Description

The present invention relates to an automobile charging device.

With the widespread use of electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid cars, demand for vehicle chargers is expected to increase in the future.

For example, in Patent Document 1, as a structure of a self-supporting prop-shaped automobile charging device, a charging cable having a charging connector at the tip is provided integrally with the charging device, and when charging, the charging connector is connected from the charging device. A structure is described in which it is removed and connected to an electric vehicle.

In a self-supporting prop-shaped vehicle charging device such as the vehicle charging device described in Patent Document 1, a cable lead-out portion that normally pulls out a charging cable is provided on the side surface of the vehicle charging device, and the side of the vehicle charging device extends from the cable lead-out portion. In contrast, a structure in which the charging cable is pulled out in the vertical direction is adopted.

However, in the case of a structure in which the charging cable is pulled out in the direction perpendicular to the side surface of the automobile charging device, the weight due to its own weight or routing is concentrated on the charging cable in the vicinity of the cable drawing portion, and the covering of the charging cable is damaged. There was a problem. In addition, there is a problem that the charging cable drawn in the direction perpendicular to the side surface of the vehicle charging device protrudes to the side surface of the vehicle charging device, impairs aesthetics, and obstructs traffic.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-122714

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the automobile charging device according to the first aspect, the lower surface of the recess is formed at an angle that forms an acute angle with respect to the opening surface of the recess. .

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the automobile charging device according to the first or second aspect, the indented portion is arranged to be shifted to the right or left side of the side surface of the housing.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the automobile charging device according to any one of the first to third aspects, the indented portion is disposed below the side surface of the housing.

An automobile charging device according to the present invention includes a recess formed by recessing one side surface of a housing having a power supply means inside, and an upper surface of the recess is relative to an opening surface of the recess. It is formed at an acute angle, and on the upper surface, a charging cable lead-out part is formed to pull out the charging cable from the inside of the housing, so that the charging cable is drawn obliquely downward from the center of the car charger to the outside from the center of the car charging device. Since it can be pulled out, it is possible to effectively avoid the problem that the force due to its own weight or routing is concentrated on the charging cable in the vicinity of the cable lead-out portion and the covering of the charging cable is damaged. Moreover, according to the said structure which arrange | positions a charging cable drawer part inside a hollow part, the charging cable near a charging cable drawer part does not protrude to the side surface of a motor vehicle charging device, impairs aesthetics or obstructs traffic. Such problems can be effectively avoided.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the lower surface of the dent is formed at an angle that forms an acute angle with respect to the opening surface of the dent. Unreasonable external force is not applied from the lower surface, and it can be smoothly guided to the outside of the housing.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown below.

As shown in FIG. 1, the automobile charging device of the present invention has a power feeding means inside a column-shaped casing 1 and includes a charging cable 8 for energizing the power feeding means and the electric vehicle. At the tip of the charging cable 8, there is a charging connector 2 that is connected to a power feeding portion provided in the electric vehicle.

A charging connector holding space 7 for holding the charging connector 2 in the casing 1 when not in use is provided on the front surface of the casing 1, and a display device 3 is provided on the top of the casing 1. The right side surface of the housing 1 is provided with an inspection door 4 and the left side surface is provided with a charging cable holding surface 5.

As shown in FIG. 2, a CPLT, an authentication device, a circuit breaker, and the like are provided inside the housing 1, and an iron substrate 6 on which these devices are installed is installed on the left side of the housing. A charging connector holding space 7 is provided at the center of the inside of the housing 1, and the iron substrate 6 is vertically divided with the charging connector holding space 7 in between. In addition, a heater is disposed inside the housing 1 as a countermeasure against condensation.

The power source is introduced from the ground, and is pulled out to the outside through a charging cable 8 from a recess 9 provided on the left side surface of the housing 1 through a relay or the like inside the housing 1.

As shown in FIG. 3, the recess 9 is formed by indenting one side surface of the housing 1. As shown in FIG. 4, the upper surface 91 and the lower surface 92 of the recess 9 are Each is formed at an acute angle with respect to the opening surface 93 of the recess 9.

The upper surface 91 is provided with a charging cable lead-out portion 10 that pulls out the charging cable 8 from the housing. Thus, by providing the charging cable lead-out portion 10 on the upper surface 91 that forms an acute angle with respect to the opening surface 93 of the hollow portion 9, the charging cable 8 can be drawn obliquely downward from the side surface of the housing 1. When pulled out in the direction perpendicular to the side surface of the housing 1 as in the prior art, the force due to its own weight or routing is concentrated on the charging cable 8 in the vicinity of the cable drawing portion, and the charging cable cover, etc. is damaged. However, according to the present invention, the above configuration can effectively avoid the problem.

The upper surface 91 of the hollow portion 9 is formed at an acute angle with respect to the opening surface 93 of the hollow portion 9, and the upper surface 91 is further inclined in the front or back direction of the housing 1. Also good. For example, when the upper surface 91 is further inclined upward in the front direction of the housing 1 after being formed at an acute angle with respect to the opening surface 93 of the hollow portion 9, the charging cable lead-out portion 10 is Since it is disposed obliquely downward from the side surface of the housing 1 and toward the front of the housing, the direction in which the charging cable 8 is drawn out becomes clear. Thus, the charging cable 8 can be pulled out obliquely downward from the side surface of the housing 1 and in the front direction of the housing without applying a load to the charging cable 8.

Further, in the present invention, the configuration in which the charging cable lead-out portion 10 is disposed inside the hollow portion 9 causes the charging cable 8 in the vicinity of the charging cable lead-out portion 10 to protrude from the side surface of the housing 1 and impair the aesthetics, The problem of obstructing traffic is also effectively avoided.

In addition, since the lower surface of the hollow portion is formed at an acute angle with respect to the opening surface of the hollow portion, an excessive external force is applied to the charging cable from the lower surface of the hollow portion when the charging cable is pulled out. Instead, it can be guided smoothly outside the housing.

It is preferable that the hollow part 9 is formed in the surface in which the cable guard 52 mentioned later is provided. By forming the recess 9 on the side surface where the cable guard 52 is provided and further shifting it in one direction with respect to the center position of the side surface, the drawn charging cable 8 is drawn in an arc, The cable stopper 51 can be held smoothly. Moreover, it can make it easy to enter the cable guard 52 formed in a U-shape.

Further, since the recessed portion 9 is arranged on the lower side of the housing side surface, the drawn charging cable 8 is pulled out from the vicinity of the ground, thereby reducing the influence of the weight of the charging cable on the cable drawing portion.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, a cable locking tool 51 is provided on the upper portion of the charging cable holding surface 5. The cable lock 51 can be wound with the appropriate number of turns of the charging cable 8 when not in use.

A charging cable holding surface 5 provided with a cable locking tool 51 for winding the charging cable 8 is formed on one side surface of the housing 1, and a cable guard 52 arranged outside the charging cable 8 wound and held is connected to the charging cable. It is provided along the left and right sides of the holding surface 5. The cable guard 52 has a height in the vertical direction with respect to the charging cable holding surface 5 that is equal to or higher than a height in the vertical direction with respect to the charging cable holding surface 5 of the charging cable 8 wound and held on the charging cable holding surface 5.

The cable guard 52 is preferably formed in a substantially U shape and has a structure for holding the outer periphery of the charging cable 8 wound around the cable locking member 51.
With such a structure, the charging cable 8 can be stored or pulled out easily without taking time and effort. Further, since the charging cable 8 when not in use can be held compactly without protruding from the cable guard 52, the charging cable 8 stored when not in use impairs the appearance of the appearance or obstructs traffic. Problems can also be avoided.

The height in the vertical direction of the cable guard 52 is preferably equal to or higher than the height in the winding direction of the charging cable 8 wound around the cable locking tool 51.

In this way, the configuration including the cable guard 52 allows the charging cable 8 when not in use to be held compactly without protruding from the cable guard 52, and thus is wound around the cable lock 51 when not in use. It is possible to avoid problems that the charging cable 8 impairs the appearance of the appearance or obstructs traffic. In addition, it is possible to effectively prevent an accident such as the charging cable 8 wound around the cable locking tool 51 being caught by a pedestrian or vehicle passing near the charging cable holding surface 5.

It is preferable that the cable guard 52 is formed in a series over the support column. This is because when the charging cable is wound, it becomes a circle extending in the vertical direction in order to wind it appropriately. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the cable guard may be partially provided in the vertical direction.

As shown in FIG. 5, the shape of the cable guard 52 may be an L shape, a shape in which one side of the U shape is inclined outward, and a shape in which one side of the U shape is inclined on an arc as shown in FIG. The height of the charging cable 8 wound around the cable locking tool 51 is preferably equal to or higher than the height in the vertical direction with respect to the charging cable holding surface 5.
When the charging cable 8 is sufficiently soft, the charging cable 8 wound around the cable locking tool 51 droops greatly in the vertical direction, and the outer periphery thereof is not held by the cable guard 52. Even in this case, the wound charging cable 8 is within the vertical height range of the cable guard 52 as shown in FIG. In addition, it is possible to effectively prevent an accident such as the charging cable 8 wound around the cable lock 51 from being caught on the vehicle.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 7, the cable locking tool 51 can be provided in a pair of upper and lower sides and the charging cable 8 can be wound up.
