連結具(2)と柄(3)の固定は、連結具(2)の一部が、柄(3)がすっぽりはまるパイプ状であり、挿入しさらにビス(8)にて固定する。ブラシ(1)は、連結具(2)に、ビス(8)が通る2個の穴が開けてあり、ビス(8)にて、ブラシ(1)を固定している。
[図面3]にて、浮力体(5)の固定方法を説明すると、柄(4)に浮力体固定ベース(6)をビス(9)2本で固定する。浮力体(5)2本を、浮力体固定ベース(6)の中凹部にセットする。2本あるベルトは、片側のベルト(7)末端は浮力体固定ベース(5)の溝に通してあり抜けない構造としている。締め付け方法は、前記ベルト(7)の反対側末端は、同様に浮力体固定ベース(6)のプレート部の溝にベルト(7)の端を通し、一端をシャフト(11)を巻き、その端を溝に通し、引き締めることにより浮力体(4)を固定する。
