Claims (16)
- ノズルが、セクタ化され、端と端を接して配置されるセクタで作られ、各セクタが、同軸のそれぞれ内側プラットフォーム(130)および外側プラットフォームである2つの環状プラットフォームを備え、これらのプラットフォームが、実質的に半径方向のベーン(114)によって一緒に接続され、内側プラットフォームが、実質的に半径方向の環状仕切り(138)に接続されるターボ機械用のタービンノズル(112)であって、各セクタの環状仕切りの内側周辺部が、花綱状に繋がれておりまたは狭間模様であり、中空部分(156)と交互する中実部分(154)を備え、アブレイダブル材料の要素が、セクタの環状仕切りに固締するためのファスナ手段(150)を含む連続的な環状支持体(140)に固締され、支持体が、仕切り上を円周方向に摺動することができ、取付けおよび取り外し位置と、ファスナ手段が仕切りに支持体を保持するためにセクタの環状仕切りの中実部分と協働するロック位置との間を、傾斜して移動可能であることを特徴とする、ノズル。
- 支持体(140)が、レールの形をとっており、薄板金属で作られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のノズル。
- ファスナ手段(150)が、外側へ半径方向に開いている環状溝部分を画定し、その中にロック位置においてセクタの環状仕切りの中実部分(154)が収容されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のノズル。
- 各環状溝部分が、仕切りの少なくとも1つの中実部分(154)にファスナ手段を係合するために開いている1つの円周方向端部と、支持体が仕切り上を一方向に回ることを防止するために閉鎖される反対側の円周方向端部とを有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のノズル。
- ファスナ手段(150)が、実質的にL字状またはU字状である断面を有しており、支持体の円周の周りに規則的に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のノズル。
- ファスナ手段(150)が、薄板金属で作られ、環状支持体(140)に嵌合され、例えばろう付けまたは溶接によって環状支持体(140)に固締されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のノズル。
- ファスナ手段(150)が、折り曲げられた薄板金属によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のノズル。
- 中実部分(154)が、ノズル(112)のセクタの仕切り(138)の円周方向端部に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のノズル。
- 各セクタの仕切りが、その円周方向端部のそれぞれにおいて、隣接するノズルのセクタの仕切りの円周方向端部のそばに形成される他方の断片を有する中実部分の一方の断片を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のノズル。
- ファスナ手段(150)が、円周方向に、セクタの仕切りの中実部分の対応する寸法に等しいかまたはそれよりも大きい環状範囲または寸法を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のノズル。
- 薄板金属の環状デフレクタ(142)が、例えばろう付けによって仕切りに固締されることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のノズル。
- セクタが、実質的に半径方向のベーン(114)によって一緒に接続されるそれぞれ内側プラットフォーム(130)および外側プラットフォームである2つの同軸環状プラットフォームを備え、内側プラットフォームが、半径方向に内側の環状仕切り(138)に取り付けられる請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のノズル用のノズルセクタであって、仕切りの内側周辺部が、花綱状に繋がれておりまたは狭間模様であり、中空部分と交互する中実部分を備えることを特徴とする、ノズルセクタ。
- 支持体の軸を中心に、規則的に間隔を置いて設けられ、環状溝部分を画定するファスナ手段(150)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のノズル用の連続的な環状支持体(140)。
- 薄板金属で作られることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の環状支持体。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のノズル(112)を少なくとも1つ含むことを特徴とする、ターボ機械用の低圧タービン。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のノズル(112)を少なくとも1つ含むことを特徴とする、航空機ターボプロップまたは航空機ターボジェットなどのターボ機械。
