Claims (7)

A plurality of spatula protrusions that are implanted on the brush surface of the base and constitute a scalp massage brush,
A spatula-like projection made of an elastomer resin and having a plurality of tip projections standingly arranged at intervals in the major axis direction of the flat cross-sectional shape at the tip portion of the spatula-like portion having a flat cross-sectional shape .   The height from the brush surface to the tip of the tip projection is 5 to 25 mm, and the height of the spatula occupies 70 to 95% of the height to the tip of the tip projection.
