Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cleaning tool cleaning marine organisms attaching to the bottom of a small boat which is stored moored without as much effort as compared to before.SOLUTION: A buoyant body fixing base 6 is fixed to a position which is one part of the boat bottom cleaning tool, for example, below a handle 4 and also near a brush 1 in a portion of the handle 4 so as not to get in the way. In this case, a buoyant body 5 is fixed to the buoyant body fixing base 6 with a belt 7. Assuming that the buoyant body 5 is a PET bottle, the brush 1 is pressed to the bottom of the boat by using the buoyant force of this PET bottle in the water. Cleaning can be carried out by pushing and pulling the handle 4 of the cleaning tool.

Description

The present invention relates to a brush and a scraper for a ship bottom cleaning tool.

Algae, barnacles, etc. (hereinafter referred to as marine organisms) adhere to the bottom of the moored boat, and the propulsion resistance by water increases, which significantly affects the speed and fuel consumption of the ship.

Background technology

The bottom of the ship always needs to be cleaned and smooth. Usually, the bottom of the ship needs to be smoothed after scraping off the marine organisms, and then applied to the bottom of the marine organisms. The problem of cleaning and painting the bottom of the ship was the burden of lifting it with a crane, placing it on a pedestal to remove marine organisms, drying it cleanly, and painting it.

Problems that the device tries to solve

Therefore, this device makes it easy to scrape and smooth off marine organisms attached to the bottom of the boat in order to reduce the series of cleaning and painting work on fishing boats and pleasure boats. A brush and a scraper (hereinafter referred to as a vessel bottom cleaning tool) are provided.

Traditionally, scrapers were used to scrape off shellfish such as barnacles as a simple ship bottom cleaning tool in shallow water. He held a tool composed of a handle and scraper scraper with both hands, and scraped the scraper blade against the bottom of the ship. It was necessary to press the cutting edge against the ship bottom in the upward direction from the water, and it was difficult and tired as the cutting edge moved away from the ship bottom. Also, a brush is used as a ship bottom cleaning tool for cleaning marine organisms other than shellfish, attached dirt, etc., but the brush is used by hand and pressed against the ship bottom in the same way as a scraper.

Means for solving the problem

This is achieved by attaching a buoyant body to a part of the ship bottom cleaning tool in order to make it easy to press against the ship bottom. Fix an appropriate buoyancy body near the scraper or brush. For example, the buoyancy body fixes two 1.5-liter PET bottles capable of adjusting buoyancy.

The invention's effect

By attaching the buoyancy body, it is not necessary to push against the bottom of the ship with arms, but because it is attached to the bottom of the ship using the buoyancy body attached to the bottom of the ship, the force that floats upward is used to press against the ship bottom. There is little fatigue. The weight of the cleaning tool tip is 300 grams with two 1.5 liter PET bottles, and a pushing force of 2.7 kg above the ship bottom can be obtained at the tip of the brush part.
Based on the above, if the cleaning tool is pushed and pulled back and forth, the scraper or brush can scrape off marine life attached to the bottom of the ship, making it much easier to clean than before.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

An example of the ship bottom cleaning tool will be described with reference to [Drawing 1]. The brush (1) and the handle (3) are fixed by the connecting tool (2). The material of the handle (4) is general wood.
The connecting tool (2) and the handle (3) are fixed in a pipe shape in which a part of the connecting tool (2) fits into the handle (3), and is inserted and fixed with screws (8). The brush (1) has two holes through which the screw (8) passes in the connector (2), and the brush (1) is fixed by the screw (8).
The method of fixing the buoyancy body (5) will be described with reference to [Drawing 3]. The buoyancy body fixing base (6) is fixed to the handle (4) with two screws (9). Two buoyancy bodies (5) are set in the middle recess of the buoyancy body fixing base (6). The two belts have a structure in which one end of the belt (7) is passed through a groove of the buoyancy body fixing base (5) and cannot be removed. As for the tightening method, the opposite end of the belt (7) is similarly passed through the groove of the plate portion of the buoyant body fixing base (6) through the end of the belt (7), and one end is wound around the shaft (11). Is passed through the groove and tightened to fix the buoyancy body (4).
The buoyancy body (4) uses a plastic bottle (capacity 1.5 liters) that is usually sold to make it possible to adjust the buoyancy to be easy to use. As described above, it is used as shown in [Drawing 6].

Failure to clean the bottom of the ship will cause marine barnacles and other hard shell deposits.
In order to scrape it off, a scraper (3) is also required, and as shown in [Drawing 4], the scraper (3) itself is also used as a metal fitting for connecting the handle (4) and the brush (1). 1) is configured to be fixed to the scraper (3) with screws (8). The scraper (3) is fixed to the screw (9) on the handle (4). If it can be removed by rubbing with a brush, it can be used as a brush and either can be used.

When cleaning the bottom of the ship, the ship is pushed and escapes in the direction it is pushed, making it difficult to work stably.
In order to prevent this, as a method of brushing while supporting the ship, as shown in [Drawing 6], a rope is stretched from the bow part to the stern side as shown in [Drawing 6]. If you clean it, you can clean it more easily.

Not only small boats but also the maintenance of the bottom of the boat determines the propulsion resistance, leading to increased fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, which has a major impact on the environment.
The ship bottom cleaning device becomes a large-scale device such as [Patent Publication No. 10-138989]. In the present invention, the device that presses the brush against the bottom of the ship is covered by the buoyancy of the air, and a simple device can be used.
