けた洗髪ブラシを使用して洗髪を行った。シャンプーと
してはＰＯＥ（３）ラウリルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム２
重量％水溶液を、ショートヘアは３ｇ、セミロングヘア
は４ｇ、ロングヘアは５ｇ使用した。洗髪の手順は、
（１）髪を４０℃の湯で３０秒間予洗した後に、（２）
秤量したシャンプーで１〜２分間泡立て、（３）ブラシ
を使用して３分間頭全体を均一にくし通しし、（４）４
０℃の湯で１分間濯ぎ、（５）乾燥した。洗髪に使用し
た湯の量は、６ｌ／分程度とした。評価は、洗髪時のく
し通り及び頭皮のマッサージ感を官能評価により行っ
た。官能評価は、良い、やや良い、普通、やや悪い、悪
いの５段階で評価した。また、洗髪時にブラシについた
毛髪の本数を数えた。さらに、乾燥後頭部を２０倍の光
源つきカメラを使用し、モニター画面に映し出して観察

能にするとともに、頭皮及び毛穴に対する優れたマッサ
ージ効果を有し、更には育毛剤等の毛根への浸透を助け
