Claims (10)
- 反応器ベッドの上面一面に液体を分配するためのデバイス(10)であって、
上面および底面を有し、そこに出口ポート(14)を有する液体収集トレイ(12)と、
前記収集トレイ出口ポート(14)と流体連通しており、前記液体収集トレイ(12)の前記底面に添付され、それによって前記収集トレイ(12)と液体分配トレイ(18)との間に混合室(16)を作り出す液体分配トレイ(18)であって、前記底面に複数の開口を有する液体分配トレイ(18)と、
各ノズル(22)が前記液体分配トレイの開口に配置される、複数の液体スプレーノズル(22)と
を備えるデバイス。 - 前記スプレーノズル(22)は、前記液体分配トレイ(18)一面に一様なパターンで分配される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記スプレーノズル(22)は、90度から150度までの間のスプレー角度を有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記液体分配トレイ(18)と前記液体収集トレイ(12)との間の前記流体連通は、前記収集トレイ(12)の周囲に周方向に配列された複数のみぞ(14)を備え、各みぞ(14)は、流体の流れを半径方向に対して直角の方向に向ける、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 急冷ガス注入をさらに含み、前記急冷ガス注入は、前記半径方向であり、注入の位置は中心線軸に沿う、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記急冷ガス注入は、急冷ゾーンに前記反応器の中心軸に沿って配置され、かつ急冷ガスを前記急冷ゾーンに入れるために複数のポートを有するスプレーヘッドを備える、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 前記急冷ガス注入は、前記液体収集トレイの上方である、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 前記液体収集トレイ(12)上の前記出口ポートは、前記液体収集トレイ(12)の周囲に周方向に配列され、前記液体収集トレイ(12)からの前記液体を前記半径方向に対して直角の方向に、かつ円方向の構成要素によって吐出するように適応された、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記液体分配トレイ(18)の下方の空間と流体連通している出口、および前記液体収集トレイ(12)の上方の空間と流体連通している入口を有する蒸気管(24)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記液体スプレーノズル(22)はそれぞれ、スプレーノズル(22)と流体連通している第1の開口、および前記液体収集トレイ(12)の上方の前記空間と流体連通している第2の開口を有する蒸気管(24)を含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
