Claims (11)
- 第一及び第二の伝送システムによって共有されるスペクトルにおいて信号を送信及び受信するための装置であって、
a)前記装置の検出動作が、前記第一の伝送システムの信号が受信されていないことを示す場合、信号伝送期間の第一フェーズにおいて前記第二の伝送システムの信号を送信するための送信機と、
b)前記信号伝送期間の前記第一フェーズにおいて送信される前記信号の中継バージョンの受信によって生じる干渉を打ち消しながら、前記信号伝送期間の第二フェーズにおいて前記検出動作を実行するための干渉プロセッサとを有する装置。 - 前記第一及び第二の伝送システムが、各々、柔軟なスペクトル使用を伴う一次及び二次システムである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第二伝送システムがコグニティブ中継システムである、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記送信機と前記干渉プロセッサが、周期的な方法で前記送信及び前記検出を実行する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が医療機器であり、前記中継バージョンが医療ハブから受信される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第一及び第二の伝送システムによって共有されるスペクトルにおいて信号を送信及び受信するための方法であって、
a)検出動作が、前記第一の伝送システムの信号が受信されていないことを示す場合、信号伝送期間の第一フェーズにおいて前記第二の伝送システムの信号を送信するステップと、
b)前記信号伝送期間の前記第一フェーズにおいて送信される前記信号の中継バージョンの受信によって生じる干渉を打ち消しながら、前記信号伝送期間の第二フェーズにおいて前記検出動作を実行するステップとを有する方法。 - 前記第一及び第二伝送システムが、各々、柔軟なスペクトル使用を伴う一次及び二次システムである、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第二伝送システムがコグニティブ中継システムである、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 送信及び検出が周期的な方法で実行される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 第一及び第二の伝送システムによって共有されるスペクトルにおいて信号を送信及び受信するためのシステムであって、請求項1に記載の装置を持つ少なくとも1つのネットワークノードと、前記第一フェーズにおいて前記送信された信号を受信するため、及び前記第二フェーズにおいて前記信号の前記中継バージョンを送信するための、少なくとも1つの中継ノードとを有するシステム。
- コンピュータデバイス上で実行されるときに請求項6に記載のステップを生じるためのコード手段を有する、コンピュータプログラム。
