On the other hand, elastic elastic members 6, 6 around the legs are fixed in an extended state on both sides in the width direction of the diaper main body Z along the front-rear direction. In this embodiment, the leg elastic elastic members 6, 6... Are arranged between the front and back sheets, and are arranged so as to constitute a so-called flat gather. The elastic elastic members around the legs can be fixed to adjacent appropriate sheets using a hot melt adhesive or the like.
The leg elastic members 6, 6... Are arranged so as to be slightly curved toward the center in the width direction of the diaper main body Z along the leg periphery EL. It is located on the edge side in the front-rear direction about 0 to 50 mm from the peripheral edges EL.
As is apparent from the figure, a plurality of leg elastic members 6, 6... Can be arranged, and the number in this case is preferably about 2 to 8. Moreover, it is good that the space | interval of an adjacent leg periphery elastic elastic member shall be 4-10 mm.
Due to the presence of the leg elastic members 6, 6..., The leg peripheral edge is pushed up to the skin contact surface side with elastic elasticity, and fits effectively around the wearer's leg. In addition, the leg periphery is not a base part but a part located on the leg tip side.
In this embodiment, the leg elastic elastic member 6 typically uses rubber thread. As the thread rubber, those made of synthetic rubber or natural rubber and those mainly composed of natural rubber are suitable.
The leg-hole elastic member 6 is a material having rubber elasticity, which is formed (molded) into a thread, string, belt, net, foam, or the like, including a generally well-known elastomer resin in addition to the rubber thread. Can be used.

On the other hand, the disposable diaper X1 of the present embodiment has a strip-shaped central easily foldable portion 10 extending in the front-rear direction at the center in the width direction, and the front-rear direction from the front-rear direction and the center portion in the width direction at the absorber intervening portion of the diaper main body Z1. A pair of belt-shaped side easily foldable portions 11, 11 that are substantially V-shaped and extend toward the back edge E <b> 2 are provided.
These easy-folding parts 10 and 11 are arranged so that a part thereof is positioned between the elastic elastic members 6 and 6 around the legs and between the recesses of the absorbent body 3 and elastically elastic around the legs when worn. The expansion / contraction force of the members 6, 6... Acts on each easy-folding portion 10, and the folding at the easy-folding portion 10 is easily induced, and the skin contact surface side is easily deformed into a three-dimensional shape that easily fits against the skin. Moreover, when it becomes three-dimensional shape, the both-sides notch edge part of the absorber 3 tends to stand on the skin surface side.

More specifically, the easy-folding portion will be described in detail. In the present embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the center easy-folding portion 10 has one end 10 a at a position spaced a predetermined distance from the ventral side edge E1 of the diaper main body Z and the other end. 10b is located slightly behind the crotch portion M or the crotch portion M of the diaper main body Z. It is desirable that at least the other end 10b is located closer to the back edge E2 than the center C in the front-rear direction of the diaper main body Z.
If the arrangement | positioning aspect of the center easily folding part in this form is taken, the separation distance L1 between the said one end 10a and the ventral side edge E1 of the diaper main body Z will be 3 cm or more irrespective of the magnitude | size of the diaper main body Z, It is preferable that the distance is 7 cm or more. If it is less than 3 cm, there is an increased possibility that the body fluid guided along the central easy-folding portion 10 leaks from the ventral edge E1.
Further, the position of the other end 10b of the center easily foldable portion 10 in this embodiment is about 0.5 to 7 cm for a so-called adult diaper, about 0.1 to 5 cm for a so-called diaper for children, and is located behind the center C in the front-rear direction. Located on the side. The specific length of the central easy-folding portion 10 is set to an appropriate length according to the position of each end.
In addition, in this form, the center easy folding part 10 can also take the form extended so that it might become long in the back side B, for example, as shown in FIG. In this case, the position of each end may be the position and object described above with respect to the front-rear direction center line.

On the other hand, as shown in the drawing, the side easily foldable portions 11 and 11 are respectively positioned on both sides in the width direction of the central easily foldable portion 10 and have a pair of a substantially V shape or a substantially C shape.
The one end 11a of the side easily foldable portion 11 is not particularly limited as long as it is located at the center portion in the front-rear direction, that is, the crotch portion M or the crotch portion M at a slightly back side or abdominal side. Preferably, it is preferably in the range of about 2-15 cm in the front-rear direction from the center C in the front-rear direction for so-called adult diapers, and in the range of about 1-10 cm for children.
The specific positions of the other ends 11b and 11b close to the back side edge E2 of the side easily folded portions 11 and 11 are different depending on the shape and size of the diaper main body Z. For example, in the case of a so-called diaper for adults, the diaper main body Z may be positioned at a distance of about 3 to 13 cm from the center line P in the width direction and about 1 to 10 cm from the center line C in the front-rear direction. If it is what is called a diaper for children, it is good to set it as the position spaced apart from about 1-5 cm from the width direction center line P of the diaper main body, and about 0.5-8 cm from the front-back direction center line C.
In this embodiment, as shown in the example, one end 11a of the side easily foldable portions 11 and 11 is on the center easily foldable portion, and the side easily foldable portions 11 and 11 and the center easily foldable portion 10 are integrated. ing.
As another example, in the case of a C-shape, as shown in FIG. 4, it may be slightly separated from the central easily folded portion 10. In this case, the separation distance is preferably less than 4 cm. Should be less than 3 cm.

Furthermore, although not shown, when the ventral side end 10a of the central easily foldable portion 10 is located in the crotch portion, the V-shaped apex 11b of the side easily foldable portion 11 is It can also comprise so that it may be located nearer to the ventral side edge E1 of the diaper main body Z than the ventral end 10a.
On the other hand, it is desirable that the angle ∠α between the side easy-to-fold portions 11 and 11 and the center line P in the width direction is 30 to 60 degrees. In addition, although the angle with respect to the center line P in the width direction may be different between the left and right side easily foldable portions 11, it is desirable that the left and right side easily foldable portions 11 be arranged so as to be equiangular.
The side easily foldable portions 11 and 11 shown in FIG. 1 extend linearly from one end to the other end, but may be formed in a curved line shape as shown in FIG. Good.

On the other hand, the width L2 of the center easily foldable portion and the width L3 of the side easily foldable portion are appropriately designed according to the thickness of the absorber, the size of the diaper, etc., but both may be approximately 2 to 40 cm. The central easy-folding portion 10 and the side easy-folding portion 11 do not necessarily have the same width, and the left and right side easy-folding portions do not necessarily have the same width.
Here, each easy-folding part is a part that is intentionally folded within a range where there is no problem in use in consideration of the characteristics of the material constituting the absorbent article, and is given a slight vulnerability to bending, etc. In addition, it also has a function of being easily bent and wrinkled.
In the present embodiment, the easy-folding portion is formed by imparting vulnerability to bending or the like by forming the thin portion by pressing the absorbent core.

In addition to the easy folding part, for example, one or a plurality of slit lines are partially arranged on the absorbent core to give a weakness to bending, or the fiber density and basis weight of the absorbent core are partially sparse. By doing so, it can be formed. If for forming an easy folding portion due to the difference in basis weight, 300 to 500 g / m 2 of basis weight in the portion other than the easily broken portions, good to the basis weight of the easily broken portions and 0~100g / m 2 .
When the thin portion is provided in the absorbent core, in addition to pressing, for example, embossing, and fiber piles that are formed by substantially depositing pile fiber pulp or the like provided on the surface of the pile fiber drum for manufacturing the absorbent core Manufacture is possible by appropriately arranging convex portions that prevent the piled pulp or the like from being partially piled in the region.
In addition, when the easy-folding portions 10 and 11 are configured with a thin portion, if there is a concern about a decrease in absorbability of the easy-folding portions 10 and 11, for example, the absorber 3 has a structure in which a plurality of absorption cores are stacked. This can be effectively avoided. Of course, it is not limited to the case where the easy-folding portions 10 and 11 are formed by thin portions, and even when the easy-folding portions 10 and 11 are formed by other configurations, an absorber having a laminated structure can be employed.

And if an absorber is laminated | stacked in this way, like the absorption core shown in FIG.6 and 7 as a reference example, the center easy folding part 10 will be in one absorption core 3A, and side part ease will be in the other absorption core 3B. You may form the bending parts 11 and 11. FIG. Compared to the case where one center and side portions are easily folded, the risk of damage to the absorbent core due to formation of the easily folded portion during manufacturing is greatly reduced.
And when providing the center easy fold part 10 and the side part easy fold part 11 in another absorption core in this way, as shown in the example of illustration, 3 A of absorption cores which have the center easy fold part 10 are made into a skin contact surface. It is better to place it on the near side. Moreover, it is good to make the width | variety of the absorption core which has a side part easy fold part in a position far from a skin contact surface wider than the width | variety of the absorption core which provided the center easy fold part 10. FIG. In this case, it is more preferable that the side easily folded portion extends outward in the width direction from the side edge of the absorbent core having the center easily folded portion.

At the time of wearing, the central easy-folding part 10 located in the crotch part has a stronger folding force, so that the absorption of the structure having the narrow absorbent core 3A having the central easy-folding part 10 at a position close to the skin contact surface. The body makes it easier to fit along the shape of the body. Moreover, since the side part easy folding part is not formed in the absorption core near a skin contact surface, the liquid absorptivity in the said absorption core both-sides edge part is ensured. In particular, liquid absorptivity in the vicinity of both side edges of the crotch portion is ensured. And since the said side edge part comes to stand on the skin contact surface side by the bend | folding in a center easy folding part, the side leakage in a crotch part is prevented very effectively. Furthermore, when the side easily foldable portion extends outward from the side edge of the absorbent core having the center easily foldable portion, the effect of the side easily foldable portion is more easily exhibited.
On the other hand, in the case of the above-described laminated structure, if an easy-fold portion is provided not by a thin portion but by a difference in the basis weight, the basis weight of the absorbent core near the skin contact surface is 100 to 200 g / m 2 , and the skin contact It is preferable that the weight per unit area of the absorbing core far from the surface is 200 to 300 g / m 2, and the basis weight of each easy-fold portion is 0 to 90 g / m 2 . The absorption core close to the skin contact surface is easy to break, and the liquid absorption amount of the far absorption core is high, which is a preferable structure.

On the other hand, in the disposable diaper of the present embodiment, X1 has a higher absorbability of body fluid in the vicinity 20 on the back side end side of the center easily foldable portion 10 than in other portions.
What is necessary is just to design suitably the specific breadth and shape of the range which raises absorptivity according to the magnitude | size of the diaper made into object, for example, for adults or children. It is desirable that it is wider than the center easily foldable portion and is interposed between the back end 10b of the center easily foldable portion 10 and the back edge E2 of the article. More preferably, it arrange | positions so that the back side edge part 10b may be surrounded, continuing to the center easy folding part 10. As shown in FIG.
Thus, by arranging the high liquid absorption region 20 in the vicinity of the back end portion 10b of the central easy-folding portion 10, the back side of the body fluid led to the back side along the central easy-folding portion 10 particularly in the supine position. Leakage from the end E2 is prevented.
Here, the high liquid absorption region 20 is formed only in the vicinity of the back end portion 10b of the central easy-folding portion 10 in this embodiment, but instead of the back end portion 10b vicinity or the back end portion. It may be formed in the vicinity of the abdominal end 10a as well as in the vicinity of 10b.

In the present invention, the liquid absorptivity is a function of at least one of a liquid holding amount and a liquid absorption speed. In this embodiment, both functions are enhanced, that is, the portion is configured so that the absorption speed of the body fluid is higher and the amount of liquid absorption is larger than the other portions.
In order to increase the liquid absorption rate, the conventional liquid absorption rate used for absorbent articles such as, for example, reducing the fiber density of the part of the absorbent body is within a range that does not impair the function of each easy-folding part 10, 11. The technology to improve can be taken. For the purpose of enhancing the liquid diffusibility, a so-called second sheet interposed between the top sheet and the absorber may be positioned at the site. Moreover, you may distribute | arrange more superabsorbent polymer to this part than another part, and may arrange | position partly the superabsorbent polymer with a quick absorption rate. What level of absorption rate should be increased may be determined as appropriate.
In order to increase the amount of liquid retained, a technique for increasing the conventional liquid absorption rate used for absorbent articles, for example, increasing the fiber density of the portion of the absorbent body within a range that does not impair the functions of the easily-foldable portions 10 and 11. Can be used. More superabsorbent polymer may be disposed in the portion than other portions, or a superabsorbent polymer having a high absorption amount may be partially disposed. What level of liquid holding amount may be determined as appropriate.

In the disposable diaper of this form explained in full detail above, it fits suitably in a narrow crotch part by bending at the center easy folding part 10 and bending at the time of wearing.
Furthermore, a crease is formed radially by bending and bending of the central easily foldable portion 10 and the trident portion formed by the pair of V-shaped side easily foldable portions 11, 11. It comes to fit suitably in the radial hollow part which spreads over.
In addition, due to the folding and bending of the side easy-to-fold part 11, the heel groove is followed to fit.

“Second Embodiment”
2nd Embodiment is the form which made the arrangement | positioning of the side part easy folding parts 11 and 11 in 1st Embodiment into the line object in the front-back direction centerline C substantially. That is, in the first embodiment X1, the side easy-to-fold portions 11 and 11 that extend long toward the back edge E2 are used. However, the second embodiment is a ventral side. This is a form having a pair of substantially easily V-shaped or substantially C-shaped side easily foldable portions 11 and 11 extending long toward the edge E1. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the central easy-folding part 10 extends long on the back side, the back side end 10b is at a position spaced apart from the back side edge E2 of the diaper main body Z, and the ventral side end 10a is the diaper. The crotch part M of the main body Z or the crotch part M is located slightly on the ventral side. At least the ventral end 10a is located closer to the ventral edge E1 than the center C in the front-rear direction of the diaper main body Z.
The separation distance between the ventral side edge E1 of the diaper main body Z and the one end 10a is preferably 3 cm or more and 7 cm or more regardless of the size of the diaper main body. If it is less than 3 cm, there is a high possibility that the body fluid guided along the central easy-folding portion will leak from the ventral edge.
Further, the position of the other end 10b of the center easily foldable portion 10 in this embodiment is about 0.5 to 7 cm for a so-called adult diaper, about 0.1 to 5 cm for a so-called diaper for children, and is located behind the center in the front-rear direction. Is located. The specific length of the central easy-folding portion is set to an appropriate length according to the position of each end.
Although not shown, as another example of the present embodiment, a form in which the central easy-fold portion extends to the back side can be taken.
In this embodiment, the superabsorbent region 20 is provided in the vicinity of the end 10a close to the ventral edge E1.
On the other hand, the specific position of the one end 10a close to the ventral side edge E1 of the side easily foldable portions 11, 11 differs depending on the shape and size of the diaper main body Z. For example, if it is a so-called adult diaper, A position that is about 3 to 13 cm away from the center line P in the width direction of the diaper main body Z and about 1 to 25 cm away from the center line C in the front-rear direction corresponds to a so-called diaper for children. It is good to set it at a position about 0.5 to 15 cm away from the center line C in the front-rear direction about ˜5 cm.
The back side end 11b of the side easy-to-fold parts 11 and 11 is not particularly limited as long as it is located in the center part in the front-rear direction, that is, the crotch part M or the crotch part M slightly at the back side or the ventral side. Preferably, the so-called adult diaper is positioned in the range of about 2 to 6 cm from the center in the front-rear direction, and in the range of about 1 to 4 cm for children.
In this embodiment, in particular, folds are formed radially by bending and bending of the trident portion formed by the center easy fold portion 10 and the pair of V-shaped side easy fold portions, and spread from the crotch to the groin on the abdomen side. It comes to fit suitably in a radial hollow part.
Moreover, it comes to follow and fit a groin part by the bending and bending of a side part easy folding part.
