洗浄対象の配管の出口部に接続する吸入管路に、タンクに貯留される洗浄水を当該管路に導入するための切り替え弁と、フィルタ及び第1電磁弁を順に介装し、洗浄対象の配管の入口部に接続する吐出管路と該吸入管路との間にベンチュリノズルと送水用ポンプとを並列に接続し、そのベンチュリノズル内の通路に連通するように設けた第2電磁弁に、外部から供給される圧縮空気を導入するための空気導入管を接続すると共に当該空気導入管に逆止弁と手動開閉弁を順に介装し、前記吐出管路から分岐されて前記送水用ポンプの吸入管に接続されるリリーフ回路に前記送水用ポンプの吐出圧力の調整を施すリリーフ弁を介装してなる洗浄回路部と、
予め設定された複数の洗浄パターンから入力手段によって選択される特定の洗浄パターンに基づいて第1電磁弁及び第2電磁弁の開閉動作を自動制御する制御部が本体ケースに設けられ、
洗浄対象の配管と前記吸入管路及び吐出管路からなる閉回路内に、前記洗浄水又は前記空気導入管から導入される空気を混入させた洗浄水を循環させることにより洗浄対象の配管内の付着物の除去と洗浄を施すことを特徴とする配管の内部洗浄装置。
