Description

The present invention relates to a brush structure for applying an adhesive used for bonding pipe materials and rain gutters, such as connections between pipe members and joint members connected between these pipe members.

Conventionally, an adhesive storage container with a brush as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11 is known as a brush structure for applying an adhesive (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).

In such a case, the lid 3 is screwed to the cap portion 2 of the container body 1.

On the inner surface side of the lid 3, a rod-shaped handle member 4 a as a core material or a handle member 4 b having a relatively large diameter is provided so as to protrude from the tips of the handle members 4 a and 4 b. Brush bodies 5a and 5b each having horse hair or the like are provided.

Among them, in the case shown in FIG. 10, the handle member 4a is formed in a shape bent in a halfway shape on the way, and it is difficult to insert a normal brush such as a narrow groove portion where the wall surface is close. Application is easy to perform.

Further, in the configuration shown in FIG. 11, the cross-sectional shape of the tip of the brush body 5b is bundled so as to be substantially V-shaped, and a large amount of adhesive 6 can be attached with the recess 5c as the upper surface side. .

Next, using these brushes, the application process of the adhesive 6 in the connection process between general pipe materials or a joint member connected between these pipe materials is shown in FIGS. 12 and 13. Will be described.

In these conventional brushes, first, as a preparatory step for the coating process, as shown in FIG. 12, a ruler 8 is provided on the outer peripheral surface 7b as the adherend surface of the end portion 7a of the tube material 7 as the adherend portion. Applied.

Then, at a position 7d from the end edge portion 7c of the end portion 7a to a predetermined dimension L1 serving as a glue margin, the magic ink 9 is used and the mark line 10 is written over the entire circumference.

Next, as shown in FIG. 13, the liquid adhesive 6 accommodated in the container body 1 is provided at the tip of one of the handle members 4 a and 4 b inserted from the plug portion 2. Each brush body 5a, 5b is immersed and taken out.

And this adhesive agent 6 is apply | coated to the outer peripheral surface 7b between this mark line 10 and the said edge part 7c over several times.

At this time, when the predetermined dimension L1 from the edge portion 7c of the end portion 7a to the boundary position 7d serving as the adhesive margin is wider than the coating width W1 of the brush bodies 5a and 5b, the inside of the container body 1 The adhesive 6 is taken out by the brush main bodies 5a and 5b by increasing the number of times by dividing it into a plurality of times, and is applied evenly over the entire area serving as an adhesive margin between the mark line 10 and the edge portion 7c. I am doing so.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-37167

However, in the state where one of the pipe members 7 or the pipe members such as joints bonded to each other is fixed in a narrow place such as an underfloor space, a pipe space, or an attic space, In particular, the back side or the like may be hidden in a place where it is difficult for an operator to visually check.

As in the case of the conventional brush, even when an appropriate amount of adhesive is entangled with the liquid main body in the storage container and taken out, the application state varies depending on the operator. , Not only forgetting to apply in the back, but depending on how the adhesive is applied to the brush body, there is a possibility that it may exceed the mark line 10 and protrude to an unnecessary part as a glue margin, or it may be applied too thickly. In addition, it was difficult to visually confirm such unevenness in the application work state.

Further, as shown in FIG. 11, in the brush body 5b bundled so that the cross-sectional shape of the tip is substantially V-shaped, if the concave portion 5c is directed downward, the liquid adhesive 6 drips down. There is a problem that it is unsuitable for the operation of attaching the adhesive 6 uniformly to the coated surface where the side surfaces of the tube material 7 and the like have different angles in the vertical and horizontal directions.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and in the brush main body portion, a relatively large amount of adhesive can be taken out from the storage container and transported to the application surface of the application object, and the application work. An object of the present invention is to provide a brush structure for applying an adhesive that can be efficiently bonded in accordance with the application area and the dimension from the edge, with little risk of dripping at times.

To achieve the above object, the brush structure for applying an adhesive according to the present invention is a brush structure for applying an adhesive in which a brush main body is planted on the outer peripheral surface of a rod-shaped core material. In addition, a brush structure for applying an adhesive, in which a guide line is provided at a predetermined interval, and at the position of the guide line, the spacing between the brush bodies of the brush body is larger than that of a portion where other brush bodies are planted. It is characterized by.

Moreover, what was described in Claim 2 provided the groove part which expanded the flocking space | interval of the said brush main body compared with another part along the longitudinal direction of the said core material. It features a brush structure for coating.

Furthermore, what is described in claim 3 is characterized in that the brush body has a brush structure for applying an adhesive according to claim 1, wherein the brush body is planted in rows along the longitudinal direction of the core material. .

And what was described in Claim 4 is the adhesive strip as described in any one of Claims 1 thru | or 3 in which the said reference line is the cyclic | annular strip | belt body fitted by the circumference | surroundings of the said core material. It features a brush structure for coating.

Further, according to a fifth aspect of the present invention, each brush body located on both sides of the reference line has a different color for applying the adhesive according to any one of the second to fourth aspects. It features a brush structure.

In the brush structure for applying an adhesive according to claim 1 of the present invention, the reference line provided in the longitudinal direction of the core member has a predetermined flocking interval, and the other brush main body is flocked. It is provided in the part expanded compared with the part.

For this reason, by aligning these easy-to-view reference lines with the object to be coated, it is possible to apply the adhesive with a certain size without contacting the brush body opposite to the reference line.

Further, the adhesives attached to the brush bodies located on both sides of the reference line are less likely to come into contact with each other due to a predetermined flocking interval, and are unlikely to merge to form the same fluid.

For this reason, each brush main body of the core material can be held with an adhesive that does not sag.

Therefore, a predetermined amount of adhesive is held in each brush body, and for example, an appropriate amount of adhesive can be applied to the outer peripheral area, which is the coated surface of the pipe material, which is to be coated, in the back where it is difficult to see. Can be applied evenly.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the groove portion provided along the longitudinal direction of the core material enlarges the flocking interval of the brush body as compared with other portions.

For this reason, the adhesives adhering to the brush main body located on both sides of the groove portion are unlikely to come into contact with each other and hardly merge to form the same fluid.

Therefore, it is possible to further hold the adhesive so as not to sag to each brush body of the core material.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the brush main body is planted in a row along the longitudinal direction of the core material, the row width of the brush body and the longitudinal direction of the core material are The amount of adhesive retained can be further easily adjusted by reference lines provided at predetermined intervals.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the reference line can be easily configured by fitting an annular belt around the core material.

In addition, the belt can be easily visually recognized even when the adhesive is held on the brush body, and can be easily combined with the object to be coated, so that the workability can be improved.

Further, in the present invention, since the brush main body has different colors, the guide line is more easily positioned according to the object to be coated, and the bonding work can be efficiently performed. Can be done.

Next, a brush structure for applying an adhesive according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and demonstrated about the part thru | or equivalent to the said conventional.

First, in the brush structure for applying an adhesive according to this embodiment, a male screw part 2a is formed in the mouth plug part 2 of the container body 1 into which the liquid adhesive 6 is put, and the brush part is integrally formed. Since the provided lid body 11 has a female screw portion 11b that is screwed into the male screw portion 2a, the plug portion 2 is provided so that it can be opened and closed.

The lid body 11 is formed of a polyethylene synthetic resin material, and a round bar-shaped handle member 14 as a core material is integrally projected on the inner surface back side 11a at a substantially radial center.

As shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of ring-shaped strips 15 as reference lines are provided on the outer peripheral surface 14a of the handle member 14 with a predetermined distance L2 from the front end surface 14b. ing.

The ring-shaped belt body 15 of this embodiment is made of a near white polyethylene synthetic resin material, like the cover body 11, and has an annular shape around the handle member 14, It is inserted.

Further, on the outer peripheral surface 14a of the handle member 14, as shown in FIG. 3, from the front end surface 14b to the vicinity of the inner surface back side 11a of the lid body 11, flocking composed of horse hair or the like, A plurality of brush bodies 16 are provided so as to protrude in a projecting dimension h1.

Then, as shown in FIG. 6, these brush main bodies 16... Are arranged at a position where the ring-shaped strips 15. In this embodiment, the outer circumference of the ring-shaped strip 15 is further wider than the widthwise dimension W2 of this ring-shaped strip 15 so as to have a flocking spacing dimension L3 (W2 <L3). The hair is implanted so as to be perpendicular to the in-plane and out-of-plane directions of the surface 14a.

Further, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the distance L2 (L2 = 5 mm) between the front end surface 14b of the handle member 14 and the first ring-shaped strip 15 is the same. As described above, the distance L2 (L2 = 5 mm) between the adjacent ring-shaped strips 15 and 15 is set, and each brush body 16, 16... Extends along the longitudinal direction of the handle member 14. Thus, the cylinders are configured to have a cylindrical shape having the same axial direction dimension and having a uniform interval (W2 = 1 mm).

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the height direction dimension h2 of each of the ring-shaped strips 15 is such that when the brush body 16 has a projecting dimension h1 and a predetermined elastic force, respectively, in the adhesive application step, In FIG. 6, the height from the outer peripheral surface 14 a of the handle member 14 is such that the ring member 15 does not come into contact with the ring-shaped band 15 even in a state where it is elastically deformed and bent as shown by a one-dot chain line or two-dot chain line. The ratio of the projecting dimension h1 in the vertical direction and the height dimension h2 and the distance dimensions d2, d3 between the side edge portions 15a, 15a of the ring-shaped strips 15 and the brush bodies 16, 16 disposed adjacent to each other are as follows. , Each is set.

Moreover, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, along the longitudinal direction L of the handle member 14, there are groove portions 17 that enlarge the hair transplantation spacing of the brush bodies 16 as compared with other portions. Is provided.

As shown in FIG. 5, a total of four groove portions 17 in this embodiment are provided for each predetermined angle α (α = about 90 degrees). The ratio is set so that the distance L3 between the brush bodies 16, 16 located on both sides of the groove 17 is narrower than the protruding dimension h1 of the brush bodies 16.

Therefore, the brush bodies 16 and 16 positioned vertically on both sides of the groove 17 do not come into contact with each other as shown by a solid line in FIG. It is configured.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the spacing between the brush bodies 16 and 16 located on both sides of the groove 17 and the elastic force are set narrower than the protruding dimensions of the brush bodies 16 and 16. In the adhesive application step, the brush bodies 16 and 16 are configured to come into contact with each other as shown by a one-dot chain line or two-dot chain line in FIG.

In this embodiment, the bundles of the brush bodies 16 located on both sides of the ring-shaped band 15 have black B ... and red R ... from the front end surface 14b so as to have different colors. They are painted alternately in order.

Next, the function and effect of the brush structure for applying an adhesive according to this embodiment will be described.

In the brush structure for applying an adhesive according to this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, a predetermined interval dimension L <b> 2 is provided along the longitudinal direction L of the handle member 14 to form a ring shape as a reference line. Bands 15 are fitted.

As shown in FIG. 6, the reference line portion has a dimension w3 of the portion where the other brush main body 16 is not implanted, compared with the portion where the other brush main body 16 is implanted. It is enlarged so as to be substantially the same as the width direction dimension w2 of 15, and is easily visible from the outside.

As shown in FIG. 1, the adhesive 6 in the container body 1 is necessary using a ring-shaped strip 15 as a guide line of the handle member 14 inserted from the plug portion 2 as a guide. The brush body 16 is immersed in the position, and the adhesive 6 is entangled to the desired brush body 16 position and taken out without waste.

Then, as shown in FIG. 2, when a coating operation is performed on the outer peripheral surface 7b of the end portion 7a of the tube material 7 as an object to be coated, the ring-shaped strip 15 is positioned from the tip surface 14b to the reference number. Checking whether it is a line, moving the handle member 14 in the direction indicated by the white arrow F in FIG. 2 while aligning the ring-shaped strip 15 with the edge 7c of the end 7a, The adhesive 6 is applied.

Since the ring-shaped strip 15 has a width direction dimension w2 that is equal to or greater than a predetermined width dimension and is made of a near white polypropylene resin, the adhesive 6 is applied to the brush body 16 around the pattern member 14. Even if it is attached to the surface, it is easy to see as a reference line.

Further, the brush main bodies 16 and 16 of this embodiment are differently applied alternately from the front end surface 14b in the order of black B ... and red R ... with the ring-shaped strips 15 sandwiched therebetween. Has color.

For this reason, the ring-shaped strip 15 is located at the boundary of black B, red R,..., And more easily, the reference line constituted by the ring-shaped strip 15 is positioned in accordance with the object to be coated. Thus, the bonding operation can be performed efficiently.

Further, the brush main bodies 16, 16... Of this embodiment have a cylindrical shape with substantially the same dimension L2 in the same axial direction having a uniform interval (W2 = 1 mm) along the longitudinal direction of the handle member 14. Therefore, the number of the ring-shaped band 15 to be aligned with the end edge portion 7c is determined depending on the size of the area to be bonded, which is used as a paste material such as pipe material or rain gutter. The adhesive 6 can be applied with a constant dimension L2 × an integral multiple of the axial dimension simply by changing.

Therefore, unlike the conventional case shown in FIG. 12, it is not necessary to write the mark line 10 on the outer peripheral surface 7b or the like using the ruler 8 or the magic ink 9.

As described above, the position of the ring-shaped band 15 provided on the handle member 14 is adjusted to the end edge portion 7c of the tube material 7, so that the opposite side of the ring-shaped band 15 (the lid 11 side). The adhesive 6 can be applied in a desired area of a certain dimension L2 × integer multiple without contacting the brush body 16.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, in the ring-shaped band 15 portion, the adhesive 6 attached to the brush bodies 16 and 16 located on both sides of the ring-shaped band 15 with a predetermined flocking interval L3. , 6 are unlikely to contact each other and are unlikely to merge to form the same fluid.

For this reason, each brush main body 16 and 16 of the handle member 14 can hold the adhesives 6 and 6 so as not to sag.

Therefore, each brush main body 16 can hold a predetermined amount of the adhesive 6 and, for example, an appropriate amount of the adhesive 6 can be applied to the outer peripheral area which is the coated surface of the tube material 7, Can be applied evenly on the back side.

As shown in FIG. 5, the grooves 17, 17... Provided along the longitudinal direction of the handle member 14 are provided for each predetermined angle α (α = about 90 degrees). As shown, the interstitial spacing of the brush bodies 16, 16 located on both sides of the groove 17 is enlarged as compared with the other parts.

For this reason, as shown in FIG. 2, before the coating operation is performed on the outer peripheral surface 7b of the end portion 7a of the tube material 7 as an object to be coated, each of the brush bodies 16 and 16 positioned on both sides of the groove portion 17 The adhered adhesives 6 and 6 are further less likely to come into contact with each other, and are less likely to merge to form the same fluid.

Therefore, each brush body 16 of the handle member 14 can hold the adhesive 6 in an amount that does not sag.

In addition, in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the brush main bodies 16 and 16 abut against the surface to be coated, so that they are elastically deformed as indicated by a one-dot chain line or a two-dot chain line in the figure, The adhesive 6 adhering to these brush main bodies 16 and 16 flows smoothly.

For this reason, uneven application is less likely to occur, and the adhesive 6 can be smoothly and uniformly applied to the outer peripheral surface 7b of the tube material 7 in a desired amount.

In addition, the reference line can be easily configured by fitting the annular ring-shaped band 15 around the handle member 14 at regular intervals.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 6, the ring-shaped band 15 is a near white polyethylene synthetic resin material, and has a certain height direction dimension h2.

Therefore, even when the adhesive 6 is held in the vicinity of the base of the brush main body 16..., It is easy to visually recognize, and furthermore, it is easy to visually align the end edge portion 7 c of the tube material 7. Can be made favorable.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the brush body 16 is elastically deformed in the adhesive application step so that the protruding dimension h1 from the outer peripheral surface 14a of the handle member 14 is indicated by a one-dot chain line or two-dot chain line in the figure. In the bent state, the size is set so as not to come into contact with the side edge portions 15a, 15a of the ring-shaped strip 15.

For this reason, there is no possibility that the adhesive 6 will flow out through the ring-shaped band 15 to another adjacent brush body 16 or be covered by the brush body 16 so that it cannot be seen.

Moreover, in this embodiment, the distance L3 between the brush bodies 16, 16 located on both sides of the ring-shaped band 15 is narrower than the projecting dimensions h1, h1 of the brush bodies 16, 16. Is set.

For this reason, the tip portions of the brush bodies 16, 16 are further easily elastically deformed and easily contacted in a bent state in the adhesive application step.

Further, a spacing dimension W3 between the brush bodies 16, 16 located on both sides of the groove portion 17 is set narrower than the projecting dimensions h1, h1 of the brush bodies 16, 16.

Therefore, the adhesives 6 held by the brush main bodies 16 and 16 located on both sides of the ring-shaped strips 15 and the groove portions 17 are further pressed by the outer peripheral surface 7b in the adhesive application step. These adhesives 6 are flowed to each other through the brush body 16 elastically deformed so as to be bent, and are applied uniformly and without any unpainted residue.

Further, in this embodiment, the bundle of brush bodies 16 and 16 are alternately painted in the order of black B ... and red R ... from the tip surface 14b so as to have different colors.

Therefore, the position in the longitudinal direction where the appropriate amount of the adhesive 6 is immersed can be clearly grasped, and the position of the ring-shaped strip 15 is located at the boundary between the black B and red R brush bodies 16 and 16. Therefore, it is easier to understand, and it is easier to standardize the coating process and shorten the working time.

Further, since the handle member 14 is provided so as to be integrated from the center in the radial direction of the inner side back surface 11a of the lid 11, the axial direction of the handle member 14 is shown in FIG. Can be applied along the axial direction of the tube material 7 while being positioned in the direction in which the end edge portion 7c is extended.

Accordingly, the possibility of interference with other parts or the like is reduced, and the pipe material 7 is already installed and fixed in a narrow place such as an underfloor space, a pipe space, or an attic space. Even if the circumference is hidden in a place where it is difficult to visually check, the construction work can be easily done in a small space, and it is not necessary to look into the back side as in the conventional case, reducing the burden on the operator. Is done.

In addition, the adhesive 6 is applied to the outer peripheral surface 7b of the tube 7 while turning the outer peripheral surface of the lid 11 left and right as indicated by the white arrow F2 indicating the rotation direction in FIG. As a result, the entire circumference of the adherend surface can be spread in a uniform amount.

At this time, even if the outer peripheral surface 7b of the fixed tube material is difficult to see on the back surface side, the brush main bodies 16 and 16 are divided by the groove portions 17 and 17, so that they pass through the other brush main body 16 portions. There is no risk of dripping and dropping by the time of the application work, and it is possible to easily apply substantially the same amount of the adhesive 6 to the rear surface side and the front surface side and both side surfaces.

8 and 9 show a brush structure for applying an adhesive according to Example 1 of the embodiment of the present invention.

Note that portions that are the same as or equivalent to those in the above-described embodiment are described with the same reference numerals.

In the brush structure for applying an adhesive according to the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, the brush main bodies 26 are implanted in a line along the longitudinal direction L of the handle member 24 as the core material. From the outer peripheral surface 24a, it protrudes substantially perpendicularly.

Next, the effect of the brush structure for applying the adhesive of Example 1 will be described.

In the brush structure for applying an adhesive according to the first embodiment, the brush main bodies 26 and 26 are implanted in a row along the longitudinal direction L of the handle member 24.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9, the ring-shaped strips 15 provided at predetermined intervals in the row width W5 of the brush body 26 and the longitudinal direction L of the handle member 24 are further easily visible and easily bonded. The holding amount of the agent 6 can be adjusted.

Other configurations and operational effects are the same as or equivalent to those of the above-described embodiment, and thus the same reference numerals are given and description thereof is omitted.

As described above, the brush structure for applying the adhesive according to the embodiment of the present invention and Example 1 has been described in detail with reference to the drawings. The specific configuration is the adhesive according to this embodiment and Example 1. The present invention includes design changes that do not depart from the gist of the present invention.

For example, in the above-described embodiment, the ring-shaped strip 15 is used as the reference line. However, the present invention is not limited to this, for example, it is configured by different color bands, or by an annular groove or the like. The shape of the portion constituting the reference line, as long as the spacing between the brush bodies 16 and 16 is larger than the other portions at the position of the reference line, such as being configured in an uneven shape. There are no particular restrictions on the quantity, spacing dimension, or the like.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the groove portions 17 are provided for each predetermined angle α (α = about 90 degrees) and are configured to have a total of four. However, for example, α = about 120 degrees, the total number is three, and the shape, quantity, and interval L3 of the grooves 17 are not particularly limited, such as one or a plurality of grooves.

Further, in this embodiment, the bundle of brush bodies 16 and 16 are alternately painted in the order of black B ... and red R ... from the tip surface 14b so as to have different colors. Not only in this order, but also by using other colors such as green, the bunch of brush bodies 16 and 16 may be colored from the tip surface 14b by combining and repeating three or more colors. Good.

The brush structure for applying the adhesive according to this embodiment is applied to the bonding of the end portion 7a of the cylindrical tube material 7. However, a building material such as a rain gutter having a square tube-shaped cross section, and other shapes are used. It may be used for bonding a pipe material such as a drain pipe and a connecting member, and may be used when the adhesive 6 is applied to the inner peripheral surface, not limited to the outer peripheral surface 14a. Also, the adhesive 6 and the brush body 16 may be used. The traits are not particularly limited.
