Claims (15)
- 内側のステータ集合体(8)および外側のロータ集合体(19)を備える直接駆動発電機(2)と、
定置の外側軸(6)と、
中心軸線(A)を有する回転可能な内側軸(14)と
を有する風車であって、
少なくとも2つの主軸受け(15,16)が、回転可能な内側軸(14)を定置の外側軸(6)の内側で支持しており、
ステータ集合体(8)が、定置の外側軸(6)の外側に配置されており、
ロータ集合体(19)が、実質的にステータ集合体(8)の周囲に配置されていて、かつ該ロータ集合体(19)の前側で、回転可能な内側軸(14)および/または風車(1)のハブ(17)に少なくとも間接的に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、風車。 - ロータ集合体(19)の後側が、支持軸受け(25)によって定置の外側軸(6)に少なくとも間接的に接続されている、請求項1記載の風車。
- ロータ集合体(19)が、前側エンドプレート(20)を有しており、該前側エンドプレート(20)が、回転可能な内側軸(14)および/または風車(1)のハブ(17)に少なくとも間接的に取り付けられており、前側エンドプレート(20)が、少なくとも部分的に、回転可能な内側軸(14)の中心軸線(A)の方向である程度可撓性を有する、請求項1または2記載の風車。
- 前側エンドプレート(20)が、環状のエンドプレート(20)である、請求項3記載の風車。
- 前側エンドプレート(20)が、鋼またはガラス繊維から成っている、請求項3または4記載の風車。
- 前側エンドプレート(20)が、約15mm〜50mmの厚さを有している、請求項3から5までのいずれか1項記載の風車。
- ロータ集合体(19)が、環状の後側エンドプレート(21)を有しており、該後側エンドプレート(21)が、支持軸受け(25)によって、定置の外側軸(6)に少なくとも間接的に接続されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の風車。
- 後側エンドプレート(21)が、鋼またはガラス繊維から成っている、請求項7記載の風車。
- ロータ集合体(19)が、中空円筒状のエレメント(22)を有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の風車。
- 前記中空円筒状のエレメント(22)が、前側エンドプレート(20)と後側エンドプレート(21)とを互いに接続している、請求項9記載の風車。
- ロータ集合体(19)が、少なくとも1つの永久磁石(23)を有している、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の風車。
- ステータ集合体(8)が、ステータ支持構造(9,12,13)と、該ステータ支持構造(9,12,13)上に配置された少なくとも1つの巻線(11)を備える少なくとも1つの積層体(10)とを有している、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の風車。
- 定置の外側軸(6)が、風車(1)の台板(5)上に少なくとも間接的に配置されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の風車。
- 定置の外側軸(6)が、前記台板(5)上に配置された保持装置(7)に取り付けられている、請求項13記載の風車。
- 前記支持軸受け(25)が4点軸受け(25)である、請求項2から14までのいずれか1項記載の風車。
