 3 in a tapered shape that is relatively largely inclined, or the support convex portions 3 are fitted to each other. However, in this embodiment, such a problem can be suppressed.

In addition, it is not limited to the description content of the said embodiment, For example, you may implement as follows. Although the shallow groove 23a and the deep groove 23b are different from each other, the protruding length of the locking protrusion 27 and the depth of the groove 23 may be unified. Moreover, it does not specifically limit about the number of the groove part 23 and the latching convex part 27, For example, it is good also as the groove part 23 and the latching convex part 27 being provided with less than eight or nine or more. And you may comprise so that the number of the groove part 23 and the latching convex part 27 may differ.

Further, although the support convex portion 3 protrudes from the central portion of the main body portion 2, the support convex portion 3 protrudes from a position deviated from the central portion of the main body portion 2, and in the mounted state on the cylindrical body 32, A configuration in which a part of the outer peripheral surface is located closer to the inner peripheral side than the outer peripheral surface of the wound body 31 may be adopted. However, in consideration of convenience and balance when the protective member 1 is overlaid or mounted on the cylindrical body 32, it is desirable to protrude the support convex portion 3 from the central portion of the main body portion 2 that is substantially square when viewed from the front.

(C) In the said embodiment, it is good also as providing the structure for preventing the drop-off | omission from the cylindrical body 32 of the protection member 1.
