Description

The present invention relates to a flooring, and more particularly to a flooring formed by integrating a decorative face material on the surface of a plywood. The flooring of the present invention can be easily manufactured.

A so-called composite flooring in which a decorative material is attached to a base material such as plywood is used as a flooring material for a house. Hardwood and conifers are used as the material for plywood. For the purpose of forest protection, fiber boards such as MDF (medium density fiberboard) are also used. The fiber board is used by processing low quality wood, etc., which has many irregularities on the material surface and cannot be used as a flooring as it is. More specifically, the fiberboard is manufactured by pulverizing waste wood and low-quality wood into powder, cooking wood fiber taken out and mixing it with an adhesive, and then hot pressing it into a plate.

The fiber board is made by pulverizing raw material wood into a powder, and has the disadvantages that it is vulnerable to water and moisture and easily warps. Patent Document 1 discloses a configuration in which moisture-proof processing is performed on a floor material using a fiber board. In the flooring described in Patent Document 1, warping that occurs in the flooring is prevented by attaching a moisture-proof sheet to the back side of the substrate made of a plurality of wood fiber layers.

However, floor materials using fiberboards manufactured through complicated processes are expensive to manufacture and have a limit on cost reduction. Moreover, the complicated process itself is complicated and time-consuming.

Then, this invention aims at provision of the floor material which can be manufactured easily.

Invention of Claim 1 for solving the said subject is the flooring formed by sticking and integrating a decorative face material on the surface of the plywood, and between the plywood and the decorative face material and on the back surface of the plywood. It is a flooring material provided with an unevenness suppressing material.

The unevenness suppressing material can bring the surface of a material with many unevenness close to smoothness. That is, even when low quality wood or the like that cannot be used as a flooring as it is is used as a plywood, it is possible to suppress surface unevenness by applying the unevenness suppressing material. That is, a material having many surface irregularities such as low quality wood can be used as a plywood without going through steps such as crushing, cooking, and hot pressing.

According to the flooring of the present invention, it can be easily manufactured.

The invention according to claim 2 is the flooring according to claim 1, wherein the unevenness suppressing material is a thermoplastic resin sheet layer whose front and back surfaces are covered with a paper sheet layer.

The paper sheet layer is excellent in unevenness suppression and has high hygroscopicity. That is, it is possible to make the unevenness close to smooth and prevent the plywood from absorbing moisture.

On the other hand, the thermoplastic resin sheet layer is excellent in waterproofness. That is, it is possible to prevent moisture and the like from penetrating the plywood.

According to the flooring of the present invention, the flooring can be easily manufactured and the warping of the flooring caused by the absorption of moisture or moisture can be prevented.
