Description

The present invention relates to a packing material for packing an object to be packed such as an air conditioner.

For example, when a product having a certain weight, such as an air conditioner, is stored or transported, the product is packed with a packing material. Usually, this packing material is folded into a pair of shock-absorbing packing materials (for example, polystyrene foam molded products) that are respectively fitted to both ends in the longitudinal direction of an object to be packed such as an air conditioner. A plate-shaped packing material (for example, corrugated cardboard) that surrounds and is disposed across a pair of buffer packing materials.

In the case of storage, transportation, etc., the packaged products in which the objects to be packed are packed with the packing material are arranged not only in the horizontal direction with almost no gap, but also stacked in the height direction. Even in such a storage state and a transportation state, the object to be packed is protected from a load applied at the time of storage and transportation, an impact at the time of transportation, and the like by being packed with a packing material (for example, Patent Document 1).

When packing an object to be packed with a packing material, a plate-shaped packing material such as corrugated cardboard is usually folded into a quadrangular prism shape at four folding positions (corner portions) into a cylindrical shape. The plate-shaped packing material folded into a cylindrical shape has the top surface portion (the top surface portion) where both end portions of the plate-shaped packing material are abutted or overlapped, and the both end portions are joined together by, for example, an adhesive tape. Is done. The top surface portion is composed of a first bent piece bent at one corner in the width direction and a second bent piece bent at the other corner in the width direction.

Special table 2007-097359

By the way, in the operation | work which joins the both ends of a plate-shaped packing material with an adhesive tape etc. in the said top | upper surface part, the 1st bending piece and the 2nd bending piece were bent in each corner | angular part, and each edge part was faced | matched It is necessary to affix the adhesive tape while maintaining the state or the overlapped state.

However, since the plate-like packing material such as cardboard tends to be restored from the folded state to the original state, when the operator releases the hand from the first folded piece and the second folded piece, the first folded piece and the second folded piece are used. The two-folded pieces cannot be kept in a state where they are abutted with each other or overlaid. Therefore, in the joining operation for attaching the adhesive tape, it is necessary for the operator to hold the first bent piece and the second bent piece by hand, and the workability is not necessarily good.

Then, this invention is made | formed in view of this point, The place made into the objective is to provide the packing material excellent in workability | operativity at the time of packing a to-be-packaged item.

The packing material of the present invention is for packing an object to be packed. The packing material includes a pair of buffer packing materials (11) and a plate-shaped packing material (13). The pair of shock-absorbing packing materials (11) can be respectively fitted to both end portions in one predetermined direction (D) of the packed object. The plate-shaped packing material (13) is bent into a cylindrical shape so as to form a top surface portion (31), a bottom surface portion (32), and a pair of side surface portions (33, 34), and the top surface portion (31), By surrounding or overlapping each other in the circumferential direction at one surface portion of the bottom surface portion (32) and the pair of side surface portions (33, 34), the periphery of the packaged object is surrounded. And it arrange | positions ranging over a pair of said buffer packing material (11).

The surface portion includes a first bent piece (51) bent at a corner (K1) positioned on one side (W1) in an orthogonal direction orthogonal to the one direction (D), and the other side (W2) in the orthogonal direction. ) And a second bent piece (52) bent at the corner (K2). Each buffer packing material (11) includes a covering portion (19) covered by the first bent piece (51) and the second bent piece (52), and the first bent piece than the covering portion (19). (51) and a convex part (21) protruding outward in the thickness direction of the second bent piece (52). The convex part (21) stands up from the covering part (19) and faces the other side (W2) in the orthogonal direction and extends along the one direction (D). And a second standing surface (62) that stands up from the covering portion (19) and faces the one side (W1) in the orthogonal direction and extends along the one direction (D). Yes.

The first bent piece (51) has a first edge (71) that is disposed to face the first upstanding surface (61) and abuts on the first upstanding surface (61). The second bent piece (52) has a second edge (72) that is disposed to face the second upstanding surface (62) and abuts on the second upstanding surface (62). The standing height of the first standing surface (61) is larger than the thickness of the first edge portion (71), and the standing height of the second standing surface (62) is the second edge portion (72). It is larger than the thickness.

The packing operation using the packing material having such a configuration is performed in the following procedure. In the following procedure, the case where the end portions in the circumferential direction are butted or overlapped at the top surface portion (31) will be described as an example.

First, the shock-absorbing packing material (11) is fitted to both end portions in the one direction (D) of the article to be packed. Next, by folding the plate-shaped packing material (13) into a cylindrical shape so as to surround the packaged object, the ends of the first bent piece (51) and the second bent piece (52) are joined to each other at the top surface portion (31). The first bent piece (51) and the second bent piece (52) are arranged at a predetermined joining position by being butted or overlapped. In this joining position, the 1st edge part (71) of a 1st bending piece (51) exists in the state arrange | positioned facing the 1st standing surface (61) of a convex part (21), and the 1st standing surface ( 61). Further, the second edge (72) of the second bent piece (52) is in a state of being opposed to the second rising surface (62) of the convex portion (21) and is in contact with the second rising surface (62). It touches.

Here, in order to move the first bent piece (51) in the direction returning from the state bent to the joining position to the state before being bent, for example, as shown in FIG. The bent piece (51) needs to rotate while drawing an arc orbit around the corner (K1) of the first bent piece (51). In this configuration, the first edge (71) is in contact with the first standing surface (61) when in the joint position, and the standing height of the first standing surface (61) is the first edge. Since it is larger than the thickness of the part (71), the displacement of the first edge part (71) toward the corner part (K1) of the first bent piece (51) is regulated by the first standing surface (61). . Therefore, the first bent piece (51) is arranged by placing the first bent piece (51) at a predetermined joining position and bringing the first edge (71) into contact with and engaging with the first standing surface (61). Can be temporarily fixed at the joining position. The same applies to the second bent piece (52).

Thereby, the operation | movement which an operator hold | suppresses a 1st bending piece (51) and a 2nd bending piece (52) by the hand in the said joining position becomes unnecessary. Therefore, according to this structure, workability | operativity at the time of packing a to-be-packaged item can be improved.

Moreover, it is preferable that the said 1st standing surface (61) and the said 2nd standing surface (62) incline so that the angle ((theta)) with the surface of the said coating | coated part (19) may become an acute angle.

In this configuration, the first standing surface (61) and the second standing surface (62) have an acute angle (θ) with the covering portion (19), and thus, for example, an angle with the covering portion (19) ( The effect of restricting the rotation of the first bent piece (51) and the second bent piece (52) can be further enhanced as compared to the case where θ) is a right angle.

The convex portion (21) includes the first standing surface (61) and includes a portion (211) extending along the one direction (D) and the second standing surface (62). A portion (212) extending along D) and a portion (213) located outside the one direction (D) from these portions (211 and 212) and extending along the orthogonal direction. The portion (213) extending along the orthogonal direction preferably has a height from the covering portion (19) larger than the thickness of the plate-shaped packing material (13).

In this configuration, the portion (213) extending along the orthogonal direction plays a role of receiving a load from above when a plurality of packed products are stacked in the height direction when stored or transported. . Moreover, the site | part (213) extended along the said orthogonal direction has the height from the said coating | coated part (19) larger than the thickness of the said plate-shaped packing material (13), and the packaged goods stacked are said Since it becomes difficult to contact a plate-shaped packing material (13) directly, it can suppress that the said plate-shaped packing material (13) is damaged.

The packaging material of the present invention is excellent in workability when arranging a plurality of packages for storage, transportation, and the like.

Hereinafter, a packing material 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The packing material 10 of this embodiment shown in FIG. 1 is for packing the indoor unit 91 (refer FIG. 5 (A)) of the air conditioner as a packaged article. The packing material 10 includes a pair of buffer packing materials 11 (right buffer packing material 11R, left buffer packing material 11L) and a plate-shaped packing material 13. In the present embodiment, the buffer packing material 11 is a molded product of foamed resin such as foamed polystyrene, and the plate-shaped packing material 13 is cardboard.

The right shock-absorbing packing material 11 </ b> R is fitted to the right end 91 </ b> R (the front end in FIG. 1) of the indoor unit 91 in the longitudinal direction D, and the left shock-absorbing packing material 11 </ b> L is the longitudinal direction of the indoor unit 91. It is fitted to the left end 91L of D (the back end in FIG. 1). The plate-shaped packing material 13 is bent into a cylindrical shape and disposed so as to surround the indoor unit 91.

As shown in FIG. 1, the plate-shaped packing material 13 is bent into a cylindrical shape including a top surface portion 31, a bottom surface portion 32, and a pair of side surface portions 33 and 34. That is, the plate-shaped packing material 13 is bent at four folding positions (corner portions) so that the cross section is rectangular. The plate-shaped packing material 13 is disposed across a later-described covering portion 19 in the pair of buffer packing materials 11. The plate-shaped packing material 13 has circumferential ends that are abutted or overlapped at the top surface portion 31 and surrounds the indoor unit 91.

The top surface portion 31 is bent at a first bent piece 51 that is bent at a corner portion K11 located on one side W1 in the width direction W orthogonal to the longitudinal direction D and at a corner portion K12 that is located on the other side W2 in the width direction W. And a second bent piece 52. The plate-shaped packing material 13 has an approximate folding position determined in advance so that it can be easily bent at positions corresponding to the corners of the covering portion 19. Specifically, for example, a crease is provided in advance at the approximate folding position.

Since the right-side cushioning packing material 11R and the left-side cushioning packaging material 11L have substantially left-right symmetric shapes except for the shape of details, the structure of the right-side cushioning packaging material 11R will be mainly specifically described below. 2 and 3A to 3C show the right-side cushioning packing material 11R, respectively. In the following description, the right-side cushioning packaging material 11R is simply referred to as the cushioning packaging material 11 unless left and right identification is necessary.

As shown in FIG. 3 (B), the shock-absorbing packing material 11 has a concave portion 111 fitted to the corresponding end portion 91 of the indoor unit 91 on the back side thereof. The inner surface of the recess 111 has an uneven shape that fits the outer surface of the end 91 of the indoor unit 91. The buffer packing material 11 is substantially rectangular in front view.

The buffer packing material 11 includes an upper surface portion 42 that forms the upper surface of the buffer packing material 11, a lower surface portion 43 that forms the lower surface of the buffer packing material 11, and a side surface portion 44 that forms one side surface of the buffer packing material 11, It has the side part 45 which forms the other side, and the front part 50 which forms the substantially rectangular front surface of the buffer packing material 11. The front part 50 has a rectangular end face 50 a substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction D. The end face 50a is provided with a grip portion 95 that grips the packaged product when the operator carries the packaged product.

The upper surface portion 42, the lower surface portion 43, and the pair of side surface portions 44 and 45 each have a covering portion 19 on which the plate-shaped packing material 13 is covered. The covering portion 19 includes an upper covering portion 19a, a lower covering portion 19b, and a pair of side portion covering portions 19c and 19d. As shown in FIG. 3B, the outer shape of these covering portions 19 is substantially rectangular in a rear view. Therefore, the plate-shaped packing material 13 wound around the substantially rectangular covering portion 19 has a cylindrical shape with a substantially rectangular cross section along the shape of the covering portion 19.

The upper surface portion 42 is covered with the first bent piece 51 and the second bent piece 52, and the outer side in the thickness direction of the first bent piece 51 and the second bent piece 52, that is, above the covered portion 19a. And a pair of protruding portions 21 (21a, 21b). Each convex portion 21 has a substantially L shape in plan view (see FIG. 3A).

As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B and FIGS. 4A and 4B, the convex portion 21a on one side W1 in the width direction W is a first rising surface 61 that stands upward from the covering portion 19a. have. The convex portion 21b on the other side W2 in the width direction W has a second rising surface 62 that rises upward from the covering portion 19a. The first standing surface 61 is disposed toward the other side W2 in the width direction W, and the second standing surface 62 is disposed toward the one side W1 in the width direction W. The first upright surface 61 and the second upright surface 62 extend along the longitudinal direction D together. In the present embodiment, the first rising surface 61 and the second rising surface 62 are surfaces that are substantially perpendicular to the width direction W and substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction D.

Moreover, in this embodiment, since each convex part 21 has a substantially L shape by planar view, as shown to FIG. 3 (A), (B) and FIG. 4 (A), (C), The convex portion 21 a further has a third upright surface 63, and the convex portion 21 b further has a fourth upright surface 64. The third standing surface 63 is located on the D1 side in the longitudinal direction D from the first standing surface 61 and is located on the W2 side in the width direction W. The fourth standing surface 64 is located on the D1 side in the longitudinal direction D than the second standing surface 62 and is located on the W1 side in the width direction W.

Similar to the first standing surface 61, the third standing surface 63 stands upward from the covering portion 19 a, is disposed toward the other side W <b> 2 in the width direction W, and extends along the longitudinal direction D. ing. Similarly to the second standing surface 62, the fourth standing surface 64 stands upward from the covering portion 19 a, is disposed toward the one side W <b> 1 in the width direction W, and extends along the longitudinal direction D. It extends. In the present embodiment, the third standing surface 63 and the fourth standing surface 64 are surfaces that are substantially perpendicular to the width direction W and substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction D.

In other words, the convex portion 21 includes a portion 211 including the first standing surface 61 and extending along the longitudinal direction D, a portion 212 including the second standing surface 62 and extending along the longitudinal direction D, and these portions 211 and 212. And a portion 213 which is located on the outer side D1 in the longitudinal direction D and extends along the width direction W. A third upright surface 63 and a fourth upright surface 64 are formed in this portion 213.

As will be described later, the first rising surface 61 and the third rising surface 63 of the convex portion 21a are portions where the first edge 71 and the third edge 73 of the first bent piece 51 are respectively engaged, and the convex portion. The 2nd standing surface 62 and the 4th standing surface 64 of 21b are the site | parts with which the 2nd edge part 72 and the 4th edge part 74 of the 2nd bending piece 52 each engage.

In addition, the portion 213 which is located on the outer side D1 in the longitudinal direction D from the portions 211 and 212 and extends along the width direction W is stacked in the height direction when a plurality of packed products are stored and transported. In some cases, it plays a role of receiving the load from above. Further, the height of the portion 213 from the covering portion 19 is larger than the thickness of the plate-shaped packing material 13. As a result, even if the packaged goods are stacked on top of each other, the packaged goods are less likely to come into direct contact with the plate-shaped packing material 13, so that the plate-shaped packing material 13 can be prevented from being damaged.

The end portion in the longitudinal direction D of the first bent piece 51 and the end portion in the longitudinal direction D of the second bent piece 52 are designed so as to conform to the shape of the covering portion 19a of the buffer packing material 11. Specifically, the first bent piece 51 is disposed to face the first standing surface 61 and is in contact with the first standing surface 61, and is disposed to face the third standing surface 63 and has a third standing surface. A third edge 73 abutting against the surface 63. The second bent piece 52 is disposed opposite to the second standing surface 62 and contacts the second standing surface 62, and the second bent piece 52 is disposed opposite to the fourth standing surface 64 and contacts the fourth standing surface 64. And a fourth edge 74.

The standing heights (vertical dimensions) of the first standing surface 61 and the third standing surface 63 are larger than the thicknesses of the first edge portion 71 and the third edge portion 73. The rising heights of the second rising surface 62 and the fourth rising surface 64 are larger than the thicknesses of the second edge portion 72 and the fourth edge portion 74. The angle which the 1st standing surface 61, the 2nd standing surface 62, the 3rd standing surface 63, and the 4th standing surface 64 make with the coating | coated part 19a is a substantially right angle.

In the present embodiment, the packing operation of the indoor unit 91 is performed using the packing material 10 in the following procedure. First, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the buffer packing materials 11R and 11L are fitted into the end portions 91R and 91L in the longitudinal direction D of the indoor unit 91, respectively. In this state, as shown in FIG. 5B, the pair of buffer packing materials 11R and 11L fitted to the end portions 91R and 91L of the indoor unit 91 are separated from each other. Therefore, portions other than both end portions 91 </ b> R and 91 </ b> L of the indoor unit 91 are not covered with the buffer packing material 11.

Next, the unfolded unfolded plate-shaped packing material 13 is disposed under the buffer packing material 11 and the indoor unit 91, and is bent into a cylindrical shape so as to surround the periphery of the indoor unit 91 (FIG. 5C). reference). In this state, the plate-shaped packing material 13 is disposed so as to straddle between the covering portion 19 of the right-side cushioning packing material 11 </ b> R and the covering portion 19 of the left-side buffering packing material 11 </ b> L, and covers these covering portions 19. In the top surface portion 31, the first bent piece 51 and the second bent piece 52 are arranged such that their end portions are butted or overlapped with each other, and are arranged at a predetermined joining position S1.

In this joining position S1, as shown in FIG. 4B, the first edge 71 of the first bent piece 51 is in a state of being opposed to the first standing surface 61 of the convex portion 21a. It is in contact with the standing surface 61. Further, the second edge portion 72 of the second bent piece 52 is in a state of being opposed to the second standing surface 62 of the convex portion 21 b and is in contact with the second standing surface 62. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4C, the third edge 73 of the first bent piece 51 is in a state of being opposed to the third upright surface 63 of the convex portion 21a and is in contact with the third upright surface 63. It touches. Further, the fourth edge 74 of the fourth bent piece 54 is in a state of being opposed to the fourth standing surface 64 of the convex portion 21 b and is in contact with the fourth standing surface 64.

Here, in order to move the first bent piece 51 in the direction of returning from the state of the joining position S1 to the state before being bent, as shown in FIG. 6A, the first bent piece 51 is the first bent piece. It is necessary to rotate in the direction of positions S2 and S3 while drawing an arc trajectory around 51 corners K1.

If this pivoting operation occurs, the first edge 71 moves along an arc orbit centered on the corner K1 of the first bent piece 51 along with this operation. In order for the movement of the first edge 71 along such an arc trajectory to occur, as shown in FIG. 6A, the position of the first edge 71 is displaced upward while the first bent piece 51 is displaced. 6 (B), the position of the third edge 73 is displaced upward while the first bent piece 51 is displaced upward. It is also necessary to displace to the corner K1 side.

However, in the present embodiment, the first edge 71 is in contact with the first standing surface 61 at the joining position S1, and the standing height of the first standing surface 61 is the height of the first edge 71. Since the thickness is larger than the thickness, the displacement of the first edge portion 71 toward the corner portion K <b> 1 of the first bent piece 51 is regulated by the first standing surface 61. That is, the movement of the first edge portion 71 along the circular arc track is restricted by the first standing surface 61. Similarly, the third edge 73 is in contact with the third standing surface 63 when in the joining position S1, and the standing height of the third standing surface 63 is larger than the thickness of the third edge 73. Therefore, the displacement of the third edge 73 toward the corner K <b> 1 of the first bent piece 51 is regulated by the third standing surface 63.

Accordingly, the first bent piece 51 is disposed at the joining position S1, the first edge 71 is brought into contact with the first standing surface 61 and engaged, and the third edge 73 is brought into contact with the third standing surface 63 to engage. By combining, the 1st bending piece 51 can be temporarily fixed to joining position S1. Similarly, for the second bent piece 52, the second edge 72 abuts on and engages with the second upright surface 62 and the fourth edge 74 abuts on the fourth upright surface 64 at the joining position S1. Since it engages, the 2nd bending piece 52 can be temporarily fixed to joining position S1. Thereby, the operation | movement which an operator hold | suppresses the 1st bending piece 51 and the 2nd bending piece 52 by hand in joining position S1 becomes unnecessary.

Finally, the ends of the first bent piece 51 and the second bent piece 52 are joined to each other using, for example, an adhesive tape. Thereby, a packaged product is completed.

(Modification 1)
FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing a modified example of the buffer packing material 11 in the embodiment. In this modification, the first rising surface 61 and the second rising surface 62 are inclined so that the angle θ formed with the surface of the covering portion 19a is an acute angle. Although not shown in FIG. 7, the third standing surface 63 and the fourth standing surface 64 may similarly have an acute angle with the surface of the covering portion 19a.

In this modification, the effect of restricting the rotation of the first bent piece 51 and the second bent piece 52 can be further enhanced as compared with the case where the angle θ is a right angle.

(Modification 2)
FIG. 8A is a perspective view showing a packaged product in which an article to be packaged is packaged using the packaging material according to Modification 2 of the embodiment, and FIG. 8B is a buffer packaging material of this packaging material. It is the perspective view which drawn the plate-shaped packing material separately.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4A, the convex portion 21a and the convex portion 21b are arranged apart from each other. However, in this modified example 2, the convex portion 21a and the convex portion 21b are on the D1 side in the longitudinal direction D. Are connected to each other. Therefore, in this modification 2, since the region of the part 213 extending along the width direction W can be increased, a larger load can be stably stabilized when other packages are stacked in the height direction. I can take it.

(Modification 3)
FIG. 9A is a plan view showing a packaged product in which an object to be packaged is packed using the packaging material according to Modification 3 of the embodiment, and FIG. 9B is an IXB-IXB of (A). It is line sectional drawing.

In this modification 3, the convex part 21 is not L-shaped like the said embodiment shown to FIG. 4 (A), but is a substantially rectangular shape by planar view. In the third modification, the first edge 71 comes into contact with the first standing surface 61, and the second edge 72 comes into contact with the second standing surface 62.

(Modification 4)
FIG. 10 (A) is a plan view showing a packaged product in which an article to be packed is packed using the packaging material according to Modification 4 of the embodiment, and FIG. 10 (B) is an XB-XB of (A). It is line sectional drawing.

In this modified example 4, the convex portion 21 is not disposed at the extreme end in the longitudinal direction D of the cushioning packing material 11 as in the embodiment shown in FIG. It arrange | positions in the position which shifted | deviated from the extreme end part of the longitudinal direction D to D2 side. And according to this position, a pair of through-hole is provided in the plate-shaped packing material 13, and convex part 21a, 21b is each fitted by these through-holes. In the fitted state, the first edge 71 comes into contact with the first standing surface 61 and the second edge 72 comes into contact with the second standing surface 62.
