- 建物の最適化システムであって、

前記A/B照明スイッチは、前記第1および第2の照明バンクを手動操作するための第1および第2の照明制御装置と、前記ゾーンの占有率を検出するための動作センサと、前記第1および第2の照明制御装置または前記動作センサからの入力信号に応答して前記第1および第2の照明バンクを制御するための論理と、グラフィカルユーザインターフェースを表示するように適合化されるグラフィックディスプレイ画面とを備えており、前記グラフィカルユーザインターフェースにより、前記建物の占有者が前記A/B照明スイッチをプログラムし、かつ複数の動作モードの各々に関連するデータを受信することができ、前記グラフィカルユーザインターフェースはさらに、前記バイナリコントローラの状態を表示するように構成された建物最適化システム。 - 前記バイナリコントローラは、前記ゾーンに関連づけられる1つまたは複数の窓の開閉を制御するための窓制御装置である、請求項1記載の建物最適化システム。

- 前記バイナリコントローラは、建物最適化スイッチの命令に基づいて自動的に動作するように適合化され、前記建物最適化スイッチは前記A/B照明スイッチを備える、請求項1記載の建物最適化システム。
- 前記A/B照明スイッチは温度センサと接続される、請求項4記載の建物最適化システム。
- 前記バイナリコントローラの自動動作は少なくとも部分的に前記温度センサにより感知される温度に基づく、請求項5記載の建物最適化システム。
- 建物最適化システムであって、
照明制御装置とグラフィックディスプレイとを有するA/B照明スイッチを備える建物最適化スイッチであって、前記A/B照明スイッチはさらに、前記建物の少なくとも1つのゾーンの環境データを感知して測定するための1つまたは複数のセンサへ接続され、前記建物最適化スイッチはさらに、ユーザ入力または前記環境データに基づいて前記ゾーンの環境変数を制御するために前記A/B照明スイッチと接続されるバイナリコントローラを含む建物最適化スイッチと、
