［Ｃ３］前記［Ｃ１］熱硬化性樹脂に可溶な熱可塑性樹脂
または、少なくとも以下の［Ａ］、［Ｂ２］、［Ｃ］を含んで構成されており、［Ｂ２］が［Ａ］の炭素繊維束の側面に配置された形態を有するプリプレグ。
